Erik scoped the project and gave us an honest and affordable estimate with a detailed list of deliverables. His crew of experienced technicians replaced our water tank and heating system with a single Rinnai i120CN on demand combination unit (natural gas). Knowing that we had an elderly resident in our house, they managed to complete all necessary tasks for a fully functioning system in a single day by sending additional help to support the original crew of 2 technicians. The installed system not only worked flawlessly, but also looked great and passed inspection with flying colors a couple days later. The quality, expertise, and customer service of Mouradian Plumbing is exceptional. I would highly recommend them to others.

Eric and his team of expert plumbers at Mouradian are truly outstanding. They came highly recommended by our general contractor whom we trust and Mouradian’s team did all the plumbing work for our full kitchen reconstruction. From day one, they were a pleasure to work with and most importantly they are highly skilled, knowledgeable and perform great quality work. Dave, who has decades of experience, together with younger plumbers Matt and Austin who appreciated the wisdom and expertise Dave imparted, did all the plumbing work in our kitchen and everything has been working beautifully. Dave was great at explaining everything to us, too, showing us where each pipe was going and how everything works (i.e. taking the time to explain how to shut off the water, what to do when we need to change the undersink filters, what to do when the leak detection sensor goes off, etc. so that we can be well-informed.)We have also needed to replace our old failing water heater that was past warranty, and they installed a new indirect hot water heater which has greatly increased the amount of hot water we have available to use. When our old 30 + year-old cast-iron boiler broke and started emitting carbon monoxide, Eric and his team were very responsive and quickly helped us replace it and installed a new high efficiency boiler which required complex venting and fresh air intake. Mike (another very experienced and knowledgeable plumber on Eric’s team), Andrew and Eric installed the new boiler and very neatly organized all of our zones and pipes during the process. Everything has been working very well for months now.Eric is very creative and knowledgeable and came up with excellent solutions for our old house that improved the energy efficiency of our home and our quality of life. Communication with Eric as well as his administrative staff, Daniel and Leah, is excellent and clear. Even after work hours for plumbing emergencies, Eric has been very responsive and helpful. Mouradian is also fair in pricing while providing outstanding service. We are very fortunate to have such an outstanding plumbing team and would recommend Mouradian Plumbing to family and friends. Certainly recommend Eric at Mouradian. This morning, I found myself with no hot water, so I called them at 8:23 AM, and by 11 AM my problem was solved. Thats what I call service on a day when were so busy with kids, camps, and two jobs. Its not the first time Ive used them to keep the house running; Eric, who I think owns the business, has helped me out before. He’s super reliable and knowledgeable.What really stands out to me is that when you call, they pick up right away – no waiting around. And today, Eric himself came over, not just someone new or less experienced. He even took the time to give me some advice on future projects, like installing air conditioning and what I might need for a home addition.Its so hard to find good, reliable contractors, but Eric makes it easy. Absolutely no hesitation in calling him again. If you’re looking for trustworthy plumbing and heating services, give them a call.Im already on their calendar for September furnace service heading into the heating season. After 18 months of a frustrating remodeling project, a good friend was on the verge of finally moving into their dream condo. On reactivating the furnace, a leak emerged in a complex manifold distribution system and my friend couldn’t find a plumber willing to take on the repair. On their behalf I called on my go-to guy Eric who immediately responded ( on a Sunday night!), sent someone the next morning, diagnosed the problem, ordered a new manifold and scheduled the repair right away. Eric is a hero and my friends will finally move in! This is not the first time I have been both impressed and grateful.

Excellent experience with the Mouradian team over the past couple years. They installed a brand new boiler system in our home on short notice just after we moved in a couple years ago. Price was the best quote we got, the crew worked super hard to finish the project fast. Theyve also been super fast and helpful with other little issues that have popped up. Recently my boiler was having an odd issue. Eric came out multiple consecutive days to troubleshoot until he had pinpointed the problem and got it fixed.

Our boiler met its sad fate on a Friday. I called Mouradian late morning and spoke with a very pleasant and helpful receptionist who set me up with an appointment for Eric to come by that afternoon. Eric quickly diagnosed the problem and informed me that I needed a new system. He lent us a number of electric radiators for the weekend and was able to get all the parts to complete the job for us first thing Monday morning. He and his team were the utmost professionals from start to finish. They were even able to create a lot more space in our basement by reconfiguring the set-up. Highly recommend!

I was very happy with Erics responsiveness when I still had suspicion of a leak. He was thorough trying to figure it out, including having to open up the ceiling and crawling through the eaves to figure out what was happening! He was very sweet and helpful when explaining what needed to be done in order to take care of a leaky bathroom faucet. I appreciate a local company taking the time and effort to figure something out, and when all is said and done their prices were reasonable, and as a homeowner I appreciate that. I have already booked him again, for the continued adventures in owning an aging home.

We had a huge plumbing disaster on a Sunday at about 1:00 AM. I called the office and left a message. One of their team leaders appeared early Sunday afternoon to assess the situation and figure out the problem. They had a team ready to get to work the very next day at 7:30 AM. The workmen they sent were fantastic. They were totally professional doing work that required hard physical work as well as technical expertise. They had to cut through walls and ceilings. They worked very hard over a period of three days, did a perfect job, conducted themselves in a highly professional, friendly and courteous manner.There is no way that there could have been better service; it was as good as it could be. I am very grateful to Mouradian for their prompt, excellent service,I might add that their cleanup was superb as well.You cant do better.

He responded to my call at 6.30am on a weekend morning, came to our house at 8am and was very honest in presenting the pros/cons of replacing the existing water here or switching to a tankless system. We decided to stick with the existing system and a few days later the work was done and the invoice came in almost a thousand of dollars less than next quote!

Rich came over a few minutes before he said he was going to be there. He quickly and expertly found a leak in a pipe and opened up the wall inside a cabinet to access and fix it. He tested it thoroughly to ensure that he fixed it correctly. He had to replace an old flapper in the toilet and had to go get the part at the plumbing supply place. He then fixed the toilet. He tried to fix the slightly leaking bathroom sink faucet, he was concerned that it was too old and would fall apart if he did so. He walked me through what he thought I needed to do-to put a vanity in. He was professional, quick and capable. I would definitely call him back again to do work at my house.

I called Mouradian for a quote to replace my boiler after a company that was providing routine maintenance told me my current boiler was failing. Eric inspected the boiler and determined that it was actually in good shape, and in no need of replacement. He gave me a quote anyway, which turned out to be significantly cheaper than the price offered by the first company. I really appreciated his honest advice--he could have easily sold me a boiler, but he still told me that I didnt need one.
