I have been going to this store for many years and they have never let me down. This is a store for pros, its ok to be an amateur (like me) but avoid showing up at peak times. Do some homework before you show up so you can ask intelligent questions. For my latest project I had to replace a VINTAGE bathroom sink faucet. Dont even try to go to Home Depot for that! The staff at Plumbers Supply easily found me a replacement, suggested that I take two different sizes of shut-off valves (in case I had picked the wrong size, which I had) and gave me the right hoses (with the correct size fittings on each end). Saved me a TON of time compared to HD or online shopping.

Im a residential customer, not a contractor. Went in today looking for help with an unusual, small job. Eric and Ray spent 25 minutes helping me figure out exactly what to get. It worked out perfectly, and I was refunded on the items I didnt use.
