We called H.A Thompson and sons to come and look at our water heater. Another company had installed it on 8/8/23 before we bought our home in November. Once we moved in our hot water heater gave us trouble from the jump, it seemed like once a month we were having to turn it back on as the pilot light and indicator light would completely go out. I called the original company to come look at it since they had installed it. The other company was only in our house for about 2 minutes before saying it was working fine and there was nothing they could do. Frustrated I called H.A Thompson and sons, they came that day and the gentleman was able to diagnose the problem within 20 minutes and fix it that day. He took the time to work with the hot water tank to see what was happening and educate us about potential causes. We could not ask for better service! We will be using H.A Thompson for all of our future needs. This company truly cares about the quality of their work and empowers their customers with education.

I had work done on my water heater totaling $600. I paid the bill and was called later and told that they discovered the part was under warranty and my new bill is only $230. If they didn’t call me I would not have know, or complained about the bill. Very honest company. I have used them in the past and will again.

I had this outfit install a Train furnace about 5 years ago, that was a clean and efficient install. The review I leave today is the service crew that helps keep the community warm in the winter. They are professional and on time with their service calls. Guys are friendly and very knowledgeable. I recommend these guys for any heating and cooling needs.

Brian and HA went above and beyond to get us a new AC unit. On a Friday afternoon a few weeks ago I emailed Brian the go ahead to install a new AC unit. He said they could do the work later the following week (which had already been discussed before I gave them the go ahead). Literally a few minutes later my wife, who was 37 weeks pregnant and very uncomfortable at the time, called and said the current AC froze up and we were looking at a high of 97 that day and a hot week ahead. So I called HAs dispatch and requested they come recharge our current AC unit knowing full well wed have to pay for it and that we couldnt tolerate a week limping along without it being recharged. Brian called to finalize the schedule on the install a few minutes after I got off the phone with dispatch. I mentioned I had actually just gotten off the phone with dispatch and explained what was going on. Brian then quickly asked if he could call me right back. He then apparently called his guys and asked if theyd be willing work late to come do the install that evening. He called back a few minutes later and said theyd do it that night. I even offered to pay extra but Brian refused. Id like to be clear than I did not ask Brian if there was anything he could do to help us out, or request for him to do the install sooner. He offered with no hesitation. I was blown away at their willingness to help us. About 5 hours later we had a new AC and I had a much happier wife.I had worked with Brian to install an AC unit at our previous residence about 7 years ago as well. Both experiences were very positive. Brian was always responsive and the install technicians were very polite and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend Brian and HA for any Furnace or AC unit installations.

Always so pleasant and helpful! Needed to replace furnace and air conditioner. They listened to exactly what we needed and gave us a fair estimate. When the day came, they were so quick and courteous! Everything has worked great since then. Called for a plumbing issue on a separate occasion and the response time was great and fixed everything quickly. Highly recommend this company.

Called on a Saturday after not getting anywhere trying to fix my sink - asked to speak with a plumber. Got a call back in less than 30 minutes, and rather than requiring me to have him out and charge me to look at my sink, the plumber answered my questions with good instructions so that I was able to fix it myself (which I wanted to do). Thats integrity. Ill definitely be calling these guys if I have a problem I cant tackle myself.

I scheduled a furnace check and cleaning service. They were able to schedule quickly. The gentlemen who came were very professional, removed their shoes without being ask, got the job done quick, made no mess and gave me a few good recommendations. Color me VERY satisfied!

WOW!!!! I am so impressed with the service we received from Anthony!! Our furnace stopped working Tuesday, the beginning of the BLIZZARD!! I was surprised when I spoke with Anthony and he said he would make it out! He drove 35 mph to get to our house! He fixed the furnace, ordered a DEINI, and said he would be back.He called today, Friday, the part was in, and he wanted to come out. I told him our roads were not good, and he said, I will park and walk to your house if I need to, I dont want something to happen and you be without heat until Monday!!! I have had many amazing people help in the past, but Anthony definitely went above and beyond. He came and fixed the furnace! We will DEFINITELY use H.A. Thompson & Sons for ALL our heating and cooling needs. Thank you AnthonY

About five years ago they lined the old clay sewer pipes from two of my buildings. Could not be happier. Before the lining, I was having to call roto rooter twice a year at both places. Their work has already paid for itself plus, and I have had no problems since. Great product and service. They even have me before and after videos on thumb drives.

We’ve had a great experience with each employee that has come to our house, but have to say I feel confident when I see that it’s Nate coming to fix whatever we need done. I deleted my old review because I was a little hot headed when I posted it. After talking to Brian, we got it straightened out. I didnt want to leave the impression that the work was bad. It was good. The service technician was great. It was just a Billing issue.

Girls working the phones need to have better communication. The technician did an amazing job, he told me what he was doing, and which parts needed replacing. He was very informative, and answered any questions I had. Very thorough job.

This morning I called in to have my old water heater looked at. It was determined that we would have to track down an old part and have it shipped, and the timeframe to get a new one installed was next Wednesday. Eric, the technician, was very understanding that it was a long time to go without hot water, and was very gracious and walked me through how to install a new one if it was the route I decided to go, and completely understood that I would have to check with other companies to see if it could be done sooner.My limited experience with H.A. has been very positive, and very professional.

Awesome service from calling in to getting a technician out quickly. Had 2 different companies come out and try to diagnose/fix 2 seperate problems...basically tried to run up a bill. Called H.A. to come re-fix/diagnose the problems. They got it right the 1st time and absolutely did not try to up-sell us. Technicians were fantastic--competent and friendly.

Ive called in the winter for a furnace issue and in the spring with an AC issue. Both times were at my house quickly, did a quality job and the tech kept me informed of what they were doing and if they needed anything. Fair prices for the service, willing to offer tips and knowledge about my equipment and easy to talk to. Highly recommend.
