    Jeremy and his team came out and installed the generator in less than one day. It works great. They did professional work and left our place clean. They did accidentally take one of the pieces of sound/heat insulating foam that had fallen off with them when they cleaned up , but mailed it to me so I could easily stick it back on myself. Great overall experience, highly recommended. 👍

    Knowledgeable and friendly. Provided thorough answers to questions and explained options for changes. Jan 2024 visit was our home, December 2024 visit to repair outlet in the lower tenant unit of our duplex. Noticed and pointed out tenants use of multiple surge protectors all plugged in to one outlet while others were available for directly plugging electronics in. Notified tenants immediately about fire hazards. Thankful the issue was brought to my attention. Will definitely use Ideal for future electrical projects.

    We had a Generac whole house generator installed by Ideal Electric. Prior to installation, we had questions and communicated via email. Jeremy (the owner) responded quickly and answered all our questions. He and his crew came on the day they said they would. The installation process took a day which is what he had said. They cleaned up everything and even vacuumed in our basement. I would highly recommend Ideal Electric for any of electric needs.

    One of the best companies Ive worked with! Responsive, timely, and they do great work. I needed an outlet installed for an EV charger.     Jeremy was awesome. My detached garages power suddenly cut out on our 1950s cape cod and I couldnt get the breaker to switch back on. So I called Ideal on a whim and Jeremy answered and came out the next day. He discovered a faulty unused wire causing the failure and corrected the situation in less than an hour.Super easygoing and personable guy. I ironically had a gaming pc build in the works while he was here and needed to see why my pc wasnt posting and testing a power supplys voltage is one of the steps in the diagnostic process. So I had to ask him if I could borrow his voltmeter and sure enough him and I were tinkering around the pc testing various wires for 10min. I told him he didnt have to bother but he insisted since I was his last job of the day. We concluded it was not the power supply. That gesture spoke ions of his character.Awesome service, and will highly reccomend to anyone. If I have any issues in the future Ideal will be my only call!

    I had a large power surge. I called Jeremy at 8 am and he was here by 8:30 and verified the surge. He called the electric company for me and told me to call him once they were done. He came back and went through the whole house to find everything that was damaged. He was so polite and explained all the damage. He needed to come back to put in the replacement items and again was very prompt. Truly a professional.

    Jeremy and his team put in new light switches and new outlets in a new 4th bedroom we created. They also put in pocket lighting in our office/dining room. Jeremy was on time and professional when looking over our requests and provided his recommendations which were excellent. The quote was affordable too.     Jeremy and his team all do excellent work. They are knowledgeable; thorough and really go the extra mile to get the job done right. Im not sure why someone had a negative experience regarding calling in; as there are a ton of companies that use answering services... I definitely did not have that experience while dealing with them. I have never had a problem getting a hold of them; and in instances I have left a message it was promptly returned. Having worked with quite a few electric companies in the past; I can attest that these guys are one of the good ones. You wont regret working with these guys, be it for residential or commercial work. Highly Recommended.
