    Alex was fantastic from the first point of contact until our project completion! We had a hot tub hard wired to our home with an added breaker box by the deck, he not only communicated amazingly but was extremely kind and efficient. He handled permits, the entire scope of the project in one morning, and even communicated with Duke Energy to correct an issue with our outside meter. Extremely professional and still very personable, we will definitely be making Alex our go to electrician!

    We have had a problem with the lighting fixture in our kitchen. Called Alex.He was very timely, knowledgeable, and professional.He helped us diagnose what the problem was with this fixture. He tried several ways to get it to operate, but its still did not work. He explained in detail what the problem was and that we needed to purchase a new fixture. Although he could not fix our problem at this time, we would use him and highly recommend him to anyone who asks.

    You will not find a better electrician than Alex Quinn with Quinn Electric. Alex immediately responded to my phone call and realized it was an emergency. He came out that day and after working and evaluating the situation, he realized it was on Duke Energy’s side. He contacted Duke Energy and it had turned out that a work crew had pulled out a neutral wire from the main junction box outside. Alex followed up that evening and educated me on how to approach future situations as this.
