Sorry for the book I have written. I just cant give the credit needed in just a few sentences. Unfortunately I was a homeowner who sadly had their basement flood during the unbelievable rain storm a few weeks ago. Once I got power back I called ABC Plumbing Heating & AC on Saturday afternoon and inquired if they did cleanup after a catastrophic flood situation. The answer was YES THEY DO! I was shocked and thrilled when John and Adam showed up first thing Monday morning. I dont think I could have spent another night in my home due to the horrible stench and the mold that had already started to take over in my basement. Oh my goodness John and Adam went right to work removing everything destroyed from the flood; furniture, carpet and padding, anything on the floor that was ruined from getting wet, they cut out the lower 16 of my drywall to prevent mold inside the wall and also so the 2 x 4 wall framing could dry and not mold. They put super high powered fans down there and let them do their work of drying the basement while they proceeded to bring in their trucks to remove all the debris that had to be thrown away. A couple of days later after the basement was finally dry they disinfected the floors and everything else that survived the flood. They then sprayed and let naturally dry a really nice smelling product on all the wood framing that help prevents future mold growth. I can not thank ABC Plumbing, Heating & AC enough for the superior job they did from start to finish. John and Adam were kind and respectful and kept me informed step by step as to what they needed to do to clean and make my home safe to live in. If you need services for Plumbing, Heating, AC or Flood issues they should absolutely be the company you call. You WILL NOT be disappointed!!! Hopefully Im just as blessed finding a home improvement company that will put my basement back to its original finished status.

I called to have Frost-Free Spigot put on my house. They were out to the house quickly and installed the spigot. I will say that the installation was expensive, $300+ but the service was great! JR was my Plumber, he gave me helpful hints for other products in my home and was really helpful even though the job had some complications that didnt make his job easy.After the new spigot was installed a seal failed. I dont blame ABC for this, I feel like it was just the brand. I contacted JR and he came back out and replaced the spigot with a new (different brand) spigot and so far, so good.Ive never found an inexpensive plumber, so all things being equal, these guys will be who I call because of their Customer Service.

I went down the list of plumbers on Google, and ABC was the only one who could come out today! Who cares about a fee for the visit, when you have water running everywhere from one level to the one below. Just make it stop! JR to the rescue! JR was here in about 40 minutes like he said.
