Wow Electric was not only incredibly professional and responsive, but did the job in a timely manner and left zero trace of work being done beyond the improvements we hoped for - from running electricity to an outbuilding to adding an extra board in our garage, and then a last minute request to install ceiling fans outside. Cody was wonderful to work with. His costs were reasonable and competitive. On budget, on time and approved by the inspector without hesitation or changes. Could not recommend someone more highly.

WOW electric..... the best guy I ever met.Met Cody @ a barrel aged beer fest here in bend as he was helping all the business owners with their electrical on their food trucks, making sure refrigerators were working properly as well as generators.Cody went out of his way to help me on my personal vehicle (my van that I live out of) and fixed my air conditioner for me.So blessed and thankful.Would 11/10 recommend to anyone. I met Cody from wow electric at my old work. We hired someone before him to do our garage and they messed so much stuff up! But Cody came out and had all of our electrical done in 2 days!! All our lights worked and he even fixed our bathroom light/ fan! I 10/10 recommend wow electric! These guys for sure know what they are doing and will quote you a great price!! During our initial meeting he provided a thorough explanation of the scope of our project and offered various options (based on cost) that would meet our needs. On the day of our job Cody was on time, efficient in his work, and left the job sight clean. He called back in a timely manner (same day); he schedule to come out to my home immediately (showed up on time) after discussing what my needs were (we had a bunch of things ), he gave us options to choose from; and he executed the work beautifully. He also problem shot some areas we had some concerns with. He didnt mind educating me on what he was doing and why; He cleaned up his mess before leaving. As a business owner, the three things I look for when searching for someone in the trades are timeliness, quality, and affordability. Cody and WOW Electric have all three in spades. We operate out of an old Downtown building and a recent Fire Marshall inspection turned up some electrical issues that needed to be addressed.Cody was able to come out a few days later and put together a plan and a quote for me. We were working under a tight budget, so Cody was able to make some adjustments and get everything done at a number that made me feel really good. He was able to work around our business hours and completed everything we needed (and a few things we hadn’t even noticed) really quickly. The work was top notch and everyone is happy with the changes.To find a quality electrician in Bend, one who will come see you sooner than a few weeks, is rare in Bend these days. I won’t hesitate to call WOW Electric for any future issues, and I plan on having him out to my home to do some work there as soon as we can. 10 stars!

My house was on the market, buyers wanted the panel cleaned up because i had been in there more than once to add or delete circuits (cadet heaters) Cody came out, went through a clear plan of attack and potential parts to get everything to current code status. He came back the following week, knowing my closing deadline was coming soon. He was able to rearrange the panel with existing breakers and a few I had to keep parts cost to a minimum!! Definitely a puzzle, he load tested heater circuits, tighten up everything, chase a mystery circuit and get us a safety inspection doc for realtor. He spent the extra time to identify what I needed for escrow and did it affordably, more importantly with my closing dates in mind. Generally a caring, attentive listener which is not so common to encounter!! Affordable, competent and caring. I dont write reviews often, maybe shouting out these positive experiences will prevent someone from having to write a negative one LOL!!

Cody from WOW is the best!! I received a used hot tub from a family member and Cody was able to get me up and running in no time. I needed some wire that was up in the attic run down to my panel and he made quick work of it. When the hot tub was having trouble firing up he also switched out both my old breakers with new ones and now I am all set. While he was looking everything over he also noticed I had incorrect breakers in my main panel and switched those out for me as well. He is very professional, kind, easy to talk to and thorough. Everything is expensive in 2024 but I felt like WOW Electric charges very competitively and fair.

Cody and WOW electric are the real deal. Cody was very responsive on my search for an electrician after 3 rooms in my house lost power and the breaker wasnt functioning. He reached out to me within 24 hours and his first concern was identifying a safety issue and if he needed to come that same day.Fortunately we had schedules work the very next day and he got right to business identifying issues with the box and lines in my home. We fixed the issue and he helped adjust a few other items while he was here. Very easy to work with, very patient explaining all kinds of issues you can experience in your home, and will be calling again in the future with issues. Cant recommend enough!

I thought I had an electrical issue with my electric water heater. I called Cody, and he was willing to come over at the end of the day to check it out so I can get my water heater working as soon as possible. Later in the day, I figured out it was the water heater’s circuit board that was the issue so I canceled the appointment with Cody. But I was so appreciative of him going out of his way to come help me that day. I know who to call the next time I need an electrician!

I called Cody to come and check an electrical problem. I have a well in our yard and had a puddle of water around it that was smoking. He found that the conduit was broken under ground and was putting a charge in the ground. This could have been a deadly problem if one of my kids would have been playing out in the yard. I’m glad he was able to figure out what the problem was. I would recommend giving WOW Electric for any of your electrical needs. We called WOW Electric to look at an older garage when we bought an electric car. I knew the entire electrical box/terminal needed to be replaced. Cody came out to do an estimate and immediately I knew I got lucky and found the right man for the job. He was very thorough in his inspection of the old box and terminal and gave me several options regarding how to proceed. We decided on a plan and then Cody got to work. We do not live in the area so trusting Cody we left keys for him so we did not have to make the trip every time work was being done. He made several trips and took care of some unexpected challenges that came up. He saw all of the city paperwork and inspections through to the finish. I can not recommend Cody and WOW Electric more highly! A++
