    Mike came for a possible water leak that couldn’t be found and didn’t charge me for his time. We ended having him and the Rhino team install a new hot water heater instead not even a week later. They were quick, efficient and always professional and courteous! Mike even installed my water line for our new fridge at no additional charge. Mike and Rhino Plumbing have earned our trust and future business!

    I called Rhinos to replace all the aged, leaking copper and cast iron drainage pipes in our house all the way into the septic tank when other area plumbers ghosted me for whatever reason. I assume it was a job they didnt want to do. But Rhinos did and they came out and did the job in a day. I didnt have to spend the night somewhere else, which was a huge bonus. It was a sh1ty job but someone had to do it. Friendly staff too. They answered all my questions and concerns and accommodated my request to put a riser on my septic tank at the last minute.     We had several plumbing projects and took a chance with Rhino’s Plumbing. We hit the lottery! Mike arrived exactly when he said would and went right to work. He was very knowledgeable and efficient and left the work area spotless.We had another issue come up after we had already scheduled the appointment. We mentioned it to him and he was happy to check it out for us. By the time he left he had the part ordered and will be back to install it when it arrives.We are extremely happy with Rhino’s plumbing and would recommend them with any of your plumbing problems!     We had a failing waste pump and Rhinos sent a tech out the next morning to give an estimate. Mike determined we needed to replace the pump (it was at least 7-10 years old), and was able to run back to the shop and replace it same day. The whole process took less than 2 hours. Mike was quick but thorough and knowledgable about the pump. He gave us some tips for future use too. Well definitely be using Rhinos for any other plumbing needs and will recommend to others.     I had a main line pipe that had rusted through and broke the evening 1/15/24 I called Rhino plumbing at 8:00am 1/16/2024 left a message by 8:45am both the office and Ryan had called me back. Ryan asked for description and pictures. I sent them right away. Within minutes he said they were on there way. Mike was there at 9:30 am. It turned out to be more complicated than what was expected. Mike was not phased. Mike went and got the parts and had everything repaired and updated within a couple hours. Incredible job, friendly, fast, efficient and reasonable price. Highly recommend!!

    This company is so kind and helpful. I highly high recommend them. You can feel they are a family owned business that cares about their customers. A fiend recommended them and they troubleshooted with me on the phone and gave some great advice and said to call back if it didnt fix it and when I called back they were able to schedule me in a timely manner. They came a checked out my water heater and did a wonderful job and were beyond generous. Very reasonable across the board. They have my business forever.

    Called Rhino’s and they called back within the hour. Apologized because they couldn’t come out that afternoon, but scheduled next day appointment. Found the problem immediately-(previous contractor had put the ring on the basket upside down and left the pipe too long so pressure had caused leakage). Did the repair in less than an hour, cleaned everything up and was on his way. Mike was professional and courteous and I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family.

    We decided to replace our aging furnace and air conditioner. We asked around, made internet inquiries and set up several appointments for estimates. We finally decided to give our business to Rhinos’ Plumbing and HVAC. We have no regrets. They showed up promptly each of the 2 days it took and completed the job as specified. We found the communication with Brian very easy. He was always willing to listen and worked with us to achieve the desired result. A beautifully functioning and appearing, efficient heating and cooling system. Our lead installation technician Adam was a true pleasure to deal with. He obviously loves what he does. The price was very competitive. The cleanup was thorough and we couldn’t be more pleased.

    We called Rhino about our broken air conditioner and they were able to have someone come out that day to quote for a new one, as we knew it needed to be replaced. Showed up on time and we were provided a quote shortly thereafter. Quote was more reasonable than the other company we bid and they were able to schedule us in less than a week. Install was flawless and customer service follow up to ensure everything was working properly was a nice touch. I will use them again for all my plumbing and HVAC needs

    I was without heat for 3 days. calling around to find someone who would accept clients. I was than referred to Rhinos HVAC. I explained the situation to Jane and she sent someone out within 2 hours. Great and responsive costumer service. Mike came out and explained what he was doing as he was doing it. No short cuts or temporary fixes. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and make the necessary repairs. He tested the unit, made sure everything was working before calling it complete. Mike was Professional and knowledgeable. They showed up at the time they said and their prices are reasonable. Would recommend them to anyone.

    I would highly recommend Rhinos plumbing for your next plumbing service! Very responsive and professional. Our plumber was running a little behind, but they were courteous enough to give us a call and let us know. They were quick and efficient to make the repairs (which I really appreciated since they charge in 15 minute increments after the first hour). We had them come out to fix a couple of pipes that needed to be repaired for the sale of our house to go through.     Ryan, was very honest and didnt try to sell me something i didnt need. All of the workers were very polite and they all did their job in a timely matter.     What a great and reliable company. I called Ryan on a Monday to take care of some plumbing I needed updated in an old basement bathroom.     I had my bathroom remodeled and rhinos did all of my plumbing which I appreciate,also in my basement there was a broken pipe under the concrete they had to cut out all the concrete dig out the dirt and replace all the piping. I also had them install a water softener and just recently I had another leak in my basement between the walls which Rhinos came to the rescue again for me. The guys had a hard time getting the old one out our house is cramped and small but they did a great job. They replaced everything that had to be moved and were very professional.     Rhino plumbing, which is a newer Battle Creek business, has won my business and will now be my go to plumber. I am so happy I discovered them.I couldn’t use my regular plumber because they were booked ten days out. When I called Rhino, they were able to work me in quickly.I spoke on the phone with the Rhino Plumbing’s owner Ryan. Ryan is well organized, communicates very clearly, and really listens. He evaluated what I needed and gave me an estimate for having the work done.The Rhino plumber who came out (Randy?) was prompt, knowledgeable, and skilled. He was also courteous. The price was very reasonable and I am very satisfied with the result. I have had no additional problems with that situation.As I mentioned, this is a newer business in Battle Creek. Give em a try. I’m glad I did. I think you will be too 😀

    Mike from Rhinos came over the day I called. A huge snow storm was coming the next day and I was concerned about how long it would take to get my family a new furnace. Mike took the time to help me with our fireplace so that we would not be cold and told me that the furnace would be installed the next day. Mike and Adam came the next morning in the storm and had the furnace done in just a few hours. Jeanine at the office helped me over the phone to get a rebate from my energy company after the furnace was installed. I cant imagine being taken care of better by any other company. Thank you again Rhinos Plumbing for such amazing service!

    Called Ryan during the middle of the weekend( and during a pandemic no less) to troubleshoot as to why my home was losing water pressure rapidly. Ryan FaceTimed me and walked me through everything to check in order to pinpoint the issue- this was on a Saturday AND he was also feeling under the weather. That alone is a testament to how personable and professional he is. I’ll recommend Rhino’s to anyone looking for plumbing services and will definitely continue to consult them for all my plumbing needs.Cheers
