A couple weeks ago we noticed our sewer line was cracked. Josh and Noah came over to assess the situation. When they were here Josh also noticed that the top of our hot water tank was melting due to a backdraft which could have been a serious situation. Chris, Josh and Noah got us in right away to take care of the situation. They replaced our broken sewer line and fixed our hot water issue and got us a tank less hot water system. While Chris, Josh and Noah were here they were professional, very informative and they got the job done quick but also did amazing work. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs any issue taken care of. While they were here they filled us with all types of knowledge and showed us that they actually cared about their work and fixing the issue for us. They potentially saved our lives if we didn’t get it taken care of. Working with the insurance company was a nightmare and On the back end Tammy handled all of the paperwork and worked with the insurance company and took care of it all which made it stress free. She was in contact with them and every step of the way and got the claim covered. They are true professionals.

I had lost my water due to National Grids almost daily power outages. It burned out my well pump. Josh and Noah came right out and dedicated their day to getting my water back! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has plumbing or electrical issues. Great job Josh and Noah! Thank you so much!

Josh and Noah were out to install a toilet and kitchen faucet.. the guys were great.. as usual.. and Josh was able to do an incredible job while still keeping the cost lower than I expected.. definitely 5 stars

Susan E.McGregor.Josh and Noah did a very professional job installing a new boiler and water heater combination for me.they were very pleasant.they replaced a poorly installed boiler that was installed by another professional plumber/heating company. also installed a baseboard heater.i am very pleased with the job that they did. Chris is a good boss/ teacher.would recommend them.t thank you,Josh,Noah and Chris.Chris was recommended to me by friend, Bonnie who Chris did septic and hot water heater work for her and she was very pleased .a company remodeled my bathroom and accidentally broke valve on heater . called Chris and he came out in a very short time and replaced valve and men were able to finish the bathroom.greatly appreciated Chris

We just had a new upstairs shower installed and we were thrilled with the dependability, cleanliness, kindness and work ethic by all the men working on the project. They had to repair a number of issues from the previous installation in the 90’s and handled the unanticipated extra work without an issue. I highly recommend them for anything you need. Our septic system backed up causing flooding in the basement. It was the weekend, called Henry H Cook Inc. They responded right away, assessed the situation concluding the existing septic tank and pipes were in desperate need of replacement. They took care of everything, replacing the pipes, digging up and removing the old tank, and installing a new septic tank. Josh was very personable, empathetic and relieved some of the stress of the situation, which was greatly appreciated. I definitely recommend Henry H Cook!

This is a great company! The technicians are knowledgeable, hard-working, and courteous. I had an electrical emergency and called them solely based on their yellow pages ad. They arrived when they said they would, estimated the cost for repairs, and returned to do the job - on time! No surprises, great workmanship - even in the harshest of weather. I had them return at a later date to do an oil tank replacement, and again, I was completely satisfied and impressed with the pride they take in doing a professional job. Call these people first - they treat you like family!

We had sewer and water line problems. So I called Henry H cook to help us with our problems. They came over accessed the problem and had to replace our sewer line and water line. The crew that came did a great job the first day. The crew of the second day also did a great job. I am glad I called that company. On behalf of my wife and myself thank you job well done

Great company, A couple of months ago my main water line to the house started leaking. House built in 1850. Waterline from the street to the rear of the home. Long driveway, plus an additional concern. We have a shared driveway. Chris and his father found a way re-route the new pipe almost to the front of our home. Very thin cut to the sidewalk and very thin cut and tight to the house for the driveway. I have no idea how they were able to work with pipe through a cut that was just about the same width as the pipe. They also had to cut through a 4ft thick stone/mortar basement wall to bring the new pipe into the basement. These guys did what ever they could to save me on cost and with min damage to the sidewalk and driveway. I had an unrelated problem this week. I called these guys, left a VM. Got a call back within 15min and they came right over. They are now my Go to Company. Hard to find contractors that can be trusted.

Henry h cook Inc was very professional I had no heat on a very chile Saturday morning Chris came to my house looked at my furnace noticed my ac pipe leaked water onto my main board causing premature failure he replaced my unit same day I was charged theright price for there service. this was great many people try to take advantage of us people not knowing anything. he was a very trusting guy I believe I was charged the right price for the right service. I would totally use them again.
