Latham is an ethical, affordable, trustworthy, efficient, reasonable, and communicative mom-and-pop shop! Who says bigger is better when it comes to a service provider, these guys are great! You wont get lost in the shuffle.We had to roll a rental and their team was timely and fairly priced around removal of a sink, and re-setting it. Then they replaced the hot water heater and did it very quickly.They anticipate what the customer may need next and offer mitigation to make cost-effective recommendations.I trust them, and Im guessing you will too.

Thomas came out and was able to identify a part for an uncommon brand, get the parts and install everything quickly. He was very professional and knew what he was doing. I will definitely call him back the next time we have a plumbing issue.

My electric hot water heater went on the fritz and smelled like it was going to burn up. Called Latham in early afternoon, got a call back within the hour, and within the next hour Thomas arrived. He analyzed the problem, had the correct parts on hand, and fixed it with no difficulty. Maybe I was just lucky with the timing, but I couldnt be more pleased. Thomas is a great guy, he knows his stuff, and he got the job done right. I will definitely be calling Latham next time I need a plumber.

We had gotten the run around from several plumbers about a broken pipe in our crawl space that was making all of our plumbing unusable for 5 days. No one wanted to work since it was in the crawl space. Thomas from Latham Plumbing came out the SAME DAY we called, even though they had told us it might be the next day. Thomas was quick, responsive, professional, and the price was one quarter of what we feared it might be. We had had good experiences with Latham before, but they really saved the day, and my sanity, today!!

He replaced a leaky spigot a couple months ago and was fast, professional and really nice. I called again because I recently thought something was wrong and it was leaking again. He came right out to check it between jobs right after I called. Turned out I had it turned the wrong way really hard. He turned it back, double checked there was no leak and politely laughed with me (not at me) for my mistake. He wouldnt take a payment so I wanted to at least leave a great review. 🙂

Our garbage disposal was broken for weeks, nothing we looked up would work. A man named Thomas came out and had it working within a half hour. He was very personable and immediately got right to work. If you have an issue, I wholeheartedly recommend Latham plumbing.

John came instantly when i called. fixed my leaky kitchen faucet in 15-20 minutes and saved my bacon! i have 6 dinner guests coming this evening and houseguests tomorrow. pleasant fellow. wore a mask, which i liked. did great fast work. a little spendy but worth it for fast service. he was my 8th plumber call -- alphabetically. he was the only one who could come in the next week!!!!

I can always count on John and his son to quickly and efficiently help me out. He shows up quickly when something goes wrong at any time with my 120 year old house. I am forever in debt to him for proactively checking my hot water heater (which was about to blow!) right before I rented my house out for the first time. Highly highly recommend!!!

Had a plugged kitchen sink drain in the wall, not under the sink. Not an emergency, but they were there in less than an hour and took care of it. Pleasant, knowledgable, conscientious and made useful suggestions on other plumbing issues. Reasonable price.

Excellent! Very fast, very professional. $250 to remove the toilet, snake out the object and replace the necessary parts. Seems right on for cost based on my research since they came in under two hours, it took about an hour and was maybe more complicated than usual.
