Great customer service, we didnt know anything about our septic or actual location. They where very helpful and explained alot to us. We got our tank pumped and will be making our tank easy to get to for the next time. We will be using them for all future septic cleanings.

July 2024 AN update... my residence system was working fine but I had ignored doing any maintenance (pumping) in too many years. I dug up the backyard exposing my septic tank lid (36 inches down) and prepared things for pumping. I decided to install a riser system to avoid digging up the yard again for future pumping. Flash gave me a bid to install the riser and that price was cheaper than doing it myself! This is the second property I have used Flash Sanitation for a sewer pipe / septic issue. Both times they responded quickly, and their employees were very professional. Sh^t flows down hill, well it is supposed to. But when it doesnt Flash Sanitation has been there for us

A++ service! I can’t say enough good things about Flash Sanitation. Rachel was awesome getting us scheduled, super sweet and was genuinely concerned about our problem. Steve and Keith did an exceptional job making sure our septic was thoroughly cleaned out. They exceeded my expectations which in the long run will save us money not having to replace a septic tank anytime soon. Great job Flash, keep doing what you’re doing !One very happy satisfied customer!!

The two guy were very nice and informative. Very good at their job and fabulous customer service! My only complaint would be that I didnt get an appointment time when I called....just that it would be sometime today. The lady in the office could only give me a rough estimate range on price. Overall due to the two service guys I would use Flash Sanitation again.

Great communication from the staff regarding needs and appointments. It was done in a timely manner and as a new home owner, I had no idea where my septic tank was. The woman who works in the office was so helpful and walked me through who to call for a drawing and never made me feel dumb or silly for not knowing anything. I would definitely use them again and plan to in the future if needed. Great people, great business!

I rented a portable sink and John from them and the drop off was seamless, my septic was pumped and they were very knowledgeable about my system, and answered my questions about risers for better access. They were very professional while explaining the process. I will be using them again and would recommend them.

They waited on me to get there so as to pay them to avoid making another trip Monday. They waited for me for about 10-15 minutes as I was only 1/3 the way there. I really appreciate that! When they installed the riser it was shorter than I hoped/wanted so they will still need to dig up my grass next time I have it pumped. I was hoping the cover would be at ground level.

We have used Flash many times over the years and have always been totally satisfied with their expertise, customer service and pricing. This week they were simply phenomenal. The storms that came through our area were torrential and sewage came in to the lower level of our daughters home. Despite being booked solid, obviously we werent the only people damage from the tornadic weather that came through, they got us in the schedule. Repairs were made more difficult as we couldnt tell them where the lid to the septic was located. The county map was incorrect. Using a finder, they were able to locate the tank and remediate our situation so that my daughter can live in the house while we try to find the root cause of all that happened. I cant thank Rachel, Keith , Jeff and Keiths partner (Im truly sorry I cant remember his name) enough. What a great company!
