    Great experience with Ryan & Smiths Plumbing! He fixed my immediate issue quickly and in the most inexpensive way possible. He then took the time to look over the rest of the plumbing in the home I recently bought and gave me some very clear and fair ballpark figures on potential future repairs.     Today I woke up to a leak in my bathroom wall that put a few inches of water in my crawl space. Smiths Plumbing was easy to talk to and reassured me they would get to me today. I was worried because tomorrow is Thanksgiving. I did call a few other companies that advised they could not get to me until next week. Ethan with Smiths Plumbing got to my house about 2:30 pm. He was pleasant to work with and was very knowledgeable. He gave me multiple options with the pros/cons to each. The price was fair and he did great work! I would definitely recommend Ethan and Smiths Plumbing!

    Fast emergency service on a Sunday. Kept us informed on their arrival and did everything necessary to resolve our issues which turned out to be a full septic tank instead of a clogged sewer line. Provided references to septic services that were able to come out the same day. Highly recommended.

    Smith plumbing was fantastic! Allen was our tech and he was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and fixed the hot water heater quickly. I called Smith for a second opinion on the hot water heater, after being quoted an outrageous priced. I spoke to a real person, was never put on an eternal hold, and had an appointment scheduled within five minutes of calling - for the next day! Allen diagnosed and fixed the issue in less than an hour - and charged us way less than what we were quoted by the other company! Smith plumbing will be my first call from now on when it comes to any issues around the house. Cannot recommend their service enough!

    Brandon with Smith’s plumbing was excellent. He inspected our leaking tank, clearly explained what caused the problem with our hot water tank, and replaced our old water tank with a higher quality tank immediately. Out of three plumbers he gave us the best quote. He and his team did a fast and thorough job. They were prompt and professional. Everyone I interacted with at Smith’s provided outstanding customer service. I will definitely be using them for any future needs.

    Thank you to Smith’s Plumbing for sending Kyle to my home for hot water tank replacement. Kyle was kind and a respectful young man.he answered all my questions during the install before and after. In my case this was a situation it had to be done the same day, as water is draining out of the tank in two areas. Temperature was going down below freezing for the next several days. I am very grateful for the service provided and I give 5 star rating. Customer service was excellent, Amber made sure I was taken care of.

    Cabe Baltimore was absolutely phenomenal! I am in need of a conversion from an electric fireplace to gas and my time with him was awesome! Very knowledgeable, very thorough and super kind. It gives me great joy knowing that Smiths Plumbing takes such care with consultations.     Brandon at Smiths Plumbing Services was very helpful and professional. He looked at our homes repairs with a holistic and systematic POV and helped us fix our initial problem and identify and preventatively upgrade other system fail points to prevent our issues again in the future. We have used Smiths Plumbing for a few large water damage and leaking repairs and will recommend them to anyone who asks for a referral. Highly recommend. 5 out of 5 stars. 🙂

    Will of Smiths Plumbing was wonderful to work with. He was knowledgeable, informative, efficient, and honest. Knowing what the issue was after his first visit I most likely could have done the repair for cheaper but I had no clue what the issue was. It took him 5 mins to know exactly the problem, he immediately ordered the part and had it installed in 30 mins 2 days later. Will arrived on time and instructed me on how to use the new part prior to leaving. The quality and workmanship was great and I would highly recommend them for jobs that require professional plumbing.

    Fantastic experience stemming from a terrible situation. We had water coming down from our ceiling, and Smith’s came out quick.     Ryan was OUTSTANDING!! We needed parts and he found them and went to get them. Ryan fixed everything in my shower handles and they are not dripping. He fixed our toilet and my dishwasher. The water socket was not working and he got the part and a new socket and it’s working great!! I picked Smiths Plumbing a few years ago because I needed great technicians like Ryan to fix problems correctly and neatly. Smiths Plumbing is 110% awesome!!!!

    We’ve never used Smith before but we will again!! We called on a weekend with no expectations of fast or excellent service and boy, were we wrong. Ethan called us to explain the procedure and process of an out-of-hours call to make sure we were good with everything. He and his coworker came and not only fixed our current issue but diagnosed an additional problem that is not a “today” fix but is definitely a “need to address soon” issue. He was awesome in explaining the issue and even showing video from places under my home I have never and likely will never go to.I’m so impressed with the service he and Connor provided that I can say with certainty that Smith Plumbing just got new clients who love making word of mouth recommendations! Five stars! If there was a 6th star available I would have given that!

After another plumbing company failed to compete the job in two days at an exorbitant cost, Smiths was able to determine my problem and get my pipes flowing again in about two hours and less than half the cost.     Ethan, the emergency plumber who came to help me at 12MN, was amazing. I had a leak from a ceiling pipe that flooded my bedroom. Ethan was like a good doctor and diagnosed exactly what happened in no time and found the problem and got it fixed. He also made sure the right people came to help with damage mitigation and drying and all the other things that came with significant water damage. He also checked up on me after the job was done, something he didn’t have to do. I have nothing but great things to say about the service and expertise I got. I would give 6 stars if could. They came out, and diagnosed the issue.It turned out to be a warranty replacement from the manufacturer of the tankless water heater. My wife even asked about another issue with the kitchen sink’s pressure. He fixed that also. This company is professional, on time, skilled, licensed all the above. I would highly recommend them.

    We had a clogged toilet that was backing up and causing water damage in our home. We didnt discover the depth of issue until late in the day on Friday. We called Smiths after hours, and they got us taken care of quickly. Even before dispatching to our house, our plumber Ethan did a great job of communicating our options, what the cost would be, and what the surcharge would be for after hours work so that we could make the best choice as to whether to move forward or wait until Monday. After we decided to move forward, Ethan arrived, quickly diagnosed the issue, and recommended the best fix. He even humored my ask that he try to augur the clog before moving on to the eventual fix: clearing the main line with a hydro jetter. His colleague Alex arrived with the jetter soon thereafter, and the two quickly had the line cleared and ready to go. They located a root in the line that had likely caused the issue and provided me with a clear quote on for repairing that section of the line. Throughout the experience, Ethan did a great job of communicating: his ETA, the pricing, his professional opinion. Im very appreciative of his and Alexs efforts late in the day and into the evening on a Friday.
