About six months ago, I purchased a new 98% efficient, furnace and air conditioner to replace the builders grade one that was in my house for the last 13 years. At first I was a little skeptical. Was it really worth it? It definitely was. Extremely quiet, running in the background and is barely noticeable. Extremely efficient I’ve already noticed a difference in my electric and propane usage. Now that winter is here and we’ve had a week of below freezing temperature. I can’t believe how comfortable my house is. I know I’m saving on Propane. I’m really pleased with my purchase. I wish I would’ve done it years ago. Great company and great service. I would definitely recommend them and I’ll definitely use them again.

The technician was on time, competent and professional. He did a great job and gave me some helpful information. I have opted for an annual membership for maintenance and there seems to be some confusion at the office about what is covered by this membership. Id called the office to ask whether our gas fireplace insert would be inspected and cleaned as a part of the fall maintenance visit and was told that it was not covered and would be an additional $100 charge. I cleaned it myself, but the technician said that since wed bought it from Comfort Control he could have cleaned it for us. I received a letter some time ago informing me of changes to our maintenance membership that outlined no changes to what I had. It turns out that the business had acquired another site and needed to clarify changes in coverage for those members, but sent the letter to members at both sites creating some confusion, at least for me. The business seems to have expanded too quickly to communicate consistently and in the process lost the personal touches of a smaller business. To be clear, I will continue to be a customer and have always appreciated the competence of the service personnel. The membership Ive gotten was a learning experience that I dont plan to repeat as paying for two maintenance visits a year is about half the cost of the membership.

We have used Comfort Control for years. They check the furnace before the cold weather and then come back and check the air conditioner in the spring. Today we had Chris L come and check things out. Very pleasant gentleman. Before he entered our house he put booties over his shoes.and told us exactly what he did and asked if we had questions. We are very happy with their services.

I love these guys! Richard Oswalt came out to replace a faulty water heater today, and I cant wait to take a hot shower that lasts more than 6 minutes! He was really knowledgeable, explained everything he was doing in a way that I understood (which can be tough, Im not mechanically inclined), was friendly and professional! Great experience!

In addition to doing that he also tuned up my old AC system, alerted me to some future problems, and offered to do up a quote for those repairs, no pressure at all. I have them come out and check my AC in the spring and my furnace in the fall. I had a sensor replaced by another business about 25 years ago. Had a slight problem with the blower coming on when it shouldn’t recently . He checked the sensor out and it was the wrong one. He said the sensor can deteriorate over time and being the wrong one probably caused the issue sooner. Ordered the correct one and fixed the problem. Always satisfied with them.

We just had a mini-split system installed and the whole process was extremely smooth from start to finish. Bo handled the initial estimate process and was realistic about what we needed, and didnt try to upsell on anything unnecessary for our space. My toddler also loved him and wanted to go to work with him!Beth G. handled the billing portion for us and did a wonderful job of explaining the next steps in the process as far as ordering the parts and scheduling the installation.Mike H, Andrew H, & Chris handled the installation and were absolutely fantastic. They were prompt, efficient, and even finished ahead of schedule. They answered any questions we had and made sure we knew how to use everything and do standard maintenance for the filters before they left.I work from home and they were extremely courteous of that fact and really did an amazing job of making sure their job and my job didnt interfere with each other. My toddler also loved them as well and they were more than happy to show him their tools and let him watch as they did certain portions of the job (with mom supervision, of course).Truly, I cant say enough good things about this company and the process as a whole. This was a wonderful experience and we are loving the new system and how much more quiet and efficient it is overall. Thanks again!

I called and the recording said because I participated in their pre-paid twice-a-year service agreement, I would receive quick treatment. We’ve been Comfort Control Club customers since 2015 and recently had an issue with our old furnace.The Comfort Control team came out, got it operational and advised us we should strongly consider a new furnace seeing as the current unit was about 26 years old.I want to commend the entire Comfort Control team for their customer service and personal touch. Everyone we’ve ever interacted with from customer service to technicians & installers has been nothing short of exceptional.Logan came out immediately and got us an estimate within 3 hours of looking at the project. The team (I didn’t catch their names but they should receive some kudos!) was able to install our new furnace inside of 1 week from when we signed on for the new install. That is an incredible turnaround.In this day and age, customer service and treating people fairly is seemingly an afterthought, however, I can confidently say that Comfort Control still represents those core values. For that, we thank you & the entire Comfort Control team.

He quickly diagnosed it as a corrosion issue and that no parts were needed. This was by far the best HVAC experience I have ever had! Rich was at my house next day for an estimate on new Furnace/AC. within 2 hours of the time he left I had a quote which I felt was very fair pricing. It was wonderful getting an honest opinion not just one that would suggest the most expensive option. We bought a new Amana system for both AC and Furnace. Follow ups were made to ensure all of our questions were answered and that we were happy and very informed about our new system.
