We had recently bought a house built in the 20s. Within the first few months, my sewer backed up and I thought it was going to cost an arm and a leg. I got a couple quotes and they seemed pretty high. I called Wezees and their price seemed fair, they got me scheduled within a couple days and got her done. I was not a fan of having my whole driveway dug up but they finished quickly and were very professional and polite the whole way. Ive used them since then for a faucet install, new toilet - they are my go to plumbing company and I prefer them to the bigger companies. They save me money and theyre honest.

Dustin and Ronnie removed our old plastic main water shut off valve And replaced it with a new bronze valve. It took some expertise to configure the PVC parts to match the gap in our main waterline. They were quick and efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Good work.

Holiday weekend sink back up and leak. Called at 2 pm and Josh arrived right on time at 4 pm. He was knowledgeable and professional. Had the sink running in no time. The charge was affordable. We had Dan come over and do some repairs in our bathroom. He gave us a very detailed analysis of what the problems were, what options we had, and also gave a recommendation about the most cost-effective approach to handling some of our issues, given that were in an older home. He also gave us an estimate on some larger plumbing updates. I found his work to be fairly priced and high quality, and his bid for the larger job (which we have not proceeded with yet) was also reasonable. I would definitely recommend Wezees. They are responsive, and I dont feel like theyre the kind of company that will use scare tactics to upsell you on repairs or service that are not needed (and that is definitely not the case with some other companies weve got quotes from).

Ruben was great. He diagnosed and cleared a clog in a line coming out of the dishwasher and helped me understand how various parts under the sink were connected. While we were running it to make sure it was working, I asked about another (unrelated) issue and he gave me some good general advice. Other residents in my condo building have used Wezees and had good things to say about them, will definitely use them again for future issues and work.

Dan is just great. He is responsive, helpful, and sincere.I first asked him to install a new toilet but it turned out to be much more complicated than one would expect. Dan was patient with me when I asked _lots_ of questions and was willing to swing by to confirm and double check my own measurements.Dan has done several other things since then and for each thing he would provide me with alternatives to consider so I could weigh options that I might have not thought about. Additionally, hes just a nice guy. While he was cleaning up, he noticed I was struggling with something else (another project/fix that was unrelated) and he offered to jump in and help. Turns out he had tools that were much more efficient than what I was doing which dramatically helped!

Dan was very professional, thorough, and did an excellent job of installing a new faucet for the kitchen sink. He was clear about all the estimated costs of the service, and recommended the best faucet to purchase. He understood the urgency of the installation and came much earlier than the scheduled time and did the installation. Overall, I was very satisficed with his service.

Zack did great work and even offered to replace our kitchen faucet for free. We felt like we were in good hands I wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

Wezees totally exceeded my expectations. We had had a leak in a copper pipe and so we had Dan from Wezees come out and upgrade all our basement copper plumbing as well as move a sink fixture and a laundry fixture for us. I also later asked him to add a new line for a fridge which he added with no problem (at an additional cost, of course, but a reasonable one). The price for all the work was quite reasonable, too. I had another company cancel the day-of on giving me a quote and other competitors wanted to charge me just to quote me (not to diagnose a problem, but tell me how much it would cost to replace plumbing that is largely visible), but Wezees gave a free quote and stuck with it. They had an opportunity to increase the cost when the drywall was all out of the way, which I understood, but they ended up sticking with their quote. Certain aspects of the job were harder than anticipated, but they didnt upcharge me still and I really appreciated the integrity here. At no point did Dan cut corners - if anything, he did even more than I thought was possible in that space. I would definitely hire Wezees for other plumbing work. Dan was very professional and patient throughout, and the work was completed on schedule. (Note that the electrical lines hanging out in the photos were not Dans fault, and some of the sewer piping, like the white ones, were pre-existing)

After an initial consult that included chiseling out concrete to replace an iron pipe, the plumber talked to others at the office and recommended a newer technology that was less risky, and saved me money. It speaks volumes that he made the extra effort to ensure that I was getting the best solution!Additional pipe was found to be leaking after the first portion was replaced. Because the original replacement went quickly, and replacing next portion of pipe wasnt too involved, he did it without adding addition cost.Ill definitely be calling Wezees next time I need a plumbing services.

First impressions are everything! Wezees made an amazing first impression! I had a water heater issue at my place of business which is a dog grooming shop so warm water is extremely important. I called Wezees and they were able to send somebody out within 30 minutes and had the problem solved within an hour and a half! Not only were they prompt and very professional, they are also very reasonably priced. In my line of work plumbing issues are not uncommon, going forward I will not use anybody else! Since buying a home on Beacon Hill about 5 years ago, I’ve hired help with a number of maintenance needs, including plumbing. This was by far the best experience I’ve had with anyone, in any trade, hands down. From the initial phone contact, to paying the final invoice, nothing but friendliness and professionalism. They even came in under the initial estimate by a significant amount, and adjusted it accordingly. We did call Beacon plumbing as well to get a second opinion, and they were quite clear on two points: the price previously quoted by Weezees was very good, and they are known to be great plumbers. Will definitely call them again next time I need plumbing help.

First good practice was they gave an estimate over the phone before I made appt. Good communication all around after that (Jennifer, Josh). Josh did an excellent job snaking a slow tub drain. Nice guy, clean practices. Recommended device to prevent more hair clogs. (TubShroom works great!) Before starting job, he informed me about risk of snaking vintage plumbing, and ballparked what it might cost if it became necessary to replace drain and trap. That estimate and the snaking were WAAAAY below another companys quote. VERY pleased with Wezees.

Discovered a big leak in basement; Wezees sent someone quickly; Dan found the problem but couldnt repair it on the spot. So I agreed the water should be turned off until he could come back, which he explained would need to be in 1 1/2 days. We harvested a few buckets of water to use meanwhile. He got the parts needed and came back exactly when he said he would and had it fixed in short order. Very pleased.

I live close by so I was able to have them stop by to quote within a day. Josh and James stopped by and were very honest with me right away. I have old plastic pipes and a pinhole had formed in one right were it attaches to a T fitting in the wall. They were worried about more damage and cracking from doing extensive work cutting out the fitting and putting in new piping since the pipes are old and prone to this. They gave me a sealant to apply several coats over the next couple of days for free and called it good. No charge. They were honest, friendly, and no BS. I will be using Wezee for any future plumbing needs. You guys rock! Thank you!

Wezees Plumbing saves the day! Awesome service, super cool guys on site, and great, reliable work.Tried to replace our main shut-off valve DIY style, but ended up with issues where we were without water. Called Wezees on a Thursday in the late morning. Dispatcher said there teams were stuck on jobs, but one could come out first thing on Friday morning. A couple hours later, she called me back and said they could come at 3pm, which was a savior. We had another plumber lined up to come around 6pm, but really appreciated Wezees accommodating us on such short notice. Two nights in a row without water starts to get old.Thoren and James showed up, and were total straight shooters. They tried to work with the mangled situation that we presented them, and we had some good laughs with how we got to where we were. They were completely honest in their assessment and presented a couple different options which hit different price points. Once we all agreed on the best course of action, I green-lighted the work. They worked incredibly fast and had everything buttoned up and ready to rock by 4:30pm. No small feat when this job required getting into our foundation wall because of the short stub of pipe wed left them to work with. They did this all while letting us watch over their shoulder, and giving us several tips along the way.On the $$$ side, they were totally fair, and even gave us a considerable loyalty discount when I mentioned one of their co-workers had installed our tankless water heater. Wezees is a class act, and before they left, I had them bid re-piping a bathroom remodel upstairs. We learned our lesson, and look forward to getting them back out here to give us solid work and piece of mind.Thanks gents. Appreciate your good work and humor. Jennifer called me first thing on the Monday morning after Thanksgiving. Our water heater had died an invevitable death on the Saturday morning after a long life, and we decided to forego hot water until Monday. But first thing, she dispatched James and Josh to our place. Excellent communication, James popped by to assess the property before ordering a new tank, and by 3:00 pm, we had hot water. We have been considering a tankless option, and although we went with upgrading to another Bradford White tank, we would certainly call Wezees again if we do an on-demand retrofit. It also sounds like Wezees treats its plumbers well in exchange for excellent workpersonship, and thats a win-win in my book. A plumber whos respected will respect a customer in turn. Go with Wezees!

We could not be more pleased with Wezees Plumbing and their service. We had an emergency job to complete--a clog in our main sewer line. This issue meant we had no water for a couple of days, raw sewage in our tub--it was a stressful mess. We called Wezees late at night and they called us back promptly in the morning.This job took several days to complete. It was gross, messy, hard work on old pipes in cramped spaces. Thoren and Dan were tenacious and relentless in getting our situation in working order. They even squeezed us in during a day they had another job--they didnt have to do that, but they went out of their way to make sure we could use our water and toilets. Despite the many challenges that came with this job, these folks were five star the entire time.We highly recommend Wezees Plumbing.

Unknown pesky clog in drain solved!!Thoren and Dan came out 02/14 to help with my problem. The problem was my master shower, toilet and guest toilet were not working. In fact I flushed the guest toilet and it backed up into my master shower.So gross.I tried to snake it and it did not work.Wezees sent Thoren and Dan out, and despite it taking longer than usual, were able to remove the soft clog and get me back and running.Friendly great guys, down to earth, level headed and great work.I recommend them.

We were experiencing an issue with our kitchen sink backing up after the water had been running for some time (the joys of home ownership). Thoren and his colleague came to our house and provided a thorough evaluation of the root cause of the problem and the step by step approach of how they were going to tackle the issue. Obviously, it is never a great experience to pay over a $1,000 for a repair. But the technical expertise of Thoren provided me peace of mind as well as his explanation of the issue. That to me is worth the 5 stars and will have me coming to them again (hopefully not necessary) if a problem were to arise again.

I havent even gotten to use these guys yet (but I will) and Im already impressed. they have great reviews from the Beacon Hill neighborhood group. I have spoken with Thor both times....once was a last minute dishwasher install that I needed to have happen and they were not able to adjust their schedule but his advice helped me find someone. Just now I called on a leak and he advised me how to proceed to go to a leak specialist first to save me the most money and time. I plan to call them when i find out where my problem is because they sound knowledgeable and honest.

Theyre the only folks I trust for plumbing. Zach has every time come in and done the most professional, fast, and high quality work over and over. We have installed a basement bathroom with wezees, fixed a leaking sewer line, and gotten a new water heater through them too. While prices might not always be the lowest, he always does the right work needed. For instance, my kitchen sewer line sprung a leak in my front yard. I had bids from $3500 to $13k. No kidding. Zach showed up and fixed it for $1400. Not because he did a patch job, but because he did the right problem solving. He knew that a blockage was likely causing the leak and he was right. He literally saved me thousands. I had 2 plumbers saying we needed to demo work through the house and Zach did all the work outside. This was huge. Love the guy.

I was referred to Weezees by a friend and General Contractor. I sent an inquiry to Weezees and received almost immediate response. Josh showed up less than 2 days later and gave me a quote on site. Weezees completed the work the following week in 1 day. They were timely, great communication, did what they say they would to on time and for the right price with no surprises! I would recommend them to anyone

After several calls to a couple plumbers, Louise was the only one to responded back to me in a very timely manner. The appointment was made and Zach arrived on time. Zach removed an old under the counter refrigerator and replaced it with a dishwasher and installed and new bathroom sink faucet. I was worried about the dishwasher fitting, but he was very confident that he could get to work. Everything looks good and works perfectly. Price was very fair and reasonable compared to another plumbing company that I had used prior and whose prices were outrageous.I highly recommend Weezees plumbing and I will definitely use them again should the need arise.

Great group of people. Pricing is reasonable and the work is excellent. Thoren and Co. replaced our leaking shower on short notice, and well be having them back for a bunch of repiping work soon. Definitely will be calling them for any future plumbing needs.

I was having a leaking issue with the P-Trap under my sink. It was re-installed by another plumbing company a number of times and continued to leak. MILDEW STINKS! I called Wezees and spoke with Thoren who was very helpful on the phone and said someone could come out right away. Zach showed up at our scheduled time (way to be punctual!) and told me exactly what the problem was. He replaced the P-Trap for me effortlessly. That was over three months ago and I havent had any problems since.
