We were so BLESSED to have Cortland come to home to check our furnace. I have had two others come out before and informed me nothing was wrong. But - we had 3 electric fireplaces and two space heaters going!!!! Cortland took one thing apart and knew exactly what he was looking - who knows how many years we had a dead spider with web - in this teeny weeny hole. Once cleaned out - WE HAVE HEAT COMING OUT OF EVERY VENT!!!! Thank you Cortland.

I have used Cooling and Heating Unlimited for both a plumbing and a furnace issue. I can not say enough great things about this company. A friendly voice answers the phone when you need to make a service request, which is always a great start. Then the service people are very knowledgeable and kept me informed through out the process. This is the only company I will call for my plumbing, heating, and cooling needs.

This business is absolutely great. It was winter and I had my furnace go out just as I was ready to leave for a month. I contacted them and they were able to install a new furnace right away. The technicians and entire staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. The unit that was installed was of high quality also. This is the only place I go to get this type of service done.

Cooling and Heating Unlimited did an excellent job! My water heater developed a leak, so I reached out and Keith was able to schedule a replacement for the following day. Only took an hour and they cleaned up the mess from the old water heater. Very professional, kind and punctual. Highly recommend!

I’ve experienced friendly, competent technicians, who provide excellent service and answer my questions. My neighbor had air conditioning problems during a summer heat spell when he was in the hospital. I called Cooling and Heating Unlimited because I was watching their house. They came the next morning and quickly assessed and resolved the problem. I highly recommend Cooling and Heating Unlimited.

I had a self inflicted AC unit discharge from a hole in the condenser. Called a couple of places for ETA of repair, Sunday of coarse! One vendor went straight to not worth fixing, on the phone, sight unseen, and tried to sell me a new unit. Cooling & Heating Unlimited called back right away and offered to stop in, he was in the area, to assess the situation. Due to the Sunday call out, to fix it immediately would increase the cost substantially. My concern was being days out to do it during business hours, the middle of a heat wave! The service tech assured me they could get it done on Monday. Low and behold, Jack (the service tech who stopped on Sunday) called on Monday and was at the house to fix at 8AM and was done and in service at 10AM. I couldnt expect any better service or responsiveness. A loud shout out to Jack who was professional and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend C & H Unlimited for your service needs.

Our RV basement A/C stopped working and we heard that theyre similar to residential units. We called these guys because we heard theyre super experienced and see a volume of different A/Cs. They said their schedule was really full today and would unlikely come before 3.30pm. We felt a bit dejected until they showed up at 3pm! They fixed our rigs A/C in less than an hour. Yay! Shout out to Nathan and Kelly - super professional and great at what they do!!

I reached out after months of trying to get my system replaced by 2 other companies... Linda was very kind and answered all my questions, Keith did a stand up job getting me quotes for exactly what I needed, and scheduling. The 2 guys who showed up at my place were very courteous and professional! Did an excellent job on the install in a prompt manner. They even cleaned up after they were done!! Hands down the best company I have ever worked with!
