Rob came out on Christmas Eve to fix what I did wrong. After my DIY to replace my garbage disposal, not only did it not work, but neither did my dishwasher. Rob was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and Overall, good guy. Pricing was very fair and he even did a safety check on my breaker box, furnace’s electrical, and outside electrical. Very highly recommended as I will be calling him again for all of my electrical needs.

Hired Mr Electric based on strength of reviews and was not disappointed. Pricing was fair and work was done perfectly and professionally. Derek and Isaiah were fast and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. They made sure everything was satisfactory before asking for payment and they stayed within the price quoted. Would highly recommend and will certainly use them again in the future.

The issues I had were addressed and the customer service was great. I had half of my rooms and fixtures required and ceiling fan boxes installed and they were finished sooner than I thought they would be. They also did a great job cleaning up. If I need anymore electrical work done Mr. Electric will be my first call.

I would highly recommend Mr. Electric for any electrical need—specifically my technician, Matt. He was very punctual (even beating me home!) and professional. He explained the issue in a way I could understand, offered several solutions and was very patient with all my questions. He maintained polite conversation while installing and cleaned up after himself when finished. The company does not charge for a quote, and he charged a very very reasonable price for the work that was done. I called them late on a Monday and they squeezed me in on Tuesday morning so it could work in my schedule. I will call Matt/Mr. Electric for any thing I need done in the future.

I cant say enough about how fantastic Mr. Electric has been. Twice now theyve saved me when it seemed like nobody else would. In early 2020, we utilized their services for a remodeling project after we parted ways with the original electrician on the project. Matt came onto the project and was able to pick it up and complete things. They offered a reasonable price for the work being done and Matt ensured it was finished properly. At the beginning of 2021 (literally, January 1) our power went out along with 30K others. However, our electrical meter was ripped from our house and AEP wont restore power with that issue. I couldnt get any electricians to come on short notice - and even had another electrician commit to coming and never calling me back the next day. Mr. Electric answered the call and Brad showed up and did a fantastic job. Ive already committed that Mr. Electric will be our goto electricians from here on out.

The electrician was on time for the estimate. They confirmed the work, gave us the quote. We accepted it and they had availability tondi the work the same day :) By noon we had our new outlets installed and working. The electrician was fast and polite, and the work was done right.

Great company and service... electrician was respectful, knowledgeable, and quick....I think it is a little on the expensive side but I guess you can spend a little more and get a better service... better safe than sorry when it comes to electrical projects.

Mr electric came in and got me out of a horrible situation that lumen electric co. Left me in !! Lumen electric came in March 21st to replace my 200 Amp electric panel and left me without power til April 10th !! Thats when Mr electric came over with their highly professional electric technician named Ian and got me up and running in one business day!! Ask for Ian when you use this company!! Highly recommend him!! I would highly recommend to stay away from lumen electric company!! I wouldnt recommend them or should I say him Mr Michaels to my worse enemy!! So thanks again to Mrs Electric for doing a very professional job and keeping their word on getting my electric up and going in one day!! Thank you!!
