I had them connect the plumbing, garbage disposal & install a new faucet for a kitchen sink. They arrived early, did excellent & efficient work for a reasonable price. I will use Rivers Edge for all future plumbing needs.As previously mentioned, I continue to use Rivers Edge for all of my plumbing needs. Since my previous post, they have installed a new huge water heater and most recently replaced the garbage disposal in the the kitchen. The associate informed me when on the way, arrived earlier than scheduled and did excellent, fast work. The cost to replace the garbage disposal was very reasonable.

I was doing a bathroom upgrade in an old building which required some pretty extensive work between floors. It involved removing old cast iron pipe, vents, re-locate toilet etc. It was above my skill set-however Andy from Rivers Edge Plumbing was able to complete what I started, with ease. He truly is. “Master “ plumber, Some jobs are best left to the Professionals!! Thanks again Andy!!

Rivers Edge Plumbing is awesome! They have done many jobs for my remodeling company and also for our new home. They recommended radiant heating under our slab in our new home. That turned out to be the best idea ever. The floor is all porcelain tile, and is always warm! They are great about giving customers ideas and explaining things. The Rivers Edge crews are always professional, polite, and clean up after their work. I have recommended them to other people who have had great experiences also. I would highly recommend them for all your plumbing and heating needs.

Charlie was awesome!! Had to call him out after midnight and he was very pleasant and provided excellent explanations of what he was doing and did a great job cleaning everything up! I had called Roto Rooter first and they say 24-hr service, but obviously dont mean it as they said they couldnt be here until late morning the next day and they would have been way more expensive. Im so thankful for Rivers Edge and I highly recommend their services.

I started a simple faucet cartridge replacement that quickly turned in to a job that required a professional. I called to check on availability at noon and after 10 minutes and a call back I was on the schedule. Plumber showed up shortly after and the job was done by 1:30. I already had all the replacement parts I needed and was only billed for an hour of service. I was very pleased with the kindness of all involved. I will recommend these folks to anyone and will continue to be a customer!

Just wish they had a bigger number then 5 star rating to give these people. We have lived in Bismarck for 13 years and it seems all of our pipes/sinks just quit on us all at once. We have home insurance to snake or repair anything and this is how we were introduced to them and especially CHARLIE, (in caps because I want you to remember that name). Charlie came out and was very professional and had a fantastic attitude. Well after he snaked our pipes to the street about 1 month later all our sinks decided to act up at once. We called him out and he only took 1 hour to fix 3 sinks with different problems. When it comes to fast and courteous service they are the ones to beat, trust me we have tried 2 other companies before and they would not be allowed back in lol. So when you need a job done small or large CHARLIE at Rivers Edge is the one to call, I know I will again. POST NOTE: Thank you Rivers Edge!!!!

Great Service, called on Monday morning and they had a tech at my house by 9 a.m. and got the leak fixed within an hour and a half. Gave instruction on how to deal with mildew. Will definitely be using Rivers Edge in the future for the plumbing at my home.

Sometimes the mark of good company isn’t when everything goes right the first time but how they handle it when something goes wrong. Had an issue with a faucet replacement that required more than I and the plumber first thought and it required a call back. The owner and the plumber came back on the same day and made right what was wrong. I appreciate the service and making sure I had water running in the house again.

I had the pleasure of working with Rivers Edge while building a new home for myself as well as my brother in law. Not only was the owner (who also works daily with the company) available at all times to answer any questions along the way, but also was knowledgeable in the other trades that were involved with the construction process. The tradesmen that worked in my home courteous and professional from the first step to the last. They stood behind their work, even when issues that arose were of no fault of their own, but of others. The office manager was helpful in finding plumbing fixtures that both fit my budget and also fit the profile of my home.Speaking of my home, I truly believe that this company helped turn what would have otherwise been a house, into a home. I feel more comfortable in my steam shower, knowing that I have a company that backs their work 100% and is willing to go above and beyond to ensure that it was and is working correctly and within all specs that are needed to make sure it will fit the demands of me and my family... Which consists of 4 VERY demanding children....With 4 children, you can imagine the amount of hot water that we go through. I originally had chose a water heater that I believed would be sufficient. But then, after speaking with the knowledgeable staff at Rivers Edge Plumbing and Heating, we quickly discovered that the body sprays in my tiled custom shower, (That my wife LOVES... Thank you Kris), would drain my water heater in a matter minutes. I needed a water heater that could regenerate quicker and had a higher capacity. They were able to get one in a moments notice, as well as get it installed, and didnt break my bank in the process.And, furthermore, they have stood behind their work even after the job was done. I have not had any issues with any of their work BUT I was an idiot when I left town once over the winter. I turned my water heater off, and wasnt smart enough to re-ignite the pilot light, which they were more than happy to swing by and light for me, as well as educate me for in the future.Their customer service has been nothing short of extraordinary, and their employees have been gracious and respectful. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing work that you may need and I fully intend on calling upon this company for any future work that I may need.
