These folks were prompt and courteous and answered our emergency call when water was pouring through the ceiling of the laundry for the 3rd time. Previous plumbers did not solve the problem of a pipe in the roof for the second floor was freezing under certain conditions,. We had two other fixes. A&P solved it once and for all the most logical and permanent way and the cost was very reasonable. I would recommend them 100%!

Will is extremely knowledgeable about the plumbing side of septic systems. He explained how our system works. how our home drains water, and even some water-related issues weve noticed but couldnt explain since moving into this new home. He offered a great solution for the issue I called about. I will definitely use Ability again should the need arise.

A and P was easy to work with. Great communication before and during the project. They were cleaning overhead drains and it got pretty dirty. They cleaned everything up and did the job in good time. All the workers were polite and didnt have any attitude. Very professional. And a good value.

Had these guys out to rod an usual pipe/trap/sewer line recently and they did a great job! Super responsive, arrived earlier than they predicted, cleaned up afterwards, friendly as all get out! We trust A&P for repairs and sewer maintenance. Today, Will came out on an emergency call just in the nick of time: we have a sump pump for a multi-unit townhome running 24/7. As he arrived, we discovered the culprit: Next unit filled with water. Owners live off site, pipes froze. 1 foot in basement. City, fire, & police came to shut off water. My sump pump was working to clear a swimming pool! Stabilized now, neighbor’s house is condemned, ceilings collapsed. Will communicated clearly, easing our mind and gave us a game plan for going forward. This is important when dealing with an HOA responsible for part of the cost. He also advised first responders who arrived when he did, clarifying the situation for official reports. Will is top-notch. We will be having A&P out for important updates to our system recommended by Will once the HOA gives us clearance. Keep an eye on your maintenance: it’s important and will save you in the long run. I use them for a commercial restaurant grease trap and for my used cooking oil. They out out every 4 months and perform an excellent job. Each tech that has been out has provided a friendly and attentive service. There consistent and timely service lead me to introduce them to the 70 unit condo building that I live in. There first visit there was an emergency call for a clogged main which they hydro jetted. Since that visit I had them come out an hydro jet all the main lines and repair a broken baffle in our triple basin. They should be the gold standard in this business.

I am so happy I contacted this company for my septic service! I have used them a couple of times and will again! So far, Jarrod has been the tech that bailed me out each time. He is super knowledgeable, honest, fast and efficient and I got a call before arrival and on time. Scheduling was easy, prices are very competitive. I had an amazing experience with this company. They are honest and fair and they were able to fix my sewer line that had been repaired numerous times and failed. They stand behind their work like no other company i had dealt with. I highly recommend them and would never go anywhere else!

I had an emergency situation. I contacted the office and spoke to Melissa. She arranged for someone to stop by the same day to take care of my issue. She also sent another individual to take care of another emergency right after the first job was done. Both issues were kind of related. Both issues were resolved the same day to my satisfaction. Melissa was very helpful and patient. I had to pay extra for the same day service which I was hoping that I didnt have to but it was an emergency and it was taken care of. I will use them again in the future.

It is RARE to find a company with the level of service I received today! Not only did they call me to remind me that my septic tank was due to be pumped (cause who really remembers when they had that done last), but they scheduled us immediately, arrived on time, called to make sure where they could park, and were courteous and kind even in the cold rain. The price they quoted me is exactly what I paid. They put my grass back exactly the way it was dug out so you could barely tell they were here and they cleaned even the smallest of puddles left from one hose! They made a dirty job a really great experience and I will happily refer them to anyone with a septic tank, catch basin, or grease trap! Thank you again Melissa, Justin and Patrick!!

I contacted these guys on the recommendation of my plumber who had come out to investigate a stopped main line and declared my septic tank full. Ugh. Anyone on septic knows this is a bit of a problem. By this time its after hours so I know Ive got a problem in terms of getting anyone out ASAP.So, I call these folks. Someone, to my surprise, actually picks up. She tells me they are at low-tide in terms of available time/personnel for a couple of reasons. First, it has been raining nonstop for days and a lot of people are having problems. Second, and more importantly, someone in the company has gone to Las Vegas to get married and has taken everyone with them, so theyre as full as my septic tank.I beg, I plead, I sound as pathetic as I possibly can. She battles mightily, but eventually she relents and puts me on the schedule for the next day.THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!Now I could cut this right here, post my 5 stars and walk, but this is not the end of the good deeds done by these folks.Next day rolls around and we get a call. The crew is running late, but theyre coming. Theyre booked, theyre tired, its 6 PM, but theyre on their way.About 7 or so they roll up. They is a single, exhausted guy. Hes clearly exhausted, so I offer some coffee, food if he wants it, and heartfelt thanks for not bailing on me.He goes about his work, and despite his long day and the late hour, he keeps his good graces, is conversational, friendly, explains what hes doing, goes about getting it done, thanks me and is on his way.Now I guess some people will say well, big deal, hes just doing his job While thats true to some degree, try pumping out septic tanks for 12-14 hours and keeping on a smile on YOUR face when its 8PM, youre away from your family, dead on your feet and going on to yet another job after this stop. Seriously, the guy was a damn Trojan.Bottom line, everyone here hooked me up. They didnt have to take the job and they did. They didnt have to come out and work until after dark to get it done and they did.Great local business. Give em a call....

A&P has been taking care of our grease trap for a long time now! We signed up for the scheduled maintenance, so we get a call when were due for a service. The crew are efficient, always do a great job, and are always open to us asking questions and providing us feedback and photos of our grease trap and its condition. The crew are also super courteous of our neighbors and use air fresheners to dispel any lingering odors.
