Called and had someone here within half an hour. Our service technician, Jeff, was extremely friendly, professional and all around a blessing. He was conscious of his time spent resolving our issues and in no way tried to take advantage of our need, unlike another local company. 10 star treatment and service. Highly recommend!!!

This company felt like a life saver. Jeff was awesome and very friendly. He came out on short notice and was amazing. Rachel that answered the phone was truly amazing also she makes you feel like family and helps you find the solution to your problem. Also very reasonably priced.

My main line was blocked causing my basement to flood when the washer was draining. They scheduled Jeff to come service my home in Kzoo same day. Jeff was friendly, professional, informative and even wore a mask. He was able to remove the blockage quickly, no problem. Affordable prices for quality work. Will use Rooter-Man again for our plumbing needs.

Jeff arrived wearing a mask and he was prompt, personable, and professional. His work was outstanding, and he was even complimented on what a great job hed done by the Parchment City Works crew.!! On one of the worst days you could have, God sends you an angel. Thats what Jeff was to us. One of the worst jobs you can have, Jeff comes in with a smile. So professional, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Went right to work to solve our problem. We were very lucky to have him and their office manager to take care of us. Not very often these days you can find that kind of service. Nice to find a company that cares about their customers and not just the bottom line. I have used this company for several years now to have my septic tanks pumped. The customer service has always been top notch ; and today was no exception. Keith; my service technician went over and beyond today to help me out. I had an outside faucet break and the water could not be shut off; not only did he take his own time to find the shut off valve in my house for me ; he turned it off and talked to a plumber on the phone to explain my problem. Before he left he made sure that help was on its way to fix my faucet issue. I would recommend this company to anyone that is in need of an honest, dependable and reliable service for their septic tank issues.- Sherry Raymond-

I had a plugged sewer line it was full of roots and wipes jeff came out and got the problem fixed in no time, the office was responsive and even worked with me when I had to reschedule later in the day, I will definitely be calling them back for all my drain cleaning needs
