I am not a General Contractor. Did a house project recently on a farm and worked with a number of trades. I have to say Joe and Randy were the best to work with out of all 10 of them. Honest, punctual, friendly and good solid quotes with dependable equipment and install. Even when I saw something that was okay but unsure of they were all over it. They constantly reminded me of bid items that they still needed to do. It’s tough to find a business model and contractors like them anymore. Greatly appreciated their work.

Called several places and was told 2 to 3 weeks out before they can check out my central air unit. Low and behold called Comfort Zone and I was told the earliest would be Friday afternoon. Well Thursday morning they call and say they can be there in the afternoon to check on the problem. Service guy shows up mid afternoon and fills up the freon in my unit. By 230 in the afternoon my home was cool comfortable!

Randy is very courteous and knowledgeable. He and his staff designed a great system for our rental duplex, worked around our tenants schedule, completed the work in the timeframe promised, and cleaned up when they left. I have used their services for many years, will continue to do so and recommend them to you without any reservations.

Excellent service, good work, no surprises. Randy, Chris and Davy were all great to deal with. Invoiced exactly what I was quoted. Good communication before and during the work. Upsized gas line from the meter and ran new line to kitchen and garage. Highly recommended.

It was the summer of 22, sweltering heat, dryness in the air and then?!?!? My mini splits (AC unit) went on the fritz and Joe (the owner and father of two) had someone to my house ASAP. My minis were up and running in no time and I was relaxing like a cool indoor cat should be. Thank Comfort Zone and the tech who fixed my units.

I never knew how crummy my old system was until Randy and the Comfort Zone team replaced it with an Amanda heating and AC unit. They did a fantastic job that looked as neat as could be.
