We had a plumbing company come in our house November 20 2024 to snake out the sewer pipe in doing so the snake got stuck and couldn’t be removed and left us hanging until the 27 th.We called Fortified plumbing and they showed up an hour later to estimate the job. The next day the crew was here by 9:00 am and started working to fix our plumbing. The crew was professional and extremely knowledgeable. By 5:00pm the snake was removed and plumbing was working properly. I’m so thankful that we contacted Fortified plumbing. I will definitely call them again if I have any plumbing issues or questions. Very professional service. I will advise all my friends and family and neighbors that if they need plumbing issues to call Fortified.Thanks again for your help. Big shout out to the crew.

I ran into a problem with my house where my underground downspout plumbing that went under timber walls, concrete patio, and down a hill several hundred feet became plugged. Water was leaking into the house and they rebuilt the entire system for me out of schedule 40 PVC. It was a big job and Jeremy their technologist and team leader did an amazing job. Thank you again!

Wow. Im blown away at the quality of work and great price from Fortified Plumbing! From the first phone call to Eric, to working with the assigned plumber, Brandon, the service experience with these guys was nothing short of exceptional. Brandon came out the very next morning and diagnosed everything. He talked me through different pricing options and we scheduled the repair work (replace old three knob shutoffs with universal knob/diverter/shutoffs in upstairs bath) for Monday morning. He showed up with all the parts, was professional (called me sir and my wife maam the whole time!) and efficient. He went above and beyond and installed 1/4 turn shutoffs behind the tub so now we wont have to shut off the water to both bathrooms to do work in the shower! He did everything very well, cleaned everything up, checked in with me a few times during the job and was just a great all-around young man. I could not be happier with the quality of work and the cost. These guys are top notch! Call Fortified Plumbing today!

On November 3rd of last year, I went downstairs to do a load of wash and was met by a basement full of water. It was a Friday night. I called Fortified and a young man came out and assessed the problem as he saw it and said he’d be back on Monday. The owner and workers were indeed back on Monday. A pipe had broken under the house. The had to dig down outside and then come inside to finish the job which took about a week. These were professional, hard working men that put us back into business in less than a week. It was a lot of work but they were awesome. The kept us informed every day. They got the work done, did a final inspection and that was that. I would highly recommend this company! Experts all the way around.

We’ve twice needed a plumber to do work on the 20 year old house we just purchased and each time Fortified responds quickly. They have gotten someone out the next day to do the repairs. Both repairs were covered by home warranty but Fortified got someone here quicker, were more affordable and best of all trustworthy. I would recommend them 10 out of 10 times.

I would recommend Fortified Plumbing to anyone. From my first call on a Saturday night with Jeff to the project completion, the entire team was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and professional. What started as a sump pump issue turned into a bigger issue with drainage. Mike and Brandon were great throughout the project, keeping me updated on the progress throughout. We had Brandon come out to repair a pipe under our sink that was leaking. A couple days later he returned to install a pipe from our AC unit to the correct opening in our floor for the condensation. He was so polite, professional, and speedy without sacrificing quality. Brandon was very very honest and straightforward about what needed to be done. 10/10 would recommend if you need ANY plumbing work done.

I just want to say how happy we are with Fortified plumbing. Our shallow well pump burned out over the weekend, I called Sunday late morning, spoke with someone and Jeffrey came out first thing Monday morning at 9:30 am. He installed a new Shallow well pump, fixed some piping issues, installed a water shutoff valve that we didnt already have and installed a 50 gallon electric water heater. He cleaned everything up and took our old tank away. He took the time to go over how the new pump and water heater operate and showed me what to do if we ever lose power or have any issues with each piece of equipment. He even answered some questions I had about our underground water holding tank. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and did a great job. He went over the warranties and what we need to do if we have any problems. I would HIGHLY recommend Fortified Plumbing and will be calling them FIRST if we have any plumbing issues in the future. After hiring another company who could not complete the job because it was 430pm and would have to return in a few days to cut open the wall to unclog a drain, we were referred to this company and Jeremy said it would be about an hour and a half before he could get there due to another job and low and behold he was there at 7pm (1.5 hrs like he said) to unclog our drain. He was there 35 minutes and had everything unclogged, cleaned there mess up and even went into the crawl space to make sure there was no broken pipes!! Very professional and much cheaper than the company that was out before them who did absolutely nothing!! Will definitely call these guys back out!!

I give this business a 5 star rating! I called in an urgent request for their services for a leak under my home. Brandon and Erik arrived that day. While Brandon was assessing and fixing the leak he discovered a structural problem with the pipes. This could have been overlooked or just ignored, but instead he fixed the leak , went to the store to get the additional parts needed, and fixed the structural problem also. I found them to be very skilled, knowledgeable and professional! I highly recommend this company!

Tried to call the big names who advertise emergency services 24/7... was told by not only by one but 3 big name companies that they had no one that could help me. Called Fortified Plumbing and they came out within a hour!As I was telling the plumber that came out about a pipe issue I knew of because of another contractor found in a crawl space, he jumped right into the crawl space. I had other plumbers tell me they would not go in crawl space and said I would have a hard time finding someone who would! Workers kept me informed along the way.Had a pipe collapse a few weeks later and of course called Fortified.. It was a huge mess. I would give 10 star rating to Fortified and their staff for communication! Very professional and high quality workmanship!Had to use Fortified Plumbing again..This time not for a plumbing issue but a drainage of Xray fluid in the office I work at. Called Eric and said yes he could help. Was at my location within the hour after calling. Fixed the huge outdated problem within a little bit!

I spoke with Eric to schedule a time and he dispatched Brandon out to my home. I had a leak in my water tank.I called multiple other plumbers, some didnt accept credit cards, some couldnt see me until next week, and some were way over priced.Brandon called me and gave me a heads up on his estimated time of arrival. Then he called me again to explain the delays due to the flash flooding in the area.Then he gave me another call just to make sure I knew he was on his way.He showed up, was professional, cool guy. And even better he was quick! Cleaned up afterwards, and during the install communicated with me on what he was doing and what happened. He also provided me quotes for other things I may need in the future.He I stalled a Bradford tank. These are known as top of the like in terms of quality. I originally had a Ruud it was 25 years old. I was lucky it lasted this long.Bonus info... They support our public safety brothers and sisters. Police and fire fighters discount. I believe they give military also. It was sweet to receive that as a thanks for my service.I highly recommend Fortified Plumbing. Not only did they provide quality service and pricing they were the quickest to get my situation resolved compared to half a dozen other plumbers in the area.Kudos to you guys! OMG! Seriously amazing service. I called early this morning and my appointment was later that afternoon. When the service guy had a short delay for our reserved appointment he called me immediately to apologize and make sure his delay would be ok. It was a very short delay.Once inside my home, he asked me if he should remove his shoes. I have found that a lot of service professionals dont even ask--they just walk in. He, (Brandon) was very sweet and professional (I can tell he was raised well).😊 I had one request and that was that he not scratch my porcelain while snaking my toilet. He did a perfect job and didnt leave until he was 100% sure the flow was corrected. Im extremely satisfied. I hope I never need this serve again, but if I do, I want Brandon. Thank you.

Im a DIYourselfer so calling a plumber to fix my well pump was a hard pill to swallow but we do what we gotta do.Communication was excellent and quick, due to an emergency call they had the night before I was contacted promptly at 9am and informed that they may be later then expected, personally I greatly appreciate a concern for my time and calling me showed that I was important to them and not just another call.Jeremy came out to the house, for an initial visit to troubleshoot the problem and see if he would need any special parts. Took him about 5 minutes to determine the problem and a quick call after he went to get the parts he needed.Overall, my experience was excellent Jeremy was polite, professional and didnt mind me hovering over his work which was excellent.The price was exactly as agreed on, with no surprises and I definitely felt that it was competitive and fair.I hope I never need them again, lol but if I find myself needing a plumber again theyll be my first call.
