We decided to give Bright Services a try and were very satisfied with their service.The office staff was very pleasant and made scheduling easy and had a reasonable open date that fit our needs. Steve came to our double height garage / storage to install outlets, add conduit and talk us through options on power for a garage door lifter and EV chargers.The quote included options, gave us electronic copy so we could think through what we wanted done and in which order. Came back 4 days later to run conduit and install outlets. Neat and tidy work. Took the time needed to do a quality job!Steve was really friendly. I’ve had Bright Services to our home two times now. One time was to install an outdoor electric outlet.The second time, on a Friday afternoon, I had a scare thinking I had drilled into a wire in the wall. I called right as they were closing, and initially thought I would need to schedule something for the following Monday, but the person on the phone was able to contact Tyler who was willing to come to my home on the spot, even as he was leaving work for the day. I really appreciated this so much, as it eased my stress to get everything checked out without having to worry about it over the weekend.Big thanks to Tyler and Bright Services!

Bright Services has been absolutely awesome! They were super friendly, responsive, prompt in scheduling, and did a professional job! We had a chandelier replacement on an 18’ ceiling which they handled with no problem among other fixture replacements. They even called when they had a cancellation to get us in earlier which worked out perfectly. And most recently, we had a very simple issue with the breaker switches which we didn’t know had to be reset a certain way and they came and showed us how to reset them properly and were able to squeeze us into their busy day to help get our lights back on. I appreciate their staff so much and would highly recommend them!

I had a fantastic experience with Steve from Bright services. I wanted to install a floodlight in the driveway. Steve came over for an initial consultation and he proposed a few different ways we could extend existing circuits. We agreed on a solution and he came back a week later to do the work. Steve was able to complete the work efficiently, with a minimum amount of intrusion. I especially appreciated his attention to detail and concern for the aesthetics of the installation: rather than install a bulky junction box on the exterior of the house, he installed a recessed box so the floodlight would be flush with the siding. Steve was extremely friendly, and very patient as he took the time to answer all my questions. Great experience!

Scheduled a time to have a small chandelier installed to replace an existing light fixture in the dining room. David did an excellent job, showed up on time, communicated what was needed well, and was great throughout. The only drawback was the absurdly high price of $567 for a job that took less than an hour and a half. David did communicate the price before starting so I was aware of the price before he did the work, so it’s not like I was surprised with it after the work. However, next time I will certainly be shopping around for services that are hourly rather than a fixed bid price.

Original problem: Knowledgeable friendly professional! Very reasonable charge $. Figured out my problem and proposed a fix. Put things back together before leaving and it appeared as if he’d never been here. Vacuumed up each area he worked in!!!Follow-up: Mike and Nick returned, as I had agreed to, to run a new line and new breaker to my breaker box. Mike reviewed what they planned to do and discovered a splice box in a far dark corner under my house. He noticed a loose splice and tightened it, solving the problem. Rather than running a new line and breaker, Nick and Mike solved the original problem for much less $ than a new line and breaker would have cost. Kudos to you Nick and Mike!

I am very impressed with Bright Services. We originally scheduled around another contractor, and didnt time our electric services right. Matt came and did what he could around the contractor, then came back within a week to complete the work. Cheyenne was amazing at quickly scheduling his return before we put the house on the market. Matt repaired two bathroom fans, rather than getting new ones, saving me a lot of money. Matt communicated well, was very professional, and thoughtful about what I needed. Great company!

Customer service with Cheyenne was excellent. Quinn the electrician showed up as scheduled and did the work agreed upon, very professional and communicated well. My only displeasure was the expense, I thought it was going to be at an hourly rate, which is not cheap, but once he was there I was informed they do not do hourly and was only given the choice of doing it per a bid he did onsite which of course was more than what the hourly rate would have been. We live in an area of very expensive building costs and high demand so they are probably very competitive with other shops.

Our shop needed some 220v upgrades for new equipment and they were able to cycle us in to their schedule within a few weeks (was quoted 14 MONTHS by other companies). Jason was tidy, quick and professional. We had several pieces of large equipment hardwired as well as a 220v outlet installed. Panel upgrade and disconnects installed as well.
