Wow! An honest plumber. Came out and spent an hour to discover…. not a plumbing issue. Rather me forgetting my sprinkler system was not turned off. Then charged a $45 service; which was super reasonable. Clifton was professional, knowledgeable and keep me updated during the inspection process. Highly recommend. Clifton was recommended to me.

Clinton from On Point Plumbing came to my residence to unclog my disposal. He was absolutely amazing! He explained the issues in detail and he went above and beyond to fix all the issues with my kitchen plumbing. The price was very reasonable. This was the best experience I have ever had with a plumber.

I had a water leak in my yard box where the water comes in. They promptly came out and checked the issue and found it to be on the city-side of my meter. I greatly appreciate them not trying to sell me something I dont need and having a truly free estimate. The plumber that came out seemed knowledgeable and was very helpful. Will definitely give them a call again when something comes up!

My drain decided to clogged up Friday afternoon. I decided to diy clean out the p trap myself, but it wasnt the issue. The sink kept backing up from the a/c condensate drain and I panicked. I called a few different plumbing companies on Saturday, but only On Point Plumbing responded promptly and immediately scheduled a plumber to come out the next morning.Deacon arrived exactly when he said he would. He evaluated the situation, gave me an estimate, then gave me a discount when the work turned out to be less labor intensive than originally estimated. He answered my questions patiently and thoroughly, cleaned up the area, and was polite, respectful, and professional. I will not hesitate to call On Point Plumbing again for future plumbing needs.

They haven’t done a lick of work yet, but I am giving them a 5 star because of customer service and they DO NOT CHARGE to come to your house which is a rarity because most businesses will charge you to come out so they can pressure you to go with them. Let’s support businesses that don’t charge you for estimates.
