The technician made 2 trips into Battle creek to look for parts and then stopped by on his way home to make sure I was pleased with the repair and that everything was still working OK. WOW! Talk about excellent customer service! We were referred to Quality through our Home Warranty Company and while the home warranty company was actually not able to help, Quality Plumbing picked up the ball and ran with it. Harley made sure to do whatever was necessary to get us a hot water heater and get it installed asap. The tenacity and amazing customer service will have us singing your praises for a long time. We are so grateful and appreciative. Your staff have all been so wonderful - professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Thank you for getting us so taken care of. You better make sure you never let Harley leave lol. In a time when few companies understand customer service or satisfaction - this one nailed it, shes a keeper!

My parents were in dire need of a new garbage disposal and so I searched for plumbers in Battle Creek. Quality Plumbing had good reviews and so I decided to give them a try. So glad I did! Krista was absolutely wonderful in helping to secure an appointment the very next morning and took extra care with the situation since the service was for my parents. Devin arrived right on time and, according to my parents, he and his partner were very friendly and knowledgeable and took care of the installation efficiently and successfully. We couldnt be more pleased! So glad we found Quality Plumbing... they will be my parents go to plumbers from now on!

The original company I had gotten a quote from wanted close to 20,000 for the work. Quality Plumbing quoted a viable workaround that didn’t require as much invasive work that would have required the other company to tear up my kitchen.They were responsive and on time. I appreciated that they also took time to talk with me at each stage of the repair so I knew what to expect. The job was done within the timeframe that they had given.

We now have a new shower to replace the tub, new flooring, new vanity and new installed wood walls over a multitude of paint jobs through the years (by me). After dealing with some issues with rescheduled appointments and unreturned phone calls requesting the quote for my job, Justin and Durand did an excellent job with the replacement of our 80 year old cast iron sewer line. They were asked to be mindful of our French Drain system near the line so they broke the concrete floor by hand with a sledgehammer to be sure not to damage anything. It was an expensive repair but we got our money’s worth with everything they had to complete in two days! I would recommend their service however office communications and scheduling could definitely use some work.
