Ray and his team are incredibly responsive and have helped us several times over the last few weeks. He is great at presenting many different options to fit my budget and he is very thorough at walking me through exactly what is needed, what can wait, and what the future of our system will be with each option. Excellent customer service and just kind, nice people!

Ray is great! He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and get the new part ordered right away. Good communication about the progress, and when he didnt receive the new part as promised, he called to let me know it would be the next day. Thanks Ray!

We are very happy with the work Ray has done for us! He came right away when our Instant Hot Water Unit wore out. He drove many miles to get us a new one and installed it the next day! We were All happy to have hot water again! We also talked to him about how to heat a basement playroom for our girls. He brought the most innovative heating unit that is fitted to the wall near the ceiling. It heats the room well and is Not a danger to the girls while they play. He is an asset to the Midwest Energy Team and he is also a great neighbor and friend!! Thanks Ray!
