The first time they helped us with our rusted clogged bathroom sink and the second time with a garbage disposal kitchen sink that started leaking.     I cant even explain how happy I am for finding this company! Jacob is the best youll find. A very professional and prompt service while I was in the middle of a serious emergency leak in main pipe in my house. I called 2 other places and didnt like the way prices were changed. Jacob was very clear with the work that needed to be done and I received an email with the quote and everything was worked on and fixed immediately. I feel so lucky to have found them! Call them.     Jacob did a great job clearing the backup that I had in my kitchen sink. He was extremely courteous and professional and went all out to clear it. Which was not easy and involved alot of work and having to put in extra effort and use additional tools. And I really liked how thorough he was including how he cleaned up everything afterwards!

    I submitted a quote request on Sunday and within less than 10 minutes I recieved a call back and an appointment for Monday morning between 8 - 12 was made.On Monday morning, about 9:30 am Fred arrived. Fred gave me a quote and started working. My faucets were very difficult to remove. However, Fred did not give up, he strives on challenges. Fred removed the old faucets and installed the new one. Fred is very friendly, easy to talk to and hard worker.Very impressed with All Clear and with Fred. All clear has a great employee with Fred. Keep him.

The superb service began with a phone conversation with Chris - she’s informative and has a great sense of humor. Within 35 minutes of the call, Jacob arrived. He was personable, knowledgeable about his craft, HONEST, and explained everything he did [and what the previous plumber didn’t] in detail. The price was also very reasonable.After the service was completed, we received a follow-up call from Chris to ensure we were satisfied - which we were.     Ive used All Clear on several smaller jobs over the past few years and they have been great, good price, good work and show up on time. Recently my hot water heater blew while I was away for the weekend, and Jacob was able to show up less than 30 mins after I called to turn off the water on a Sunday. And then he was also able to deliver and install a new water heater the next day. This was for my multifamily house, so I really really appreciated getting hot water back on the next day! Jacob was great to work with and explained everything to me very clearly, thank you for all your hard work!!

    I highly recommend All Clear. We live in Bergen County, NJ, in a condo. We had a leak from our unit to our downstairs neighbors in our tub. Two plumbers, Fred and Mitch, came promptly and worked very skillfully. They were friendly, funny, and very respectful -- to me, to my neighbor, and to each other.     I was very pleased with Elvis and Vinnie who had to fix the pipes in my house, beyween the upstairs bathroom and kitchen downstairs.They worked so hard and did everything possible to be as non-invasive as they could with the house structure. Jacob repaired my steam line and got my heat running for me in a difficult job. He figured it out after some time and got everything piped brand new.     Fast and responsive I had a dishwasher installed, and the installers damaged the valves under my sink.     We have had a sewer backup problem for the last several months. I had several plumbers come and clean out the sewer, but it kept backing up. All Clear (Jacob) came out and immediately opened the line and sent a camera in to diagnose the problem. He showed me the problem. The line was totally infiltrated with roots from a tree out front. He set up an appointment the next day and they cut out all of the roots and then micro jetted the line with high pressure water and a root killer. We are so pleased with the professionalism and prompt service. They saved us from having to live in a hotel for several days. The other plumbers mentioned that a dig was necessary and would have been very expensive!! Thank God for Jacob and All Clear!!!!

    A couple of things. I had a bad bathtub clog. All Clear came out replaced the old black pipe with PVC, problem solved no more issues. Good work informative and cleaned up like they were never there.Second, I had a sewer backup recently. They were very helpful in determining where the problem was ( which was the citys issue). There were some communication issues with the city contractors, but Fred and Elvis and the dispatcher handled it like true professionals in trying to get the issue resolved.     I called All Clear to get an estimate on replacing an old, corroded basement shutoff valve for an outside spigot. I was told a technician (Elvis) would be by within the hour which he was. After giving me an estimate that was comparable or better than Id previously received we went ahead with the job. Elvis was professional, answered a bunch of other questions I had and took care of an intermittent leak I had with another pipe in the basement. The whole process from phone call to job completion took about 1.5 - 2 hours and couldnt have gone any smoother.

    Great service! Excellent company. Had a clogged sewer drain. Called some big companies like Rotor Routers who could not initially fix the issue and wanted to charge thousands of dollars to replace pipes.     I was quoted for a water heater replacement yesterday. I called in and tried to make the payment but was told I need to be at the physical residence to accept payment, no problem by me. However, no one came to take my payment. It has been a day and a half and when I call in, they say they will give me a call when someone is on their way. They told me that yesterday and I waited all day. Told me that today and still waiting while my basement leaks. They have good communication when I call in however, no one comes up to pick up the payment from me. Ill have to go with the second highest bidder, theyll even handle the permits on my behalf.Update: from 4 to 5 stars. I got a call back and they sent Mike over to collect my payment. I cancelled the other company and went with All Clear. Mike did a great job and explained fully what he did and the permit process. Pretty satisfied with his work and the new water heater.

    I called All Clear Plumbing after my steam boiler broke. Originally, I had my contractor try to install a brand new Utica steam boiler. That was a huge mistake on my part. It was an absolute train-wreck. He had no idea what he was doing. I called All Clear in the morning- Ivan, the owner picked up. He asked me to send him pictures of the boiler my contractor installed. He advised me not to turn on the boiler as it would be detrimental to the well being of my family and home. I also sent pictures to another plumbing company. When they saw the pictures they refused to work on our boiler because the job was so poorly done. Ivan, on the other hand, scheduled an immediate install of a brand new boiler. His plumber, Wilson, came out and did a wonderful job installing our brand new boiler. He also replaced the vents on a few radiators and serviced them at no extra charge.Here’s the point- this company is exemplary. Their service and work is stellar. All Clear Plumbing is second to none in the state of NJ. If you want professionalism, stellar customer service and fair prices- use All Clear Plumbing. I would, and I am recommending this company to all of you in need of plumbing services.I’m simply sharing my experience as an All Clear customer. My boiler broke in the midst of winter. I was home with two small children and a pregnant wife. My home was freezing because my contractor didn’t know what he was doing. All Clear Plumbing steeped in.     Excellent company, excellent people.I was away from my home and my neighbor noticed my sump pump was running. After an investigation he determined that my water heater was leaking.     I had water leaking inside a wall and a plumber from All Clear came to fix the problem. He had to leave to get a part but did not come back for hours. When I finally called him, he sheepishly said I should call the office. When I did, the person at the All Clear office said that they put the plumber on another job and that he wouldnt be available to come back to my house until that other job was finished first. UNBELIEVABLE!!! He came back many hours after he had left and finished the job, but how All Clear thinks its OK to have their plumber disappear on the job for hours like that without asking for the customers permission first or even without informing the customer of whats going on is just beyond me.UPDATE: The owner of All Clear, Ivan, called me right away after my review was posted. He explained that the plumber did go to get the part, but the store from which he needed to get it was closed (it was on a weekend) and they had to contact the owner of the store personally to get the part. Apparently, it took a long time for the store owner to get back to them, so rather than having the plumber wait around for hours, All Clear decided to put him on another job in the meantime. Too bad that neither the plumber nor the receptionist at All Clear explained this to me in the first place, but better late than never, I guess. Ivan gave me his sincere apology. He really seemed to care about customer satisfaction and I decided to change my review from one star to five. Thank you, Ivan.

    I recently had my hot water heater replaced by All Clear Plumbing after my old one suddenly stopped working. They were able to send someone to my house less than an hour after I called and the new water heater was installed the same day. While originally I felt that there were several shortcomings with the service that day, I am happy to say that after speaking with the owner--Ivan--we were able to resolve everything. Ivan takes care of his customers and makes things right. He took care of the permit required by the town and I was easily able to schedule for necessary inspection. I will be using them in the future.

    Absolutely phenomenal, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. On a Friday evening, we had a leaky shower that turned into a bigger problem involving the shower cartridge. The office staff was responsive and got someone out to us in a very reasonable timeframe. Fred was great. Friendly and attentive, he fixed the problem almost immediately. The next morning we realized the problem was not in fact completely taken care of, so Fred came back and completed the repair free of any extra charges.     Had such a great experience with All Clear Plumbing of Essex County yesterday that warranted me taking time for a review. Ive used them in the past as my go to plumber since buying a home in Kearny, NJ about a year ago. While I have certainly been greatly satisfied on previous occasions, I will say that my experience yesterday stood out as an example of why I continue to place my trust, and business with the owner Ivan and his team at All Clear.My wife and I had ordered a dryer to be installed going into Memorial Day weekend when it was discovered that the gas valve and line in our 100 year old house was in need of repair. The dryer installers could not complete the install and I was left with a dryer I could not use. I immediately called All Clear and they had someone over within 30 minutes to take a look. I spoke with the technician Avi and he gave me a few options. While he was here, I noted another plumbing issue I had been meaning to take care of as well, and overall Avi was able to deliver a combined quote to address my original gas line problem along with that other issue I had with my hot water line. By this time, it was already approaching 3pm in the day.Avi took the quote to the owner Ivan, who agreed and gave the thumbs up for Avi to get the work done that day. He then rushed back to the office, grabbed more gear, and came back and took care of our issue over the next few hours. My dryer gas line issues were no more, and we are now able to actually install and use our brand new dryer.I wanted to send a big thank you to Ivan for allowing Avi to perform the work on such short notice and within the price quote he put together. As always, I appreciate his being available and hands-on with the business. For anyone dealing with All Clear, Ivan is the type to go out of his way to follow up the next day and make sure everything went smooth with the services his techs perform. Lastly, if you do call All Clear and get Avi at your door, know that he is honest and straightforward with this pricing.     Truly impressed by this company. Had an emergency leak with my parenst kitchen sink on a Saturday. Thankfully they were openAfter doing research. All clear had great reviews. I called and within 1 hour they were on their way to my home in belleville. It took them no less than 1 hour to replace old pipe and install the new pipe under my sink to pvc. They were also very reasonable. They charged less than $400. Very affordable for a last minute, Saturday emergency morning call.     All Clear Plumbing did a great job for us. We had a problem with our sewer line that several other companies were not able to resolve properly. All Clear was thorough and diagnosed the problem which was missed by others and they got it fixed correctly. This was a big job that required digging up an area outside of our home and All Clear went out of their way to make sure our lawn and property was not disrupted in a major way. It was also great to hear from Ivan when he followed up to make sure that everything was good a week or two after the job.     Great company. After a nightmare of a bathroom remodel my bathroom faucet started pouring into my kitchen ceiling.     Where do I start? I bought a house that went through a poor renovation, poor inspection, and here I am. As soon as I moved in I noticed 8 leaks in the basement. I called Rota Rooter and they told me that it would cost $1,100 and that they would have to tear down a large amount of drywall to fix the leak. I then called All Clear and they sent Mike out within an hour. He me that he could do it for $850. He completed more work than what was promised by Rota Rooter, he did it that day, and was cheaper! Rota Rooter was even trying to tear down the wrong wall! Mike cut the smallest hole and pinpointed the cause of the leak and fixed it! I highly recommend All Clear for fast, honest, and professional work!

    Chose to replace a water heater for my tenant which was original and installed in 2006.     I called Ivan and All Clear Plumbing to get a 2nd opinion after I had been told by a different plumbing company that I need to have my entire 50 pipe that runs to the sewer line redone. They were estimating between $10K-$12K. Ivan came out and took a look and said those people were just trying to rip me off. The pipe was fine, a little blocked up but he snaked it out and then sent a camera through it to show me how clear it was. He also told me that the price I paid was way about industry standard and who I could report them to and most likely get reimbursed. Ivan is an honest, stand up, man of his word kind of guy, which is rare especially amongst plumbers. I wont call anyone else for any plumbing issues in the future.

    My wife and I recently purchased a 100 year old home in Kearny, NJ. Having just dumped a small fortune on the investment, and us being in the midst of the ongoing Covid Pandemic, we were very concerned about a significant water main leak issue in our basement. Having consulted 2 prior plumbers in the area, both suggested they could try a fix at the cost of about 3k (but there were no guarantees) and I would then be looking at around maybe 8-10k for them to dig up underneath my property for the fix. They both said maybe when pressed and would not give me a solid number which lead me to believe I would be paying more like 12k at the end of it all; and, that any attempted fix would surely fail.Staring at the prospect of having to spend another 10-12k, I took a chance and contacted Ivan @ All Clear. His crew came out and assessed the situation. Talking with Ivan, he offered an attempted fix for about $700. Not only that, he explained and gave details about what they would try to do to repair it (neither of the previous 2 plumbers shared what they would try). This extra insight and information gave me the confidence that Ivan and his crew knew what they were doing, and had a high probably of pulling it off.tldr: I took a chance with All Clear and it paid off! They repaired the leak onsite in 1 day. We ended paying around $700 instead of $10,000. With the extra money, we were able to enjoy our new home (as it should be), rather than live off bread and water for the next few months .Overall, I cannot recommend All Clear enough. They are the most professional and honest plumbers I have talked to in NJ since buying this house. I would say give them a call if you have a plumbing issue that seems to be spiraling out of control. Maybe that call could save you thousands of dollars too!

    Response period was immediate, they got to my house in 10 minutes, they are very professional, they go above and beyond to fix the problem.I had a frozen pipe that it was hard to locate , they located the pipe and thawed it.They also gave me tips and advice how to avoid frozen pipes in the future.They did a great job!Definitely calling them again for any plumbing issues!

    I have nothing but praise to give to All Clear Plumbing. To start, we had an emergency situation on the weekend that got worse on Saturday night into Sunday! We didnt think that anyone would come on a Sunday and if they did, we thought they we were going to charge us an arm and a leg!
