    Joshua and team took over the work that another plumbing company started and abandoned, and helped me go through the inspections. They were quick to get everything connected so I could have a functional kitchen, and were very helpful in addressing the issues that the inspectors identified (that were unrelated to their work). I can’t express how much I appreciate their help in very frustrating times with the unexpected kitchen repair.

    We called SAAB initially looking for a company that would be willing to do work on our steam heating system. They were one of only a handful of companies who were even willing to look at the work. Rob was very helpful and ultimately offered us two options to add heat to two bedrooms in the upstairs of our home. We collected a few quotes and found SAAB to have a thorough quote with competitive pricing.The quality of the installation work was extremely high. They had to run how water lines through the first floor of our house and were able to hid them in cabinets and closets where they are very unobtrusive. Unfortunately, there were a few performance issues and the heating was extremely loud when it was installed. However, Rob took it upon himself to come out again and personally resolve the issue. He explained what was wrong and fixed it up for us. We are now very very happy with the work that was done.All employees wore masks when they were moving around my home and were very thorough with clean up after they were done for the day.

    Scheduling the work was easy. They came in on time, with 30 min heads up. It was a small job (changing a leaky kitchen faucet), and they did it in under an hour. Bill was smaller than I expected and payment was easy. Other places I called had 2 weeks waiting time, no response, or just showed lack of interest in small jobs. S.A.A.B will be my go to plumbing service going forward, and I will recommend to others as well.

    Rob, John, Mark and the rest of the S.A.A.B. team did a great job overall with the installation of a new boiler system after our older system decided to fail in the middle of the Winter heating season.From initial conversation with Heather and the office staff to Mark coming out to assess the severity of the situation before offering solution options was done in a timely and professional manner.They were able to re-work their schedule to address our no heat issue once the new boiler was acquired from their supplier.     Our kitchen sink wouldn’t drain and after leaving voicemails with 6 different companies, Saab was only one of two that promptly called us back. We were able to schedule a plumber to come over early the next morning. We appreciated the transparency with their pricing from the onset so that there was no sticker shock later on. Doug arrived early for the appointment. We found him to be knowledgeable, very communicative in steps he was performing and respectful of our home (wearing a mask and booties). Doug cleared the clog and offered advice in terms of future preventative maintenance. He even provided recommendations for various other aspects related to our home’s plumbing. We will definitely hire Saab for future plumbing needs and would recommend them to others.EDIT: We continue to be impressed by this company’s professionalism and work. Just had SAAB come by to take a look at our furnace. We had been smelling exhaust in our basement and SAAB gave us an estimate over the phone. Marc came out this morning on-time to perform a tune-up and was quick to diagnose the repair (adjusting air flow, replacing an ignition assembly/electrodes). He performed various checks and was communicative throughout the whole process regarding things we should look out for and how our system was performing as well as letting us know when other units that are part of our HVAC system need servicing. He was very respectful of our home (brought his own indoor slippers!) and entertained my kids asking him a million questions as they were heading out the door for school to boot.We will look to SAAB first for any of our HVAC needs.

    Ive used S.A.A.B. many times for plumbing and heating issues. They are very responsive in getting someone out right away to address issues. All the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Today I called for a relatively simple plumbing issue. The staff was on time and in and out of the house in about 20 min. My problem is fixed and the price was extremely reasonable. Ive used S.A.A.B. for installation of a new oil tank as well as other miscellaneous plumbing issues and dishwasher installation. Their prices are very reasonable compared to other companies Ive used in the past and theyve always been able to address every issue thats come up. I highly recommend them.

    I have to give S.A.A.B. 5 stars in all the categories. I called S.A.A.B for an appointment on 6/23/2020. I was able to get get an appointment the same day. Heather was very polite during the entire conversation. Later in the morning approximately 1 hour before my appointment Heather contacted me and stated that if it was ok they would be arriving early. She even gave me the name of the plumber, Doug. He arrived and immediately asked a few questions and got right to work. He had the issue resolved and fixed in under an hour. During his visit he was polite and professional. The bill was less expensive then I thought it would be. I couldnt be more satisfied. Keep up the good work!

    Its hard to find available plumbers and electricians, Im very familiar with leaving a voice mail and not hearing back for multiple days. Meanwhile you have no hot water or no heat and every day without feels like an eternity. Ill give 2 star automatically if there is someone available to pick up the phone and schedule service. If the technician show up when they say, another star. Two additional stars for fixing the problem quickly and going above and beyond by telling me what to expect in terms of maintenance on the unit.Thanks for fixing my hot water, now we can all take showers again!

    First time Customer. Had a faulty cartridge in my Delta shower valve causing some strange temperature issues throughout the house.     Besides being responsive (SAAB called back), working with Kim, their Office Manager / Dispatcher was great. Kim worked with me around a tough schedule. Remembered my concerns about a timely and worked with the plumber, Tyler, to make sure things went smoothly. Tyler, was also great. On-Time, polite, professional. Tyler explained what he found and what he did and importantly, was able to use existing material. I was convinced I would need new drain piping or fixtures after 17 years. But, Tyler confirmed the existing material was fine and just needed to be correctly seated and retightened gently as it was PVC. Excellent! I have been looking for a plumber or plumbing company I could count on for a quality and professional response and I believe Ive found that in SAAB. Thank you!

    S.A.A.B. Plumbing and Heating are just the best – from the people who answer the phones and schedule the work to the plumbers that come to the door. This is the third time Ive needed a plumber and my experience with them was, once again, better than any experience I’ve had with other plumbers over the years. They’re pleasant and efficient, they do a great job, and theyre so reasonably priced that Im always surprised at the bill, because I expect to pay more. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

    I called SAAB this morning because we woke up with no heat right before a snow storm. The entire team was wonderful to work with. Danielle got my into the cue, Heather dispatched a tech for me, and 2 guys came to look at our furnace. This is a new home for us so we were nervous.     We just bought a house and discovered that after using our downstairs bath tub, there was a massive puddle in our basement. Doug came over and evaluated the issue and replaced our waste and overflow within the tub. He was very thorough with all of my questions and a pleasure to work with.
