    Scott and his crew were great to work with. Everyone was friendly, receptive and worked with us all along the way.     My husband and I cant say enough about the roof that we now have. Ryan was our salesman and Brian our installation manager. They went out of their way to make sure everything was done as we were told. We had several leaks and had dealt with a few other companies. None of them stuck to what we were told, so the roof kept getting worse, until I called United Home experts and met with Ryan, we were skeptical.We are very pleased with the time to get it scheduled and then get the roof installed .     This is the second time we have used United Home Experts for a significant project at our home. The first time they replaced the bay window in our living room. This time they replaced the slider in our kitchen that exits to our deck. In both cases they were very professional from start to finish. They provided a detailed evaluation of each project, offered a number of alternative solutions, and completed both projects on time and on budget. The whole UHE team is very professional, informative, and committed to providing excellent results. During our slider installation, Brian Lowder served as installation manager and ensured all aspects of the installation were completed properly.     UHE did a great job installing/replacing a skylight and sliding glass door at our house. The workers involved came around on time, worked quickly and did a very nice job installing the items, particularly in the somewhat tricky door space. The Marvin glass door is a wonder - it works really well and, for the first time in many years we can clearly see our backyard and woods! Thanks!

    United Home Experts made it very easy for us to get a partial roof replacement on our new home while we were in a time crunch related to moving and other life circumstances. Communication with this company was generally seamless as they seem to be well-staffed by skilled and proactive professionals. In particular, Ian McCarthy was extremely helpful in understanding the capabilities of the company and what would be needed for the project and Shetia Diggs was great as a project manager, communicating often and clearly, accommodating our schedule, and even helping us work through a last-minute shingle change. UHEs prices were very competitive with or better than various competitors we also got quotes from and they even threw in a free gutter cleaning while they were up on the roof since the previous owners of the home hadnt gotten around to it in quite some time. I highly recommend working with this company and will plan to do so in the future on other projects.

    The installers were great, Lucas and I’m unsure of the other man’s name. Both were very professional and it was clear that they were working hard to make sure the window was installed perfectly.     Needing extensive carpentry work we selected United Home Experts. We are glad we did. Tim scheduled an appt to review the work needed and suggestions that needed attention. Tia our job manager was very involved with the job, steps and follow thru especially when we needed to add additional work. Our crew head Fanio was very experienced with work that needed to be done and making sure the crew did a great job.. Cleanup was thorough every day .A great experience!

    They did 14 new construction windows to replace our old windows and trim. They were terrific! And Tyler was a great project manager - very communicative and helpful. When they ran into some rotted wood, they replaced it and kept on going. They were neat and cleaned up every day as if they hadnt been there (well except for the expected dust). There was minimal damage to my landscaping and they always were considerate of where to park and where to put the dumpster so we could still get in and out of the garage! When finished, I told him I had expected them to plaster over the new wood so it was ready for painting, and he sent a guy the next day to do it - no questions asked! I give them a 5 star rating!

    We are repeat United Home Expert customers, and both experiences were fabulous! Communication before, during, and after the project is great (and appreciated.) The most recent project was replacing our front door and storm door. The product quality exceeds excellent and the installation went smoothly. Our installation team was friendly, polite, respectful, and skilled. They left our property, inside and out, tidy and *almost* dust-free.     Our 1950s house is gorgeous and updated now, thanks to the high-quality Everlast siding. It looks like painted wood. Our estimator, Scott Partridge, worked with us to find the best solution for our needs. He listened well and took the time to answer our questions. Absolutely no pressure to paint vs. side. Our project manager, Erik Ostroff, went above and beyond in making sure we were happy with the work and keeping the job organized as the work went along. The crews are not allowed to smoke on site, so you dont have that smell to deal with or cigarette butts all around. Every guy working on our house was respectful of our many plantings, and courteous to us and our pets. Weve worked with a lot of companies on home improvement, and United Home Experts is the most organized companies weve ever worked with. Customer service and high-quality products and workmanship are clearly a priority with this company.

    Excellent service from the initial on-site visit by Nik who walked us through the window selection process taking time to thoroughly explain all the different styles/construction materials and selecting the correct finish right up to the day of installation a few months later. Under the scrutiny of Chris the installation process went quite smoothly considering the extenuating circumstances facing us all during the middle of a pandemic. The finished product looks fantastic and Id have no problem recommending this company to friends or family.

    I have owned three homes in the last thirty four years, using multiple contractors over the course of those thirty four years, and this is by far the best experience I have ever had. Total communications from signing the contract, to job completion. They do what they say, when they say they will do it, and the roofing team is the most focused, hard driving team from start to finish.     Fantastic crew all around. Kevin the Sales manager was great showing me the products and answering my questions. When installation came, Scott picked up managing the crew. Scott is a very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful manager who I was always happy to hear from and engage with. Sydney was the lead craftsman on the project and was an A + all around. Checks all the boxes when it comes to knowledge and skill, but also extra friendly and always spoke with a smile on his face and gratitude for you having him in your home. They cleaned inside and outside everyday and took the time to do the job right. Over the years in different properties I’ve replaced many windows and trim, by far this was my favorite crew to work with. I asked multiple questions throughout the process and team always took the time to explain why they were doing something and what benefit it brought. Not only have I recommended this crew to my friends but I will certainly be calling back for future projects. Very happy customer here.

    United home experts did great work on our home! We had them replace a bunch of our siding - some cedar and some everlast composite for water management. They also repainted, replaced some gutters, and some additional work to help with water management (cut-ins, flashing, etc.). From the beginning they were honest and helpful and I didnt feel like they were ever trying to upsell me no things I didnt need. They first took time to understand my motivations for wanting work done and the details of our case/home, and then have great advice on what to do. It didnt take long to get us scheduled and then the work was managed very well, much more responsive and reliable than most contractors, again giving great advice and working with me. The work they did was very comprehensive, meticulous, and top quality - our house is now in much better shape and looks gorgeous. Very glad we went with United Home Experts!

    We worked with United Home Experts due to the side of our house being ravaged by woodpeckers. We reached out for an initial consultation to better understand what our options were. After an initial call United quickly called back to set up a time. The sales consultant was fantastic, helped us understand our options, and never pushed, or tried to up-sell a more expensive option. They offered support and friendly advice. We decided to replace the siding on the entire side of our house with a product that woodpeckers would not damage. They were very transparent on what costs were included in the quote and which ones were not. When the time came for installation, Jeff the installation manager was communicated frequently and was very transparent about the expectations for the entire process. The team that did the actual work were amazing. Some of the nicest and hardest working guys Ive met. They worked two 12 hour days and some of their own time on Saturday to ensure the installation was complete on-time and ahead of any bad weather. They cleaned up the area each day and made a point of making sure all nails and debris were picked up so our dogs/children didnt have to worry about stepping on anything. They even didnt get upset when our dog got into their Oreos!Id highly recommend this company in the future and will be using them for sure when our next house project comes up.

    We are doing the entire house, siding, windows, and roof. The pressure of cost and details can be overwhelming but Erik broke things down for us so we could focus on one aspect at a time. He was easy to work with, was very detailed, and was always quick to respond to our questions and provide more details where we needed it. As he say “I’m here to help!” No words more true! We met as many time as needed to ensure he got the details of our design needs down. He also ensured we got one of the best guys to do a final window measurements. He was great too because he had additional recommendations that helped and pointed out existing issues he found that he’d make sure would be addressed.Note: The project has not started at the time this feedback was given. We look forward to completing the project.

    From the initial consultation with the sales representative to the installation, UHE staff were pleasant and easy to work with. We replaced six double-hung windows and exterior trim.Installation day did not bring nice weather: it was cool and intermittently pouring rain. Nevertheless, the crew worked quickly and professionally. Because of the rain, they were unable to complete the caulking step that day; they came back a couple of days later to finish up.The new windows are beautiful, easy to operate, and free of drafts. The installation crew did proper weather sealing (its an old house, so the old windows werent well-sealed) with spray foam insulation, weather flashing tape, PVC trim (Azek), and proper caulking. Additionally, the new windows and insulation considerably damp the transmission of noise from outside!At the end of installation day, the crew members cleaned up much of the debris. Because it was getting dark and because it was raining heavily, they were not able to see and pick up all of the debris around the house. Nonetheless, we found less than a grocery-bag amount of trash along the sides of the house.

    I had heard good things about UHE so I called for the replacement of 5 windows (phase 1 of 2). I’m so glad I did! They are the easiest-to-work-with contractors I’ve ever hired!! The project completed in the timeframe promised, the installers were skilled and very professional and there were at least 2 project managers who stopped by to make sure everything was going as planned. Who does that? I’m very happy with my new windows (what a difference!!) and will most definitely be having UHE install the rest of the windows when I’m ready to do the rest of the house.

    United Home Experts replaced my back door and screen door and it came out beautiful. They came out in the early afternoon were done with the whole job by dinner time. I could tell from the way the started removing the old door and old screen door that they were old pros with the meticulous way of doing the job especially paying attention to details on how the new doors were applied and also making sure that they open easily and close flushed with a tight seal to eliminate any type of drafts. The doors look great and I had a little concern for the tiled floor for where the door was being replaced that I might have to call in a floor specialist if the framing of the new door had altered the tile but these guys were able to do this work without the floor tile being interfered with. Nico and his team were very friendly and very polite and I would recommend their services highly. Thanks Nico and team from United Home Experts for doing an awesome job on replacing my back door and screen door!

    I had United Home Experts replace my 38 year old roof. From start to finish they were professional, courteous and explained in detail the job and what it entailed. The representative, Mike, who came to look at the job and write it up was fabulous in that he was honest about what would take place and what unforseen issues may crop up ( none did). I appreciated his honesty. Their estimate was right in my range and better than 2 other bids on the job. They also have financing that made it possible to do this job. A roof is no small matter and when it needs to be done its critical. They made everything seamless. The project manager, Pete, called to arrange the time window and repeatedly came to check on the job in progress. The crew who did the roofing were amazing, working all day with barely a break. They were so careful of the property and did an incredible job cleaning up at the end of the job. I cant say enough about this whole crew and the company itself. Any other jobs I need done I will call them first!

    Having a new front door installed was the BEST experience that I could have wanted. The workers were courteous, on time, and kept me informed as the project proceeded. They had a difficult task due to circumstances that were not of their doing and they managed to complete the install perfectly.     Overall great experience with United Home Experts from start to finish. Mike listened to our needs, showed us our options and answered all our questions so we could make an educated decision.     Window replacement. I hired United Home Experts to do a window replacement in my home. I first met with Paul St. Martin who came to my house to give me a quote on the project. He took the time to explain all of the different options that were available and what exactly the project would entail from start to finish. The best part of the meeting was there was no pressure to commit to the project from U.H. E. After deciding to go with them the windows and materials were ordered and delivered in a timely fashion as promised. On the day of the installation the project manager Scott R. arrived with his team , Hugo and Ricardo to do the install. Again Scott took the time to explain to me exactly what to expect during the installation and how long it would take. Ricardo and Hugo did a great job with installing the new windows . Excellent workmanship, very neat and clean. This project went exactly the way that they said it would. No surprises no hidden costs and no stress.

    Can’t thank Home United Experts enough!! I notice an immediately difference the first night of the project in temperature in my house. It was warm without the heat on.     The Project Manager, Ray, was very responsive and professional from the first day to the day of completion. The crew arrived right on time and started working right away. We were never told during the Sales Quote that a new trim would be needed when replacing a skylight. Ray handled that and had someone install a trim for us at no extra charge. The whole project, roof replacement and one skylight, was done in one day. Cleanup was good. No complaints whatsoever. My only issue was that we were told when we signed that it would be 6-8 weeks because of the custom skylight. The project was started and completed after almost 4 months. Not a big issue at this point as long as the roof was done right.

    We hired the company to replace our roof, four skylights and gutters that were showing their ages. They and their subcontractors were all courteous and most of the work were completed efficiently once started. Since the work was scheduled and done before the snow storm last December, we had needed to call the them back to make a few things right once the weather improved and we were able to inspect the work.We are still working with the company to resolve issues on two skylights one month after they were installed. The skylights and shades were finally operational after three visits but are still drafty and unfinished on the inside for various reasons that could have been better communicated before the work started to avoid surprises.We understand they are busy and cannot always get back to us quickly though when they do they have been professional and willing to listen to our concerns. We look forward to completing this home improvement project with them.

    We needed to replace our asphalt roof that was 3 years past its end of life. Roof looked like it could slide off the house by itself. Met with Mike from UHE and we discussed options. Several weeks later, we got a call from Ray to schedule the materials and dumpster delivery and when to start.     We had the whole house resided with a wonderful composite material. It is NOT vinyl but instead is a dead ringer for natural wood. Looks fabulous and has a 50 year warranty! Neighbors have complimented us on the look of the new house. Now we do not have any maintenance/painting. We should have done this years ago. The yellow color just about matched our old but peeling clapboards. They do offer many different colors too. The job was professionally done in about two weeks.     United recently stripped and put on a new roof for us. It was a fairly big job and had some difficult access points for the roof. They did a great job and finished it in one day. Clean up was incredible. About two weeks later I found a nail. Thats it.I have used them in the past for painting and a roof on a different house. They are very professional. They educate you on your options and are very upfront about their costs. No pushy salesmen or sales pitches. High quality products and workmanship. While Ive never had to call them back to fix anything, I know theyd take care of any problems.

    I had the siding replaced on my house. The team installing the siding was incredible. Tony and his crew worked a minimum of 10 hour days, non stop. Tony was quick to call me outside to take a look at something if it didn’t look right or if he had a question. Jarrad who was supervising the whole job came out every few days to make sure things were running smoothly and was quick to answer any emails. I did have an issue when the lights were reinstalled after the siding was completed. Two of the lights were installed different heights. I took a photo, sent it to Jarrad. Within hours Tony was back to take down the lights, adjust the wiring, replace the siding, and reinstall the lights. Overall very please with the job.

    Our project was a fairly small one, which snowballed into a much larger one, but I was very happy with the speed and care that our project manager Ray provided throughout the process. We had a single side of our house resided, and new exterior window frames installed. In one day they had about 95% of the job completed, but we were not fully satisfied. Upon replacing and resetting one exterior window, it caused a crack in our wall inside the house. We also had now exposed and loose wires hanging off our house. However, Ray was there bright and early on Day 2 to address our concerns, and by noon had guys out to fix everything right up. Cant even tell there was wall damage now. We then discovered that the reattaching of our power line to the exterior of the house wasnt done properly, and it sagged across the street. But again, within hours, Ray had an electrician out to add additional attachment points and fix the issue. Finally, they needed a dumpster to discard the old siding, and when the third party dumpster company came to collect it, they smashed it into a retaining wall alongside our driveway. While it took some time to get it properly fixed, Ray and eventually his boss Alan, were doing everything they could to get the dumpster company to repair the issue, and while it took a month, our retaining wall is as good as new thanks to their tireless efforts. The project ballooned from 1-2 days to close to 2 months all told, but Ray and UHE were always responsive, worked as hard as they could for us, and in the end everything is spectacular. Ill be going back to them for any further exterior work, and would recommend them to anyone else looking to do the same. Thank you, Ray!

    United Home Experts did composite clapboard siding on the front of our house. We chose Flagstone grey. EDITED: the product is good and overall good job with some minor issues. I wished I could have been home while the project was going on. My elderly parents were but difficult for them to keep an eye on things.The crew was helpful when my parents came home from an appointment. They assisted my dad into the house.The few issues were with the installation of the front lites that I bought. They were installed upside down..and didnt see shutters...but after a call to the Project Manager. (Zack). The issue was corrected but then we had no lites or phone or cable.It turns out that when the men fixed the front porch lite the wires got crimped and shorted out one of the breakers. I had a friend come trouble shoot the problem. I also notified my Project Manager of this. All said the end result is good. We are satisfied. It looks like a new house.I would recommend you being on the job whenever you can. The sales man was great too. (Mike). Both Mine and Zack would usually get back quickly to answer any questions.

    Weve been using united for 15+ years (3 different roofs and several painting jobs) and more recently they replaced the roof on our house. They give you a good price, stand by their work and are very professionally run. When they put on our roof at our current house, the representative walked through all our different options. We expected to be in the house for a while so we selected a higher grade roof shingle that didnt absorb a lot of solar heat. With United, you have a lot of options to choose from and they work with high end materials. Name brands that are well know in the industry. They have also been in business in the same town for as long as Ive lived in the area (20 years) so you know they will be there in a year if you have any problems or issues. We have also used them for painting over the years and have had the same results. Good communication, show up on time, do high quality work, and leave the house & yard spotless. No nails, shingles, or garbage left behind.

Despite the cold weather, they stripped two layers of siding off of each and installed Gorilla Plank siding, including wrapping the window and door casings in aluminum.     We hired UHE to do some carpentry and a full paint job on our two-story home. From the start Scott made us feel really comfortable and confident with the work we needed. UHE was not our first quote and we were pretty concerned with how much work some other companies were trying to push on use. I wish we had more than 7 days to review the quote we received and that a timeline for the work was better communicated to us but once that happened things were very clear and efficient with our PM Ray. Rays guys did an exceptional job, especially on the paint work. You can really tell they care about the work like its their own home.     I cant say enough good things about UHE. We have worked with them on multiple projects. Their customer service is top notch. They are accommodating to our schedules and respond quickly from the first appointment to give us a quote to then coming out and doing the work itself.     United Home Experts was the company we chose to use for replacement of a large atrium entrance spring window with two side panels that had stated to fail and a 3 foot entry door below with 2 side panels.The existing window had lots of detail, and definitely is a centerpiece to the house when viewing from the curb. I was obsessive in making sure the replacement met the original look and feel.We vetted several companies with products and pricing and was most impressed with UHE in their initial customer service from Nik Carlson, their window quality and pricing.He understood my goals for the replacement, listened to us, and was patient and helpful as we went through the selection process vetting all the vendors we had spoken to.When it came time for the install, Chris S, my project manager, heard my same concerns and instantly put me at ease that they understood. Clayton, the lead installer and his assistant, were top notch, professional and very skilled. They were meticulous in their set up and staging, installation and clean up. Throughout the process, they constantly kept me up to date with what they were doing to assure me I was getting what I wanted.During the install, they found that the failed window at the sill had been leaking water into the wall below that had caused some rot. Clayton explained to me in detail what he was proposing to be cut out, salvaging as much of the existing framing, sheathing and siding to minimize the work to repair and restore, followed up by Chris S with a detailed estimate and take off of materials and labor that was needed. Being in construction myself, I appreciated their explanations and detail presented, all resulting in a very fair price.The end result of the finished install was exactly what I was hoping for. Comparing the new install to what was replaced, it is almost impossible to tell the difference, and I am extremely happy and satified with the results.Needless to say, UHE are my “go to guys” for other work I have coming up, whether it be windows, roofing or siding.

    They installed PVC corner trim and rakes on whole house. Mike the salesman, Chris Production Mngr, and the install crew were all great! Very professional, quality work and very pleasant to work with!

    We had water leak inside room, they come did water test and find issues. Finally we give them project for replace our roof and rebuild our deck. its did cost a lot, but issues were resolved. They did very good job.
