R A Thomas was very helpful. He picked up when I called and solved my problem over the phone without ever having to make a service call or charge me. I really appreciate his generosity and integrity in not creating work when there was a simple solution. Ill be calling him again if I ever need an electrician.

I contacted Russell on a Saturday afternoon for help with an electrical problem with my dryer outlet. As it turns out, the solution was a simple fix that Russell was able to walk me through over the phone in just a few minutes! Its great to find businesses that are focused on solving problems and building long-lasting business loyalty rather than maximizing profits day-by-day. Im new to town and pleased to now have an electrician I can trust going forward. Cheers.

I had an electrical problem and had contacted another well known local electrician who has previously done work for me. After paying appx $140 for an estimate, the estimate came to another $1300.I decided to get a second opinion so contacted RA Thomas. Russell (the owner) came out the very next morning, gave me a free estimate and fixed the problem (which had been somewhat misdiagnosed by the first electrician) for LESS THAN HALF of the original estimate.I just saved a lot of money and the service and efficiency of RA Thomas was superb.I highly recommend.

Good man needed some work rewiring a main on a duplex no one wanted to mess with it. He did it in 1 day. Easy peasy. Nice customer service and quick. Cant rave enough about him.

I recently moved to the area from Florida and found this service doing a web search for my current problem. I called and he tried to diagnose my problem while talking to me. We were not successful over the phone so he sent his top man and within 15minutes he was at my door; 30 Mintues later he found the problem and I was very happy with his service. Honest.We were dumb and it ended up being a breaker that needed to be flipped back. He did not charge us as it was on his way home.He was rewarded with goat milk and eggs.Highly recommended
