My hot water tank died and I called the company that had it installed while they were changing my heat/air over to a new HVAC system. They said they don’t do plumbing. So the phone numbers they gave me, I got no response. My son-in-law came over and checked the hot water tank to verify it was dead. He called a friend that recommended Charles Francis Plumbing. They came about 8 a.m. the next morning with a new hot water tank. Within an hours they took the dead one out and put the new one in. I thanked them for being so prompt in coming. They were nice, courteous, neat and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good plumber!

These guys are the real deal. Got here, diagnosed the issue within 30 seconds and were out within 15 minutes. We had an issue where we were smelling sewage randomly throughout the house and outside, and they even fixed my tub handle on spot and went under the crawlspace for peace of mind. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Will be using them again for all my plumbing needs.

Homeowners always have some quirky unepected problems arise, and Chrales Francis & Sons has been great about fitting people into a timely schedule with work completed well and reasonably. Recently we had a problem that hid the source. Charles Francis sent someone out who found the source, explained what was needed, and recommended a couple of local people who could do what was needed since it didnt turn out to be a plumbing problem. How refreshing to have ethical quality work and help from a local business.
