A Great Company. We have had furnace, busted pipe work and now a water heater replaced. Staff is well knowledgeable and professional. I go to there office to pay for water heater installation. Im told theres a 3% fee charged for payment for debit or credit card? Front desk receptionist says its on invoice. I look over invoice and nowhere it states theres a 3 % charge. Then Im told the person that gave me the quote should have mentioned it? Please update your invoice so customers are aware. Thanks.

I hired them to put in 2nd laundry hookups in my home and they completed the whole job in under 2 days. Not only did they coordinate with the electrician, which was one less step for me, they had great manners! They removed their shoes or wore booties and vacuumed when they were done! Very pleased, I will definitely use them again in the future.

Replaced the blower motor in my furnace in under an hour. Technician Ken was friendly and had lots of corny jokes, which I appreciated. Total cost was only a tenth of replacing the whole furnace, which another local heating and air business had been pressuring me to do.

Very grateful for Advanced Mechanical - our heater broke and only blew cold air out. It was in the 50 degrees inside our home and space heaters could not keep up. As a foster home, we needed immediate service to our system. They were able to send a technician and our system was repaired in an hour (maybe less even). On top of that, he gave us recommendations on how to avoid a breakdown in the future. The technician was great overall! Then, the billing department gal, Beth, is as kind as can be and was very responsive to helping us. We even had more questions after the fact, and she was able to get us the answers we needed. We will always be Advanced customers.

Very professional staff and staightforward information. They installed a new central air unit and furnace for me and the installation was top notch. They did not leave a mess. When they arrived they started to take their boots off to come in the house, I told them they did not have to and they responded that they like to treat the customers homes like their own. I knew then that these guys care about the quality of their work and the customer.

The blower motor had gone out in the middle of the night during winter. Called another place to fix it and was quoted anywhere between 800-1000 just to replace a motor. Called Advanced, got a quote for 300 and thankfully I made the right choice. Customer service was friendly and the service tech arrived promptly. Less than 45 mins of arrival, my furnace was blowing hot air and keeping my place warm. Much appreciate the quick response.

I have a place out in Huff and could not get my furnace going and the gentleman that came out to fix it would not give up until he got it going. Ive used the services of Advanced Mechanical a number of times over the past dozen years, give or take, and all five of those attributes apply to them. The young fellow today was right on time, clearly following COVID-enforced guidelines, assessed my problem and was able to provide me with a less expensive repair decision. In other words, he was the typical Advanced Mechanical representative. For these reasons they continue to be my go-to plumbers, and a company I easily recommend to others.

Excellent installation of the Carrier furnace and central air. The techs were friendly, hard workers and did a professional job. They cleaned up when the project was finished. The COR wifi controller was programmed and explained. The billing was exactly as quoted. Highly recommended.

Had an emergency plumbing issue and Advanced Mechanical (Heidi) had a plumber dispatched immediately. Heidi has always been a pleasure to work, friendly and customer focused right from the beginning. Paul the plumber was the most knowledgeable and friendliest person I have ever met. He found the source of the problem which was a valve problem hidden within the basement ceiling/sheet-rock. He absolutely nailed the location on his first cut into the sheetrock, which was minimal. I would highly recommend Advanced Mechanical to everyone, for their superior service which has always been consistent since we began using them in 2007. Thanks.

Adam saved our lives! We had all been sick with flu like symptoms and worse. We had called MDU for carbon monoxide and methane gas reading. The MDU Technician claimed his reading was negative for both. We knew he was wrong. We could smell gas and a formaldehyde type smell! Adam found 3 methane gas leaks and of course carbon monoxide! You are our hero, Adam! Thank you for your knowledge, dedication and hard work! I wish everyone who called Advanced Mechanical Inc. would be lucky enough to have you as there Technician! I asked Advanced to give me a quote for a plumbing project and an HVAC project. They came out promptly to evaluate the site for a quote. The plumbing quote came back promptly. I had to ask and ask and ask for the HVAC quote to be provided. And when it was provided it was ridiculously high. The HVAC guy was very knowledgeable, but they were probably too busy to deal with a small residential project. Plumbing contact was difficult to get ahold of at times. But overall they did a quality job on the plumbing for a full bathroom remodel.

I couldnt be happier with Brian Benz (HVAC), Reed Gentzkow (Plumbing), and their guys over there. Had a long list of miscellaneous plumbing issues, a whole-home water filtration system, humidifier for the hvac system, and an Air-Bear Air Filtration System. They have great customer service and outstanding workmanship. Ill be going with Advanced Mechanical for all of my future plumbing and HVAC needs!

Called after hours on a Saturday because our A/C stopped working. Receptionist answered when I was expecting an answering machine. She forwarded us to Paul who was on call and was there within an hour and a half. Paul was awesome and knew exactly what the issue was. Had it fixed in a matter of 20 mins.
