They have done a wonderful job helping us remodel our newly purchased home. They have ran all new water lines, installed sinks, installed a shower, ice maker line, washer hook up, bath/shower faucets, vanities, new outdoor faucets, set toilets, glass rinser, pot filler, dishwasher, and will be coming out soon to install a smart water monitoring & shut off on our main water line to detect leaks and alert you via phone. We had a big job at hand, but they definitely took care of us. I am very thankful for them! I would highly recommend.

This has been a large, somewhat complex project - re-plumbing an almost 100 year old home.Tommy and Luke are proficient, efficient, and professional. They know their trade! This is the second time Workman & Sons Plumbing has come out for us and repaired something. Our sink was backing up and trying to snake it ourselves didnt fix the issue. Blake came out and fixed it and did an amazing job explaining what happened and why, and that wed likely need to replace the ancient piping the sink still uses. We greatly appreciate his help and look forward to having Workman & Sons come out to replace the old pipes. Thank you so much!

I own a contracting company and deal with customers all day every day and other contractors. These guys are legit. I called at 6:00 pm and tget answered the phone. I called him back at 6:30. He answered the phone again. They wanted to come the next day. I told him it has to be the day after. They show up on time worked for 3 hours and we’re gone.You get what you pay for. If a business has good reviews and a good rating, expect to pay more because you can’t buy good service anymore. The reason they have good ratings is because they have good employees, services and products and that has a cost.

Have used many times due to the age of the plumbing in my house. Every time they have resolved the issue. The last visit was to replace 12’ of old galvanized drain pipe that was rusted shut with new PVC. Work was completed and the invoice came in significantly below quote which made me happy. They left a mess, but since I certainly did not want to pay them to clean that was fine. They are the only home services contractor that I deal with consistently that is responsive and actually wants the work.

Michael came out for an emergency blockage in our dog boarding facility and I was very happy with how everything was handled. He immediately listened to my concerns, took everything into consideration before checking the blockage. Not only were they able to fix it quickly, but they were respectful to us and the dogs in our care. We didnt have to stop our work and they respected the dogs as we brought them in from potty breaks. After the blockage was fixed, they checked the septic to see if it could be prevented in the future and gave me sound advice for prevention. The price was not too expensive either.As a bonus, many men I work with treat me as if I dont know what Im talking about when I discuss situations with them. These gentlemen were fantastic and listened to me without dismissing any of my concerns. They truly discussed everything with me as an equal and I am greatly appreciative of that.Overall it was a great experience working with these gentlemen and I will be using them in the future.

Sandy was so nice on the phone, as were the associates when they came to my home in less than 2 days of my request for service. Long positive rant.....this is the second review of this company my husband and I have made in 2 years.We have had several major water leaks in our new home the past 2 years. Every leak, we have called Workman and Sons who came out on an emergency calls and helped fix the leaks, usually in the middle of the night. Fast forward, after much research and talking to both plumbing and mechanical engineers and experts in the field, it was determined that the source of our leaks was an over-sized recirculating pump that was installed when our home was built, causing advanced corrosion and failure of the pex fittings-30k in damage.We tried to go our original plumber, Collier Plumbing for help to fix the issue he caused, he ghosted us and never responded. We also attempted to reach out to several other local plumbers including Griffith Plumbing and Smith and Sons....same result, no help and never responded, no help. All they did was try to argue with us about the cause of the leaks and tell us we were wrong. It was like talking to a brick wall.In the end, we went back to our tried and true, Workman & Sons Plumbing to help fix the issue. They came today to help exchange all the corroded fittings to a new material, and help install a smaller pump. They didnt question our requests, what we determined was the cause of the leaks, and were very friendly. Tommy kept telling us, if thats what you want, we will do it. music to our ears!He was even interested in our 2 year old and was quoting Frozen while it was on in the background. This is the second or third time Tommy has come helped us with out leak so we have gotten to like him a lot.We love Workman and Sons and will never use anyone else!!! Best in the state!

I called due to having a leak from my bathtub fixture. They had me send a photo of my fixture to determine age and if they had part. The fixture was old, approx 20 years and they had the part. After talking with the plumber I took his advice and had the fixture replaced. Best thing ever! I have a new shower and faucet and am pleased. I highly recommend Workman &Son’s Plumbing.

They diagnosed the problem and were able to make the repair in less than an hour.Jake and Josh were knowledgeable and efficient in their work. They had to remove some tile to reach the area of the problem. It was done in a way that the tile was easily replaced!

I could not have asked for better customer service! I called them on a Saturday night for a sewer line. They offered to come out that night but I had them wait until the next morning. They came out as they promised and did an amazing job. The technician explained everything I would need to do if I wanted to make the repair myself but made me aware he would be more than happy to get me on the schedule to come back and complete the job. I only had them come out to snake the line but when it turned into a much bigger job, I scheduled for them to come back and they were so accommodating. I highly recommend them for their quality work as well as their friendly staff.

Im a landlord and needed a plumber. Workman & Sons Plumbing were very nice, they gave me a reasonable arrival date, they were able to take care of the issue 2 days ahead of schedule despite it being around the holiday season and they were very affordable. If I have any more plumbing issues with my rental units or on my personal property, I will be using Workman & Sons Plumbing.

The men that came into our home did the work with confidence and efficiency. Also, one of the guys offered advice in regards to a smell in the house, that later proved to be spot on…dry traps. We have used Workman & Sons before for plumbing repairs. Mid-August we noticed water dripping down into our living room. The upstairs bathroom is directly above. We called Workmans and were worked into the Friday afternoon schedule - for a Lets see what the problem. I was able to remove furniture and things to enable plumbers to access our ceiling. They arrived that afternoon, removed some of the ceiling, and identified the problem. This being late Friday afternoon, I knew we would be without our shower, vanity, and toilet upstairs. The cast iron waste pipe had deteriorated. They identified what repairs had to be made, gave an estimate, and we were able to schedule them fir Tuesday. We already had doctor appointments scheduled for Monday and did not want to reschedule those. Doctor appointments rescheduled would have been three months longer. We tried!! Workmans arrived as scheduled and were able to remove the cast iron pipes, replace them, and get the plumbing working again. Must say that working on a ladder, on cast iron pipes the were originally installed back in the 1920s, in an extremely small and compact area, was not easy! But these plumbers from Workmans did a fantastic job and stuck to the task!! We are very pleased with Workmans &Sons.

We had used Workmans for several plumbing problems before this “incident”. Around 10:30 one evening, our shower had backed up. We noticed that it was happening when the kitchen sink was running water. We called and Chris Martin came out about an hour and a half later. It was about 12:00 am, the man had worked all day and was on call. He connected the overflow shower with the sink. Then crawled under the house to see what was going on. Several days later, as we had to wait our turn, the lines were clear. There had been a spill while cutting the line and Chris took care of getting a company to clean the mess under the house. We really enjoy Chris and every other employee from Workman. Thanks for being a good company and showing up to help

I called another plumbing service about 2 months ago, they came & cut 3 holes in my drywall looking for a leak and never found it. They told me to call back when it leaked again. I called the same service when the leak unpredictably happened again a few weeks later. That service told me they couldnt fit me in their schedule for another 3 weeks... I finally called Workman & Sons and they were here an hour and a half later, found the leak, and started working on it immediately. They were very polite even though I sounded like an exhausted and overwhelmed mad woman who was nearly pushed over the edge of sanity because of an unidentifiable mystery leak with 3 unrepaired holes in my walls before Thanksgiving ... Now maybe I can repair everything and not feel embarrassed when my dinner guests arrive for the holidays. 5 Stars, amazing service! .

After calling I was surprised that they had a plumber available immediately. The plumber had to make a stop on his way to my house and let me know he was going to be delayed, much appreciated and very professional. When he arrived he got to work right away. There was a mishap because the city didn’t shut off the water before the plumber arrived, even though they told me they would have it shut off right away. Poor guy got blasted with water but managed the repair quickly without complaint. He was apologizing to me for getting water in the garage but it was completely my fault. To say I’m satisfied is not enough. It was only a minor job, but I am incredibly thankful for their service.

I like Workman as nd Sons because I can trust them. Had an issue on New Years Eve and they came . We were the last call of the day. They worked a couple hours. Fixed the problem. Maybe was in a bit of a hurry sealing the commode back. But called them back . They came back fixed it at no labor charge. Plus fixed a couple of other issues not related, and I was very satisfied! Good work!
