    This was my first service with River City Plumbing and I could not be happier. Karl and Heather were absolutely wonderful to work with. They went above and beyond to make sure that all of my plumbing issues were resolved and that I didnt have any lingering questions or concerns. After determining that I needed a new water softener, the work was finished the following morning. They also made sure to inspect all of my fixtures for any residue, thoroughly clean what they could and replaced what was too far gone. I highly recommend working with River City Plumbing!

    Text update of Jesse on his way was useful. Jesse was on time. He examined the tank and controller after I explained the situation of high pressure and problem caused/seen before I shut off power to the well/pump. He then consulted with the ā€œwell expertā€, tested the tank and controller which appeared to be ok. He then looked into the other likely cause of high pressure, a malfunctioning hot water heater. He determined that one of the two is not shutting off properly when hitting the Target temperature. He power that off.He said River City will send me estimates to replace one and replace both heaters. Total cost of the diagnostic is $120. Very reasonable.Letā€™s hope thatā€™s it :)ā€”ā€”ā€”ā€”ā€”ā€”-I contracted with River City to replace 1 water heater after shopping for a comparable offer. River Cityā€™s offer is competitive and its product is a better grade. It was promptly scheduled and completed in one morning.

    I am remodeling my sons shower/bathroom. Originally, very small corner shower converted to a standard 60 inch walk in. To do this I had to take over space in the closet in the adjacent room. Break through a wall, move power, build new walls, replace subfloor, the list is long. I am so pleased with the work, craftsmanship, and professionalism of Rivercity. Rivercity plumbing plumbed a shower head, two body sprays, moved the air stack, new toilet water supply line and shut off, and moved a shower drain in two visits. Great people to work with. I highly recommend.

    We had such a positive experience with River City Plumbing! Highly recommend! They came out quickly to assess the situation and came out the following morning to do the job. Our basement is old and so are the pipes. We knew this wouldnt be an easy job.     Had a sudden leak spring up in our utility closet. Called River City based on recommendation from a local handyman and they got back to me immediately, had a guy out to diagnose the problem within a few hours, got things set up so we could survive for the next day while they got the necessary parts together, came back out, and got it done.     Merry Christmas Eve. I just want to send a quick shout out to River City Plumbing. This summer, we had our laundry moved to a closet in the upstairs. Today the new pipes froze and backed up causing some serious water damage and forcing us to turn off water for the house.I called River City. The staff was honest and said they didnā€™t think theyā€™d make it out today, but theyā€™d call if their schedule changed. They called about an hour later!     Excellent service. Communication was great. They texted me when the plumber was on his way and they fixed the problem and cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend.
