Mike and terry were incredibly responsive, our water heater went out this morning and was replaced within three hours! We have never had a job done so quickly, efficiently and professionally on our house historically in the time that we have been living here! They were able to give us all of our options and lay them out, they were fast, got it done same day and were so honest and personable. We will definitely be utilizing this company again and requesting the same workers!

Terry and Nathan quickly came out to replace a defective pressure reducing valve in my front yard. They also installed an expansion tank on my water heater. They were very knowledgeable and were able to answer all of my questions. I will definitely use them again!

Michael and Nathan came out a day after I called about a water leakage. They arrived promptly with good text/call communication and explained what the problem would be. They gave me my options and good estimates and performed the work the day of. They completed the work on a timely manner and fixed the problem. I would definitely use this company for any other plumber inquiries as they were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Our crazy dogs chased an animal that fell down and clogged our drains. @9 pm our drains were backed up. I called 3-4 other services and no one has a person to come out in the middle of the night. I get that. Lucky for us, Plumb Shield took the call and Terry The Plumber showed up in a timely manner. He unclogged the pipes and worked with my husband to resolve the issue. This company is awesome! I called them first thing in the morning and they showed up as within the agreed time frame.Terry and Nathan were very professional. Nathan had the bathroom faucets installed within minutes. So, I decided right then I should have them swap out my leaking outside hose bib. It was not part of my service call. Terry jumped right on it and in just a few minutes.These might not seem like a big issues however, to older people, we dont have the arm strength or the flexibility to climb inside a cabinet to change out a faucet that was leaking.I recommend Plumb Shield Plumbing to anyone! Terry and Nathan put in writing what the estimate was and the final bill was exactly what the quote was. Nathan explained that we had a 6 month leak warranty. I doubt I will ever have to use it since the faucets do not leak anymore.Thanks Plumb Shield Plumbing for another great job! It looks perfect.

Called them for the first time today w a full house blockage at 11:15 a.m. and was told they could schedule a plumber for today between 1 and 3. No service call fee charged. Michael was great! He arrived shortly after 1, (after a call and then text from the service that he was on his way). Very cordial and friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Luckily, we only have a small issue. We were able to see w z camera the line and the offending roots. Have not yet committed to the full repair but glad to have plumbing working w family members here to visit!

Terry and Nathan really stood out when they came over to check out my water heater. I had a bunch of questions and they didnt miss a beat – answered everything I threw at them, and I learned a lot in the process. I asked them for 24-inch supply lines, a new valve to fix the leak, and some estimates on other stuff. What surprised me the most was how on time they were. Its pretty rare to find service folks who actually show up when they say they will. Usually, youre left waiting around or they reschedule last minute, but not these guys. They were super punctual and really focused on making sure I was happy with everything. It’s a breath of fresh air to deal with people who genuinely care about the work they do and the people theyre doing it for. Terry and Nathan definitely went the extra mile. I will definitely recommend Plumb Shield to others I know and I will be using this company again!

Terry and Nathan were able to come out quickly on a Saturday and assess a broken pipe due to the freeze. They had great communication and let me know what was happening on every step of the way. The issue turned out to be part of our water softener so they did not have to make any repair, but they were able to bypass the system so we could continue to have water inside the house.

I had an issue with one of our toilet tanks continuously running or filling up. I called plumb shield plumbing based on previous reviews and was not disappointed. From speaking to the customer service rep to meeting Michael the plumber my experience was fantastic. Michael was friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it. He also completed a dye test to determine if any other problems existed. He then noticed our toilet seat was loose and fixed that free of charge and unprompted. He also noticed an issue with the handle quickly fixing it without charging it. He was extremely courteous, kind, and respectful. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again for any plumbing issues.

Plumb Shield is starting to become our go to for any plumbing issues were finding. We dont like calling plumbers, but they do clean work, quick but not rushed, walk you through what theyre doing, and just solid pros so it makes it easy to call them for the job. Terry and Nathan first helped us with a major sewer line project, and their work was great, so we didn’t hesitate to call them again months later for a water heater/plumbing pressure issue. Terry and Nathan arrived quickly and did a clean install of everything agreed upon. They installed a PRV, an expansion tank, took care of inspections, and provided some great tips to prevent future issues. Terry was very knowledgeable and patient while answering the host of questions we had for each new problem area that was discovered.
