Mike was so thorough and informative during his home inspection. He answered the questions I had about the home and his findings, and gave us some helpful suggestions on how to proceed with the safety hazards he found in the home my husband and I are closing on. His report was very detailed and easy to understand and contained numerous pictures of the problems he found. I really appreciate his quick responsiveness. I called him Monday afternoon and he was able to fit an inspection in on Wednesday morning.Thank you Mike! We were able to get the gas turned on temporarily and Mike went back out there to test the things he couldnt originally for no additional charge. Mike really went above and beyond. We certainly recommend him.

I am in the process of buying my first home and needed a home inspection. Mike came highly recommended from a friend and I am very glad I got the recommendation. Mike is very knowledge and does a thorough job inspecting the home. He makes sure to explain everything to you and point it out, which made me feel better as I am a first time homebuyer so a lot of this is new to me. He got the inspection report to me quickly and helped me feel more comfortable in my decision in homes. If you want a nice guy, who will do a great job, I highly recommend Mike. He was personable and knowledgeable. I got my report in a few hours after paying the bill and was always given prompt responses to emails. Mike was amazing, to say the least. We requested an FHA home inspection on a Friday and he was at our door on Monday to complete it. Not only was he thorough, but he explained what he was doing as he went along. He took almost 100 pictures, and was able to detail all the areas of concern that we will need to fix immediately, and then others that need attention, but can be done within a different timeline. His expertise was on point, and honestly, Ill never use another home inspection company after using Mike! I will also be referring him to friends and family who are either buying or selling their home. His honest work and affordable rate will definitely create a loyal client base. I think all realtors in this area should be using him for their buyers and sellers. Just a suggestion!

When attempting to purchase a home, it came with an inspection provided by the listing agent. After reviewing that inspection, I knew right away that inspection report from another local company was lackluster at best. I already had planned to hire Mr. Lamb due to his military background and transparent information on the company site.Mr. Lamb was well more than thorough with the inspection and was very clear on any explanations during the inspection. He also brought along the needed supplies to take mold samples if needed.In closing, his report was night and day from the provided report from the other local company. Their report was about 36 pages total with a 1 full page of summarized problems, Protective Home Inspections was 86 pages and 5 full pages of summarized problems! Hands down no comparison, no question, no worries.
