We had an emergency situation that required a quick response. We contacted Roto Rooter and they were very understanding of our situation and scheduled next day service(which was a Sunday). The technician came, assessed the situation and then explained his plan to fix the problem. He also provided an estimate for the work he thought would address the problem. He then went to work and within an hour had us back in service. All in all a great experience.

He rescued my basement (washer had not drained properly), was professional, clean, very knowledgeable and he explained everything to me which put me at ease. I called again and I have been happy again with their service, when they show up at the house theyre very kind and explain things and I feel they are very fair with price and honesty I dont feel like they try to get more or try to cheat you. The technician, Ethan was OUTSTANDING!!! He recognized the possibility of the problem being much worse than we had originally thought. This prompted him to call Austin, his field supervisor in to evaluate the situation. As we were planning the dreadful clean up, he called with the news that it was going to be covered under our Homeowners Insurance policy!!! We would not have had any idea that it could ever even be a possibility until the two of them told us!!! The cherry on top of the icing, on top of the cake, is that Roto Rooter was the least expensive and fastest of anyone we called!!! I will never ever use anyone but them!!! No one wants to need this type of service, but when you do...Ethan, Austin, and their crew will make you feel like you also had the ice cream...and sprinkles!!!

I needed help badly with my drains overflowing last night. This morning I called Roto-Rooter and in less than 2 hours a young man named James was knocking at my door. Very knowledgeable, personable and respectful, James had my drains cleared out in no time. Roots were the problem. I hope that Roto-Rooter knows what a good employee they have. James is a great asset to the company!!!

Adam, Chris and the rest of their teams were super friendly and helpful! We had water damage from our upstairs bathroom into our kitchen below. They were very quick to get it all cleaned out and repair the plumbing. We are new, first time home owners and this was our first big repair. Called at a pretty inconvenient time for everyone and the individual on the other line was very pleasant and helpful. It didn’t take much more than an hour for them to get someone to my house, even at 3 or 4 o’clock in the morning. I wouldn’t have blamed anyone for being slightly frustrated with having to be out so late/early, but this individual was very friendly and helpful the whole time. I felt the job preformed was very well done and thorough.

These guys were very helpful through the whole process from the technician that came out to try and fix the problem to the restoration team that cleaned up the mess. 2 guys came out, offered 2 different solutions to fix my drain problem. Cheaper route was to snake the drain, second was to use a pressure water line. I chose to go the cheaper route.The guys worked diligently, were polite, and professional.Snaking the drain didnt work after multiple attempts on 2 drains so then they decided to use the pressure hose.After multiple attempts, it worked!!They cleaned up after themselves as though they werent here.I would recommend and use these guys again.

He ran a camera down our gutter drain to see what is causing our garage to flood and discovered that our drains are clear…the blockage is in the city drains under the road. He charged us accordingly and explained how to describe his inspection to the city in case they ask for details. Will request him specifically if we need their services again.

Same day service for two very necessary plumbing problems was a big plus! The young man, Ben Ladich, was extremely personable and knowledgeable. Along with the anticipated cost of the work, Ben explained everything to me before he started the repair. He kept me posted as the work progressed about surprises he hadn’t anticipated, as well as options I had that weren’t as costly that would fix the problem just fine!As a result, we know plumbing problems will be costly, but having qualified, personable, and efficient technicians makes the medicine much easier to swallow. I would certainly call Roto-Rooter of Medina again in the future!

I called Roto-Rooter this afternoon for help with my water main. By happenstance the technician, Victor Moss, would be three blocks away from me tonight for a 7 oclock appointment.He saw how close I was and called to see if he could take a look and gather an estimate. To my surprise, it was a 1 minute fix and he was in and out. He explained what the issue was and how to correct it in the future.Excellent customer service and education.I highly recommend Victor for future references to anyone in the Ashland area.
