I got first-rate service from Verde when I got my patio door replaced. First of all, I bought a great product thats reasonably priced and works flawlessly. The consultant was okay, but what I was impressed with was the crew that came out for the installation. Derrick and Ed were the most professional and hard-working tradesmen I’ve ever dealt with in Baltimore, Maryland. They told me exactly what they were doing, did the patio door replacement efficiently, and even left my home cleaner than they found it. I would recommend Verde Group Window Installation not only for its high-quality product but for the technicians that work for them.

This was our first time ordering replacement windows in the 30+ years weve lived here in Baltimore, Maryland. Im glad we got to this project with Verde Group Window Installation because we wouldnt even know where to begin! Luckily, their salesperson was kind enough to meet us at the house and guide us through this experience. I think more than the great workmanship of their windows, what made us want to work with these people is the value they give to their customers. Our new solid wood doors took a while to arrive in our house in Baltimore, Maryland, but they were well worth the wait. Hanna was a great help in selecting the right door and hardware for our house. She let us know if the style matched the houses style, among other things. She provided feedback, unlike other salespeople who only want you to choose a door and glass so they can give you a price, and refused to provide any other help. The installation team was very professional and courteous and took their time to ensure that they perfectly installed our door. In the future, we will consider this company for our new windows. Thank you, Verde Group Window Installation, for a positive customer service experience. Your prices are worth it. Your responsiveness, professionalism, and punctuality dont deserve the rate of five stars because your company deserves a higher rate than this.

I requested quotes from three different door and window companies in the Baltimore area to replace our 45-year-old oak sliding patio door. Only Verde Group Window Installation provided me with booklets outlining what I would be receiving. This company was the only one to agree when I requested the barrier screen includes an external grid. We are quite happy that we found them, and the installation was swift and expert.
