Definitely a 5 star business. They have been our condo 8 unit building plumber for a while now. I called today Friday 9.1.2023 (right before the Labor Day weekend) as the building hot water heater was not working. They were here here in apx 1 1/2 hours despite having a full schedule!! Love them, it was fixed in less than a 1/2 hour! I have to give this company a big👍

Had a problem with my water heater they were there the next day and fixed the problem even though they said I was out of there service area and didnt charge my soul for travel would definitely do business again if would be willing

The guys at Bauer Plumbing & Heating have done several jobs for me, including unclogging two sinks, unclogging the toilet and replacing a toilet seat, and repairing the water heater. The first time I contacted them, they quickly and cheaply solved a problem that another Bismarck plumber had been trying to fix for years, at exorbitant prices. They are always prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and inexpensive. I referred them to my sister and they fixed her water heater yesterday. She was thrilled to not have to buy a new one. I highly recommend their services.

Found the cause to a leak from our dishwasher that had seeped into the basement ceiling. (Their schedule was full and had fit us in anyway.) Ken found the problem quickly, advised about the next step, charged less than I anticipated, and answered many questions knowledgeably and thoroughly. Very fast, friendly service.

Needed an outdoor faucet replaced. Cole was at a job across the street,so I asked if he could do for us sometime. Within 30 minutes he was atthe door. Finished the job quickly. Efficient and courteous!!!

Excellent customer service. Called on a Friday afternoon with a plumbing emergency. They were to our house within 15 min and had taken care of the problem within 30 min. A lifesaver since it was right before the weekend.I’ll definitely use them again should the need arise.
