If I could give higher than 5 stars this is the place that deserves it. We had a main water line start leaking bad, we did not know where exactly the leak was. They came out and located the leak, fixed it for us, and now we had them back to move our water line to a new location. They are so friendly and efficient and did such an amazing job, that we are having them install a new shower! I honestly cannot say enough about this company, they are kind, understanding, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient with their work. They have made us lifelong customers and I will be recommending them to everyone I know (I already have, and 2 friends have called and loved the work they had done as well)!!

Service and availability were fantastic. The office was very flexible rescheduling our water heater install did to conflicts with my schedule. Install technicians arrived on time and were very expedient in removing and installing the new water heater with very little disruption to my day. Thank you for the smooth installation right before the holidays! 10/10!

On a scale of 1-10, I would give Wilburs Plumbing a 15! Dallas and Steve installed a new hot water heater in our home with professionalism, expertise and friendliness. From start to finish, I had hot water in about 2 .5 hours! I highly recommend!

Wonderful company. From estimate to completed job the experience was great. The team that replaced my utility sink and plumbing were able to upgrade my 75+ year old pipes into an up to code drainage system. No more washer water draining in the utility sink. My new sink fits perfectly and securely in place. The new water softener has a new drainage system that correctly drains without standing water in the pipes. Awesome job!!! I will have this company do more plumbing upgrades in the future.

I had a mystery leak under my house which is on a slab. The Wilburs Plumbing team solved the mystery almost immediately. They were a small fraction of the cost of a quote I got from another company which was exorbitant amount of money. They are honest, reliable, and cost efficient. They went above and beyond to fix a few other minor things while they were there. I highly recommend them. They were literally an answer to prayer.

A GREAT experience with Wilburs Plumbing starts with the VERY BRIGHT and CHEERFUL Selina answering the phone. If she cant make your day better, no one can! We needed a high capacity RO system for our home. Alan was prompt to spec the right system for us. Once the system came in...less than a week, he scheduled Oleg and Romand for the installation. Both men arrived on time, were very respectful to us and our home. They installed and tested the system with great efficiency and accuracy. Our wall mount system was level and square, as were the wall mounted lines. Extreme care was taken to ensure all aspects of the jobsite were neat and clean during and after the work was completed.FAIR and HONEST pricing and GREAT WORK are the foundation of this business. I highly recommend this company!!

Another positive experience with Wilburs. I recently had cast iron sewer pipes replaced with PVC. This was done at an 85 year old cottage that has very tight working conditions.I worked Salina to schedule an on-site with Allen. Both were very friendly and easy to work with. Allen came out and looked the job over. Because the structure is so old, I expressed concern than often one job leads to another and so on.Allen recommended not just replacing the pipe that was leaking but the entire run of cast iron. After careful consideration, I agreed with his assessment. He called me later that day (his anniversary) and gave me an estimate for the work. I felt his estimate was very fair and not that much more than just fixing the leaky pipe.Oleg and Roman arrived at the time I was told to expect them and after a quick run through, took care to protect carpeting and other areas with tarps. Then they went to work. They worked carefully and steadily to remove the old pipes without causing any other problems. This wasnt easy due to the cramped quarters they had to work with. Before I knew it, they had the new PVC installed, tested the system and cleaned up the worksite. Both of them were very pleasant and showed genuine concern for doing quality work.We will continue to use Wilburs for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend them for quality work at a fair price and pleasant people who truly appreciate your business.Jeff Shouldice

My pressure tank went out on my well. All over the phone I was able to send photos of the job and work area told them whst I wanted to have done and we had a quote and a date scheduled. Extremely easy. Guys showed up got to work and were done in about an hour. Honestly only complaint I could possibly have is I wished the mechanics called when they were on their way to my home. Past that no problems work looks good and honestly I have never seen such consistent well pressure at a rural house .

They repaired a leaking pipe, fixed a slow running faucet and installed an outdoor faucet. Looks like very professional workmanship. All work was completed in just slightly over an hour. I think the price was very reasonable. The bottom line is I will call them again when I have plumbing issues.

I help take care of three houses belonging to myself, my elderly mother and my daughter. Wilburs Plumbing is my go to plumber for any number of problems weve had over time; issues stemming from the storms that came through this last weekend included. I have been like a crazy person the last few days after a sewage back-up into my daughters house during the tornadic weather, lack of insurance company responsiveness and the subsequent clean-up (not fun). James came right over to assess what happened, make sure we didnt have any issues that would cause anymore immediate problems, and laid out a plan to get to the root cause. I cant thank him enough. This is a great family company that I recommend to anyone with plumbing needs!
