Theyve visited our residence multiple times to fix different problems, and today, they had to overhaul the pipe from our dwelling to the septic tank. Jacob, Donovan, and the other team member whose name I didnt catch, all performed excellent work. They completely fixed the issue and I appreciate that they stand by their work, which is crucial. Even better, the cost was lower than my initial expectation, making it a delightful surprise! The team did a superb job, and we are so grateful!

I noticed water seeping out from beneath the toilet, so I gave a call to a local plumbing service early in the morning. The person who picked up, lets call him Donovan, listened to my issue and hypothesized that it was probably the seal ring. He assured me he could dispatch someone that morning between 9:30-10:30. To my surprise, the plumber, Jacob, arrived by 8:30. He quickly confirmed that it was indeed the seal ring issue and had the toilet fixed within 20 minutes. The level of service provided was top-notch! Fast forward two years, I found myself in need of their services again. Our toilets malfunctioned one evening, so I called them early the following morning. Donovan picked up once again and agreed to send a crew first thing since he considered the situation an emergency. Two individuals, lets say Donovan and Jacob again, arrived by 9 AM. They immediately recognized that our main stack needed to be snaked out. Jacob undertook the task while Donovan patiently answered all the questions my spouse and I had. He never once attempted to upsell their services. Their professionalism was commendable. I would highly recommend this plumbing service to anyone in need. Their service quality and professionalism are consistently impressive.

My attempt to fix the issue with drain-o ended up causing more harm than good, as it corroded my pipes and caused a leak. Fortunately, I reached out to Gregorys Plumbing and was met with top-notch service. They were able to replace my pipes promptly. The plumber on the job, Donovan, was not only efficient but quite entertaining. He has quite the talent for the accordion and displayed his polka skills to me with a tune called the Plumbers Polka. I was so impressed, I even decided to book him for my grandmas funeral! Gregorys Plumbing is truly outstanding, and I will most certainly be using their services in the future! Experienced a plumbing crisis and reached out to Gregorys Plumbing. At first, they didnt have any plumbers available until the next day. However, I managed to figure out that the problem was somewhere between the house and the sewer connection at the street (I used a snake to try to unclog the drain, but it didnt work). donovan stayed in touch about their schedule, and they were able to come out later that same day. I described the situation to Jacob, and after he broke into the pipe in the yard (since there was no existing clean out), he figured out that the city needed to be called in. Eventually, the city came and fixed the issue (AT&T had run their cable through the sewer connection in the easement, which was the cause of my problem). I also had them install a clean out since there wasnt one before. I was really satisfied with the professionalism of the team and would strongly recommend them.

They managed to locate the defective tube, identifying its starting point and endpoint, which happened to be a hot water loop running from the guest bathroom to the master bathroom. This loop was then cut at both ends, capped, and a pressure test was carried out on the rest of the system. The absence of pressure drops was a clear indication that there were no more leaks. Following this, Donovan and Jacob installed a fresh PEX line, running it straight from the water heater to the master bath. This new line was connected to the master baths manifold, after which another thorough check for leaks or pressure drops was carried out. The job was completed successfully! Both Donovan and Jacob showcased exceptional professionalism throughout the process, making them highly recommendable for similar tasks. My next task is to fix all the sheet rock holes that were made to reveal the manifolds and set up the new line. The great news is, with the direct line now installed, I can get hot water to my master bath in a swift 30 seconds, compared to the previous 3-minute wait.

He pointed out that as our house is a true log home in Batavia, the original waste in the side wall was too high and the water supply lines were incorrectly placed. This meant he would need to redo everything. A week later, Donovan returned and spent six hours perfectly fitting a 380 pound vanity, as well as removing and replacing all the plumbing. Our house has a crawl space, which he had to work in from below. The man is a true craftsman. His work is top-notch. While we could have possibly found a cheaper service (been there, done that), the end result was more than worth it. His work was just that good.
