    I had an emergency situation with my toilet at my salon I called around 1pm and they gave me a time frame of arrival 3pm-5pm they were here at 3pm on the dot!!!     I experienced a leak in my house in my water filtration system attributed to the level of water pressure coming into the house (it was too high). I needed a pressure relief valve installed. I called one company and received a very high quote including service that was not necessary. I called Mades and Ben came out that afternoon. We discussed the issue, he gave me a very reasonable quote and started right then on the repair. He finished everything off the next morning. Service, quality, and professionalism was excellent. Highly recommend him!!My 2nd Review of Mades Plumbing. This company is Excellent! Had leaks of two hose bibs and one of them was cracked! Ben was able to get here quickly, identify the issue, and make the repair the same day! Service and price are excellent. Highly recommend!

At a time when pipes were bursting all over Dallas cause of the cold weather, they were able to come within one day of scheduling even though my home was a little out of the way for them!     I called several plumbing companies and happen to see the Mades Plumbing truck at an intersection. The other companies came out and gave me outrageous estimates, including Ben Franklin which had a hothead that got into it with my neighbor over a $4,000 estimate. I called Made the next day. Ben is super friendly and you just know when you talk to him, you can trust him right away. He was very thorough and wanted to solve the problem - not just make big bucks.     Woke up to a leak outside of front room window a few days ago.Got in touch with Mades Plumbing on Saturday afternoon via website. I got a quick response from them via email for an appointment on Monday. They were on time! They did a thorough check of the house plumbing and were able to find the leak.Very good work.They wore shoe protection coming in and out of house.They always let me know what they were doing.We have running water again! They Also noticed an issue with a spigot on the side of my house that I will be scheduling that repair with them.Its not always easy to find great work for a fair price.I highly recommend their services.

    Ben and his helper were great! I had a toilet overflowing so to avoid more damage, I turned off the water and suspected a sewer blockage. I called Mades and Ben put me on the same day schedule even though he already had other jobs lined up. They finished the other jobs earlier and came to the rescue! Very professional, helpful and fair. They went the extra mile and checked the root cause of the problem so they not just fixed the blockage but they also repair the sewer pipe that was broken and caused the issue in the first place. I recommend Mades Plumbing 100%!

    During the summer I hired, at considerable expense, an irrigation company and a local plumbing company to check for leaks that might be causing, what I believed to be, excessive water bills, considering my small household size. Both companies said they could not detect a leak. However, water bills continued to increase each month. I contacted another local plumbing company regarding the problem. They agreed that they could determine if there were a leak and repair it, but the cost would be approximately $500 just to locate the leak, and repairing the leak would cost extra, and would be charged by the hour. It would also be several days before I could get an appointment. I then contacted Mades Plumbing for an appointment based on the many positive reviews on their website. The owner, Ben, explained to me on the phone what would be done and gave me a flat rate for his company to do the work. I agreed to use them. He gave me a timeframe for when he could come the next day. The next day he arrived a few minutes after the stated time but had called ahead to let me know why and when he would arrive. Once he and his Technician arrived, they began the assessment and work immediately. Even though they had to dig up a large shrub to get to the problem, the amount quoted remained the same. Throughout the process, he communicated to me his findings, showed me where the problem was, and what he needed to do to correct the problem. I was especially impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail, patience and willingness to answer any questions that I had throughout the process. In making the repairs he also voluntarily installed a shut-off valve in the repair area to make it easier for me to turn the water off if necessary, without it havingto be turned off at the meter. They also made sure that the area was cleaned up afterwards, and made other suggestions regarding the planting of future shrubs in the area of the valves. I plan to use this company for plumbing needs in the future, not only because I believe he did good work that was reasonably priced, but, in my opinion, it is so rare these days to hire someone with his level of expertise, who is also honest and has a good work ethic.

I called the day before and he answered immediately and answered all of my questions. He then came out the next day, right on time, and completed all of the work.     Professional, well-spoken, patient.Workers were late in the morning but they called about 45 minutes ahead of time so nbd. They then texted about 45 minutes ahead of when they actually came. The outside hose bib had been poorly installed from the time the house was built. The part they replaced was 12 where they are usually 4. The price quoted, while not super cheap, included parts and labor even though they had to leave to find the part.     I called Mades Plumbing for a quote to install a Kohler Avoir toilet. Ben responded quickly, provided me with a reasonable, comprehensive quote explained any potential issues that may come up with installation of such a new product especially on a home built in the 80s but put my mid at ease as to whether this could even be done. Ben and Keoni came by the same day the toilet was delivered to install. Every step of the way I received and explanation as to why work needed to be done and yall those Kohler instructions are crazy and not the most accurate but because of their acumen Ben and Keoni were able to adapt and it looks AMAZING! They were very professional, fixed the drainpipe leak, then determined that the line was clogged in the wall because the sink drained slowly.     Cant say enough good things about Ben & his employees. Briefly: total replacement of about 75 of main sewer line UNDER the foundation of our house. Cast iron pipe completely collapsed in two places. This is not a cheap job no matter who does it but Ben bid a good $10-20,000 (yes thats thousands) under three other companies. His contracted digging team tunneled in, he and his helper went in and replaced everything, then the crew backfilled the tunnel. Cant even tell they were here...they even replaced the bricks perfectly they had to pull from my patio. All done with permits, city inspection, and an engineering study (required by code); no off-the-books illegal stuff some people encouraged me to do to save money. Ben explained everything in terms I could understand, was cordial and respectful. Even his dog was cool. Oh, and he also replaced a water heater for me a few weeks before this dig and did it $1,200 cheaper than the last company that replaced it! By all means, call this company if you need any plumbing work done.

    We were plagued with leaky faucets in the shower and an exterior faucet on the side of the house. I found Madeā€™s Plumbing from google. I called Ben 7am in the morning and he was able to fit me into the schedule of the day. He stopped by and took a look and gave me his diagnostic of the problem and what he would do if I were to accept his proposal. His cost was very reasonable and was very professional in how he carried himself.He had trouble taking apart the shower handle at first because the set screw was stripped and he had to saw it off. Above that, the brass adjusting stick inside that was used for adjusting the temperature broke off due to age and the whole thing was stuck. He fought to pull out the stuck piece for a bit. I was amazed he was able to get it out TBH, if itā€™s not for his experience and go-getting attitude, many plumbers would have gave up and suggest other more invasive approach. After that frustrating blocker got out of the way, he was able to swap out the shower handle and fix the other problems on our old house shower in less than 10-15 minutes.After that he went worked on the exterior garden faucet that had been leaking for some time. As I said, the house is old and the pipes were rusted and stuck. Again he fought it and was able to get it out and swap out an extremely nice anti-freeze faucet for me.He work very cleanly, was very respectful to the home owner by wearing the shoe cover the entire time, and cleanup the place after his work. He did not overcharge me for his time and hard work on getting this seemingly easy but turned out to be much more difficult job. Like I said, extremely professional. He gave me a very trustworthy feeling where I can definitely rely on him to fix any our houseā€™s plumbing issues.Overall I highly, highly recommend Madeā€™s Plumbing! šŸ‘šŸ‘ I give him two thumbs up!
