I have tried other companies in the past and I am so glad I found Davinroy Plumbing for the replacement of my new toilet. As it turned out the guys that installed my flooring sealed my existing toilet to the floor causing my flooring to lift when he tried to remove my existing toilet. Thankfully Aldo knew just what to do saving my flooring and ending in the perfect install. I will be recommending Davinroy Plumbing to anyone looking for a highly skilled honest plumber.

Al is just a good, honest guy who is passionate about what he does. I had about a 10 year-old water heater on which an expansion tank had already failed me years earlier, and now the tank itself was down for the count. Al was familiar with the company that installed it and their subpar appliances and shoddy workmanship. I was pleased to hear that they have since shut down. But that made for a more complicated removal, including a couple unplanned runs to the store for additional tools/supplies. Al was totally undeterred, though, and wouldnt compromise, and committed himself to making sure my hot water was good to go before he left me that night.I feel like I saw a few reviews that seemed to be from a few more stick in the mud type personalities that were a little more critical than his usual 5 star ratings... and I think Id say hes a kind of fun loving guy with a kind of BIG personality, and I think it throws people off a little sometimes, haha! What i found is that this is because he really wants to diagnose the root issue and never just do some quick fix, so he just actually really cares, asks a lot of questions, and gets to the bottom of stuff. Any crook can talk pretty to ya and lull you into a sense of security, but real professionalism is getting it done ONCE, and getting it done RIGHT, and thats all this man does. Whatever it is, you wont regret having Al into your home or business to handle it!Oh, and yes, Al, looks like the old tank got picked up just as planned, didnt see it when I got back home the next day. And I think I was enjoying a nice hot shower at that time when I missed your call that night, so THANKS AGAIN!

Our hot water heater went out on Friday night, so we called Al. As busy as he was with all the calls he received from people whose basements had been flooded, he came out on Sunday and assessed our situation. Then he came out on Tuesday and replaced our hot water heater and then came back on Friday and repaired an outside Spigot and two indoor faucets. He was looking forward to Sunday since it would be his first day off in two weeks. Under those circumstances, he certainly could have put off helping us with the spigot and faucets, but we were very happy that he did not. Another thing we appreciated is that he explained to us what was necessary to be done, in order to take care of the problems, instead of doing whatever needed to be done with not much of an explanation.

Last year our water heater blew!! I was lucky enough to call Davinroy plumbing amongst the other plumber numbers that came up. He was helpful over the phone and was able to do the job that day. Very fortunate. This time we had a piece of pipe missing and loud knocking pipes. He fixed everything the way it shud have been to begin with. House built in 1880. non plumbers did the updates. lol. Al is straight forward and honest. He cares about his work and it shows! He will show you and explain what he is doing. His prices are very reasonable. Being able to trust someone working for you is a big deal to me. I will always call Al if we need plumbing help! I recommend Al to any friends that need a plumber that they can Trust!!!!

Highly, highly recommend!!!!!!!I called Mr. Davinroy in an emergency situation as we had a pipe connecting to our washer that was leaking (more like flooding) and we had to turn off our main valve in order to keep the leak at bay. We had only been in the home for 3 weeks and I was dealing with the Home Warranty Co. and trying to figure out what they covered and the plumber that they had on file would not come out and said that he could not be here for 4 days (he acted like we were inconveniencing him). Our saga had already started two days before that and we were without water. I called Mr. Davinroy and explained the situation. He was very concerned that we were not able to use our water. Mr. Davinroy even called me back to make sure we had found our shut off valve and to talk about the situation and came out on a Saturday, even though he had plans. He was very knowledgeable, professional and super nice. He was able to fix our pipes and set up a different system to make sure we could turn them off in the middle of them if we ever had a similar situation. He will forever be our go to plumber! He even called us the day after (on a Sunday) to make sure everything was working properly! I give him the highest of recommendations because to put it simply, he was genuinely worried/concerned for us and his work was excellent, as well as his price point being very very reasonable (which was a relief to us, having just bought this home). In fact, we already have plans to have him work on some other issues that we were aware of. What a great experience to have had him come to our rescue! We found someone we can count on for quality work and who has integrity.
