Scott was easy to work with when we decided to purchase new vinyl windows in May 2022. We are very happy with our windows and have noticed a difference in our electric bill over the past year which was great. Scott responds to my phone calls and has been very helpful. Price was fair.Last night (2/27/24) one of our windows broke accidentally and I called Scott around 4:00 PM and he took the time to see if he had an extra window in his warehouse to help us out while we get the window repaired. We got very lucky as Scott found a window that fit perfectly and brought it right over and took good care of us. This is outstanding customer service in my book and my husband and I really appreciate the extra effort he made to help us out in a pinch.I added a couple of photos of just a few of our beautiful windows.

Just finished adding a new roof and siding to our home in Maryville. WoW! We couldnt be happier! From start to finish the entire process ended up beyond our expectations. Scot was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He helped us create a plan according to our needs and budget. He and his crew were dependable and punctual. The quality of work is beyond compare. We couldnt be more happy with the entire process and the end result- a beautiful home!

Scot came out and repaired our exterior patio door himself! He was communicative throughout the scheduling and arrival process. He not only re-stabilized the door in its frame, but fine tuned the latch and lock to ensure a proper seal. Would recommend and work with this Scot and his company again!

I just had a total facelift to the outside of my home by Scot and his crew. They re-sided the whole house, trimmed the windows, replaced all the soffits and face boards, and added new vinyl railing to my porches. I could not be happier with everything they did. Quality Installation was the first company I called and after meeting with Scot and talking everything over I knew there was no use calling any one else. Scot literally treated me like family and kept me updated on what was going on. I highly recommend Quality Installation , Scot and his courteous crew, you wont be disappointed.

Our deck replacement project was completed ahead of schedule and within budget! Everyone who worked on the project was friendly and courteous, and didn’t overlook any of the details. We appreciated that whenever we were told people would be working, they were here.From the beginning, Scot provided a no-pressure approach to our bid request. No high pressure , no phony sales, just an honest and up-front price. We had also received bids from the big companies (you know who they are) and we immediately knew that Quality Installation was the right choice for us. Scot kept us informed all along the way, and made certain we were completely satisfied. He will be the only call we make for our next improvement project!

Scot has done several projects for us over the years including siding, 2 patios, a door, a window and recently a roof and a complete bathroom & bedroom rennovation. We have been very pleased with the attention to detail & workmanship. Our bathroom is beautiful and very functional. As with any renovation, issues arise. Scot and his workers met them head on and many underlying issues were resolved in the process. Thank you for the excellent care!

We can’t say enough about the quality of the work completed by Scot and his crew. They removed existing cedar siding, prepped the surface, and installed vinyl siding on our home. Scot is friendly, listened to our questions, and offered sound advice. The crew worked quickly and efficiently with attention to detail. We would recommend them for their professional manner and workmanship and would not hesitate to hire them again.

Our house is only 12 years old but was built with builder grade windows and siding so we wanted to upgrade. Windows were hard to open and only bottoms tilted for cleaning. Siding had been damaged. We received pricing from several companies and Quality was very competitive pricewise and siding and windows were of comparable quality. Construction was completed quickly and we could not be happier with the look of the siding and the quality and ease of use of the windows. What a difference it made in the look of our home. Would recommend giving Scott and his crews a chance at your home improvement projects.

Had all house windows replaced. Scott, the owner, replied promptly each time I contacted him. He did what he said he would do when he said it would be done. Installers were competent, friendly, and easy to communicate with. Had a couple issues that were not his fault but he dealt with them quickly and fairly. Price was best of the 4 estimates I got. Did not like the sales tactics of the window companies advertising on the radio. This company was refreshing after sitting thru all those carpetbagger pitches. FYI I NEVER leave reviews---this was worth an exception. Thank you!.

We needed all of our 104 year old windows replaced. I had got a bid from one of those companies that you hear advertised on the radio all the time, and after listening to their high pressure sales pitch for over an hour, the price they quoted us was completely out of our range. Scott from Quality came out and there was no pressure and did the whole job for less than half of the other guys! He worked with us to keep the look of the old windows and stayed well within our budget. I couldn’t be happier with the new windows and the work done by Quality, I highly recommend them for any work you need done on your house!

Scot has done over 15 different projects at our house starting in 2003 and continuing this year. From installing soffits, new gutters and completely replacing all our windows and doors(26 windows and 3 doors) as an example, he and his crew do outstanding work. He is an awesome guy to work with and someone that takes great pride in the work he and his crew perform. We have never had any issues or problems with the work he has done for us and we have recommended him to our friends that need work done. I would have given more than 5 stars if allowed!! I highly recommend Scot if you need any work done at your house.

I have worked with many companies in the past to maintain my mothers home, non-compared to the experience we have had with “Quality installation”! My mother and I hired Scot to place siding on the exterior of her home. From the time we signed the contract, to the day work began, was about a month. During that time most contractors will not inquire with the customer until the day work begins. Scot was not one of them, he checked in with us weekly, I was so very pleased with the customer service. On top of that, the name “Quality Installation” can’t be any truer. The quality of their work is impeccable, if you are on the fence about what company to trust with doing a myriad of repairs to your home. Trust Scot, and his team!

I had a leaking sliding door and leaking roof from storm damage. Despite my sliding door not being installed by Quality installation, Scott came over at no charge to help diagnose the problem. Instead of taking advantage of me in my desperate state, he quickly discovered that is was simply a loose door handle that was letting in the torrential down pour. He was a big help and I’ll be sure to use him for future window and house needs.

He came to our home and discussed everything thoroughly to even checking the Better Business Bureau. Who does that? After getting bids decided to go with Quality Installation. We went from yellow to a gorgeous blue. OMG were we impressed? You betcha our installer was amazing and the siding has a major WOW factor. I hired Quality Installation to make my deck 4 ft longer to create an 8’x17’ uncovered section of deck, add a 12’x16’ screen room to the deck, and replace a window with a door to the screen room. I was very comfortable having Scot, the owner, and all the workers at my home. They were professional, friendly, and responsive to my requests. I couldn’t be happier with the final product. There were a couple of minor problems, which Scot promptly addressed to my complete satisfaction.

We had wood siding on our home and wanted a siding that would give us less maintenance. We were not fans of vinyl. We also live in the woods and wanted a look that would work with our outdoor setting. With the help of Scott and master carpenter, our vision became real. Siding is vinyl and accented with vinyl shake. It is beautiful. We could not be happier. So impressed with workmanship. We would highly recommend.
