Mike did a good job of cleaning the unit outside. Not only that, but he answered my questions as best as he could, and gave me advice on maintaining the machine. They answered promptly and arrived on the same day : ) we had Sam come in who was wonderful and kind. He replaced our ignition and made sure the house was running heat. We did have a recurring issue a few weeks afterwards but they fixed the problem free of charge since the initial appointment and fix had a warranty. They do great work and are honest people. Would highly recommend! Bonus points for Sam coming in wearing a mask!
