    My 50+ year old kitchen sink with cast iron finally got plugged as they do over time, and they came out and cleaned out the whole line and now it drains as if brand new. Theyve helped me a few times and its always a 5 star experience! Sorry, I dont remember who came to my house, but very straight forward and professional!

    Great customer service. They came and fixed our plumbing problem (slab leak) very professionally. Clannad took the time to explain the entire process with detail. Pricing was upfront which we appreciated. Will definitely call them back when another issue occurs. They made sure everything was working properly and also cleaned up after the job was finished.     Made a late last minute call for help at the end of last week for one of my stores. J Rowe Plumbing and her team jumped all over it for me as my employees had no bathroom. It was an unusual part but they got it ordered and were back on the job today and wound repairing a second issue that had come up after they left the last time in a completely different area. As always, amazing, professional, proficient, polite service. I highly recommend these folks for all your plumbing needs.

    Its hard to find an honest plumber, Jamey was super nice and helped me get my water leak fixed. They had to deal with giant roots, rocks and old pipes. Other contractors were telling me I would have to do 10k work of work. J. Rowe plumbing did my repairs for a faction of that. Great people

    Our house needed a few plumbing jobs done and so my wife, after having read a few reviews, called this company. The person at the other end was very responsive and courteous, and she despatched a team the very next day.That was how we came into contact with Duffy, a plumber par excellence. Besides being extremely polite and pleasant, he was thoroughly professional. He seemed to know exactly what he was doing, which generated a lot of confidence. Duffy took his work very seriously, and also seemed to enjoy doing it. He even went above and beyond his call of duty in ensuring that we were totally satisfied. And that seemed to satisfy him as well. Not surprisingly, when we needed a subsequent plumbing job done, my wife requested that Duffy be sent - and he was, and we were very satisfied again.At a later date, when we needed another job done, Nathan came along, and he too was very polite, skilled and professional.By now, we seem to have developed a lot of confidence in this company, and I am sure they have a whole bunch of very satisfied customers by now.I would highly recommend this company to anyone who might be requiring a plumbing job done.

    The guys did a good job. Same as before. Was is expensive? yes.But did they charge unnecessarily? maybe not. All plumbers are expensive but are they honest. I think J Rowe is ok, maybe even good.

    Myles and Christian were great and delivered a fantastic result when my slab had a leak. we unfortunately had to re-pipe our entire house, but Myles and Christian were able to do it in less than a week and the results were better than anticipated. The plumbing works better than it has since we lived here in 30 years. Our bathrooms on the opposite end of our water heater now have hot water almost instantaneously thatā€™s hotter than it used to be. We highly recommend J Roe Plumbing, and will continue to use them for any plumbing needs that we face in the future. Myles and Christian were very friendly and we got to know them pretty well over the course of Our repair and weā€™re very knowledgeable about all of our options and the outcomes. We felt very comfortable with having them take care of our plumbing needs.

    We are renters and deferred to our landlords choice of a plumbing company when we experienced a clog in our kitchen drain. J Rowe service techs Wade and Augustine arrived at 8:15 (the window we were given was 8-10 am) and immediately started working on the clog. They were dressed very professionally and were extremely courteous and prompt. They gave me the price and made sure I was okay with it before starting the job. They were here less than an hour and had the sink completely unclogged. They both answered my questions and helped me understand how they unclogged it since I like to learn how to fix things myself. I was very impressed with their level of professionalism and the knowledge they had about the job. Very nice guys that know how to get the job done and also know how to treat their customers. I highly recommend Wade and Augustine at J Rowe plumbing!!

    My water heater went out, and I was getting dragged around by a couple other companies. Cold showers for multiple days. J Rowe was able to get someone out the very next morning. Wade was great. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to figure out a very tiny specific piece was causing the issues with my water heater, ordered the piece, and even showed me how to install it myself for the future. I only leave reviews when I have an exceptionally good or bad experience. Ill be calling Wade and J Rowe for any future plumbing needs.

    Needed an outdoor faucet replaced. Had to be cut out and soldered. They asked if it was okay to turn the water off to replace the faucet. It took them no time at all to get the job done. They gave me a quote of 349 plus service call. Came to 398 total. Earnies plumbing gave me a quote of 900. Roweā€™s plumbing is the company to use. Out of 5 stars I give them 10. I would highly reccomend them to everyone.

    While happy with the service, both technicians were very nice and worked efficiently, plumbing is expensive. When you hear total cost given, make sure you ask if its a job total or a per item total. I learned the hard way today, and paid an additional 4 figures more than I was expecting. With that said, the new toilets are nice. Ill be replacing the surprisingly cheap plastic seats. Kohler needs to do better with that. My drain is running.

    BEST PLUMBING COMPANY IN NORTH TEXAS. I just called them this morning because of standing water in my front yard. It is finished and it is only 2:30pm.     Wade arrived early and got right to work assessing the cause of the water heater leak. He explained the problem, answered all my many questions, and that replacement was the only solution. He told me the cost, including the installation and warranty.     Just had another great experience with J Rowe Plumbing. Philip was the technician assigned. He showed up on-time and had our issue diagnosed quickly. He spoke directly to our Home Warranty company and explained the diagnosis, proposed solution, and cost estimates with them. Everything was fully approved and Philip fixed the problem within about 30 minutes. Well definitely continue to use these guys and recommend them to other.

    Would have been 5 stars but...Ill start with the most important. I highly recommend J Rowe Plumbing. They did an excellent job installing my new hot water heater in Sep 2023. The team was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. They came by the morning after I called (less than 24 hours) which was much faster than the other 2 companies I called (5-7 business days to respond). They assessed what needed to happen and accomplished it the same day in a few hours. The water heater has performed perfectly.Why only 4 stars instead of 5? I received no less than 8 requests for a Google review within 24 hours by the company, which I found off-putting. 5 occurred in person by the team that performed the work before they left my house - even though I responded that I would review them after the first request. 3 requests were then sent from the office via email and text.Good reviews are necessary. Everything about this experience was positive except for the hyper-focus on my posting a review of the business. But being inundated as I felt by the full-court press caused me to delay this post to ensure a fair review.

    Jamey knew what he was doing and also listened to my account of the history of our very old plumbing. Cleared the drain pipe for the AC that was overflowing in the interior closet near the internal AC unit. Heard my concerns regarding pushing the problem into the main line. Ran a camera to ensure the outside line was not the issue or affected by the cleanout.

    I had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday, I called and was able to get a plumber out within 90 minutes, and it was a life saver. I had a complete stoppage and overflow in both showers and a toilet, and they were super thorough in everything they did.A lot of professionals donā€™t take a lot of time to explain (with patience and simplicity) what led to the problem and how to avoid it, but Jamie and Hunter walked me through it in a way I could understand. Not only that, there were a few additional services, like replacing a broken wax toilet ring, that they were also able to do for me in addition to fixing the stoppage. Couldnā€™t be more happy with the service and the price was incredibly reasonable for the service. Definitely going to calling again for anything going forward!

    They came out to check the hot water heater. Turns out, its not the heater, its an electrical connection so we will have to call an electrician. Plumber was wonderful of course.     I contacted J Rowe as they were the company that installed the unit almost 2 years ago. They got me scheduled the next morning and Phil and Don came out and quickly diagnosed the issue as a failing pilot light igniter switch and were able to source the part in a timely manner and got the water back up and running very quickly.     The technicians were on time and very professional. We were having a problem with a toilet flushing slowly and backing up from time to time. They ran a camera through the main line and determined that there was no blockage. He said that the toilet model wasnā€™t very reliable one gave an estimate for a better one.     Wade at JRowe plumbing was very helpful on describing what could be the problem and identifying what the costs were. He was very fair and communication was great throughout the entire process. They fixed the issue very quickly and required digging under our house almost 15ft to get to the leaking pipe. It was a total mess but the crews handled everything professionally and when they finished the job, it looked as if nothing had been done; very impressive.     Had the best experience with the crew doing the service call at my recently purchased house.     Myles and Nate came to replace 2 bath tub stoppers. I should add that the bath tub stoppers were the originals from when the house was built ...... 50 yrs ago.     I was very pleased with Clannad Duffy today. When he arrived 20 minutes earlier than expected, he was able to turn off my water which I was unable to do myself. He also figured out why the leak above my hot water heater happened and did an additional fix to prevent it from happening again. He let me know what I needed to do to dry out the dry wall that was wet and answered all my questions.

    Ive had two bad experiences with plumbers and plumbing companies in the past 9 months when I reached out to JRowe Plumbing.I called yesterday at just after 5 p.m. with a no-rush job I needed to get a quote on. I expected to leave a messages and someone would get back to me sometime.To my delight, Lisa, the dispatcher, answered the phone. She was driving, but said shed call back in about a half hour to help me.She then called back and set me up quickly for the next day between noon and 2. The plumbers, Jamey and Jessie arrived, I showed them the project, and they said theyd get my quote ready by no later than the next morning.Both plumbers were very knowledgeable and professional, and both asked great questions to help them learn more about the job. They didnt make me feel rushed and were genuinely interested in my project and how they could best help me. I appreciated how they made a few suggestions based on my answers, and asked if those suggestions made sense to me. It demonstrated how they sought to find solutions that were affordable and efficient. What a breath of fresh air!!! In a sea of plumbing companies, JRowe Plumbing, along with plumbers Jamey and Jessie, popped to the top. The company really impressed me for hiring plumbers who have excellent communication skills, as well as great plumbing skills!     Dealing with J Rowe plumbing was a much better experience than Iā€™ve had using the big National plumbing companies. Myles was very knowledgeable and helpful with explaining everything that was needed to do the repair. I had two other plumbing companies in my house prior to J. Rowe and they basically did nothing other than charge for work that wasnā€™t completed and hand me a quote for over $21,000. I had been using one large plumbing company for last 8 years and they told me my house was plumbed incorrectly and couldnā€™t use a jetter to clear the clog. Myles simply changed my pipes from 90 degree elbow to to ā€œTā€ creating access for jetter to clear out the pipes. $1,500 versus $21,000. That said a lot about their company because they were given quotes from other plumbers and could have merely just come in a cut their price to get the work. I will use J. Rowe for all my future plumbing needs.

They were able to replace part on toilet in main bathroom to have it functioning properly. They other they made adjustments to have it working.     The plumbing backed up when I used the washing machine and dish washer at the same time. Wade and Augustine came out withing 36 hours to extend the washing machine hose deeper into the 1/2 drain pipe.This was the second time Wade came out for the same issue, so he didnā€™t charge us.They water blasted water through the lines. He said there was so much sludge in the pipes which made a 2ā€ pipe allow only about 1ā€ water flow. When they were finished, I was able to run both appliances at the same time. Wade and Augustine were friendly, knowledgeable, and cleaned up after themselves.I highly recommend JR Plumbing for all plumbing jobs. They are reasonably priced and courteous.

    We had a leaky hose bib that needed repair, and 2 water heaters that were 21 years old. I called to make an appointment to have this looked at. Neither were urgent issues. They were able to come out same day!! They were starting the install and found an issue with the shut-off valves and showed me those also would need replacement. They decided to come back the next day. They left everything in working order for us and returned the next day in the AM and finished the job in about 3.5 hours. The installers did a great job. Everything looks great and is now up to code with the current code requirements. I would recommend JRowe plumbing if you need plumbing assistance.

    Weve been using James Rowe Plumbing for the past 3 years and I cannot recommend them enough. After a terrible experience with Baker Brothers, my husband somehow found James Rowe. The customer service is beyond anything Ive experienced with a home services company. They provide service windows that are reasonable for a working person, without having to take off a whole day sitting around waiting. When they say theyll call ahead before they show up, they actually do! Their prices are reasonable. Every person Ive dealt with from this company couldnt be nicer.     I used J Rowe plumbing to rough-in my shower and double vanity pipes in a complete master bath remodel and I couldnt be more pleased. I have lived through 5 separate bathroom remodels over the years and this is by far the best plumber I have used. Brett did an amazing job. His work was so tidy and exactly to my specifications. I told him exactly what I wanted and he absolutely delivered. All the pipes are efficiently routed and properly secured where needed. He located the drains EXACTLY where I wanted them. Dont think all plumbers are this diligent. They arent! I highly recommend J Rowe Plumbing (and Brett!) for your job and I am so happy that I will not have to waste time getting quotes from multiple plumbers for any future jobs.

    Our technician, Brett was on time and explained each step as to what was going to happen with our water line issue. Misty from J Rowe Plumbing called and informed us about the service, inspection and billing and was very professional.Our water line was fixed, the ground and are around it was cleaned up.     Had a busted PRV in my front yard. Water was pooling and draining into the street. Wade came out and immediately diagnosed the issue. Extremely knowledgeable with regards to the problem, what it could become and how to fix it immediately. Never got the feeling he was upselling anything. Just straight to the point with a plan. From the 1st call to their office through the completion of the work, anyone I spoke with or worked with was very professional and prompt. From setting the initial appointment to actually getting the work done was the most professional experience I have had from any plumber I had contacted in the area. They confirmed the appointment(s) and notified when the technician(s) were on the way as well as the name and a picture of the Tech(s). I had a leak which they found was under the driveway between the house and the meter. Before they started the repair, they explained the process and the cost. While the repair work was being performed, all three technicians were very professional and explained each part of the process.     Everything was great, and we received fast and honest service. Jeremy was friendly and helpful, and didnā€™t do anything or charge me for anything I didnā€™t need.     We had a water heater system leak. Water had to be cut off completely so we needed service quickly. J Rowe plumbing was able to have someone come by on the same day.     Slab leak/reroute repairPrior to J Rowe, I had 3 other companies out: Pipe Drs, Joshuas Plumbing, and American Leak Detection. I did not have hot water for months. I wont degrade the other companies but I do not recommend them. J Rowe came to my home and fixed the issue promptly. My attic was a difficult one which I was already aware of before they mentioned it. They worked hard for hours. They also did a great job replacing my bathroom sink- 8 spread and kitchen spray hose. They matched and beat the quotes from the other companies. They submitted all paperwork promptly to my insurance for the reroute repair. I never had to call them twice about a thing. Brandon followed up on everything he said he would. BRANDON, ERIC, and DYLAN were all awesome. Theyre all very knowledgeable, professional, pleasant, and honest. I paid for my repair in full but they did offer a payment plan with interest. None of the other companies did that, they all wanted $900 up front and the other half later.

    Lisa answers and returns calls outside of business hours. The plumbers fixed the dripping shower faucet for me and now its like new again. They are expensive, but from my experience, its cheaper to pay to have it done right the first time than to keep paying someone to come out over and over again.
