    My technician, Brandon was FANTASTIC!! He called ahead to confirm my service and even shared how far out he was and his ETA. Once he arrived he clearly explained my service and what I would need to ensure proper operation! Not to mention, he completed all of the projects in a timely manner AND, HE CLEANED UP BEHIND HIMSELF!! That may not be a big deal to some but it was a huge deal for us!!Over and above what Ive already shared, Brandon was simply very pleasant!! No one wants a service call but if all of them were like ours, they wouldnt be bad at all!!Thank you Brandon and Horizon Plumbing for providing such an exceptional service call!! If I could give 10 stars, I would!!

    * This is an amendment to my original review. I erased any negative part of it because they 100% fixed all the issues that we had and did a superb job doing so.*We had a leak with the water heater that they did a GREAT JOB of fixing, honestly, couldnt be more satisfied with the work! They were on time, professional, courteous and the total bill was exactly what they quoted me. I waited a few days to post a review because I wanted to make sure the repair held...and it did! Now, later that same week we had another issue, this time in the kitchen. There was a pipe broken somewhere apparently. They came out and fixed what we thought was the issue. It was not. When we called the next day there was a failure to communicate and we became very unhappy. I wrote a review and within a week somebody from Horizon reached out to us and asked what happened. We explained the situation and they offered to come out that same night to reevaluate situation and see what could be done. They came out and we all agreed on what the problem was and what it was going to take to fix it. It was going to be a big undertaking but it all went like clockwork. On the day they started a crew came out and dug the hole , Miles and his apprentice showed up, fixed the leak (It was a broken pipe under the house) And within a couple days a crew is back out and covered the hole. They were efficient and absolutely no interruption to our daily life. In fact, we didn’t even have to be home for all of us to take place. I couldn’t be more pleased with the professionalism that they handled the entire situation with. I would highly recommend Horizon to anyone who is looking to get any plumbing situations taken care of. I will absolutely be calling them if I ever have any issues again in my home.

    I am giving this company a 5 star review solely based on the professionalism, honesty and overall outcome received by their plumbers over the past couple of years. I’m a local realtor, so it’s important for me to have a good database of service providers to refer out to my clients when the need arises. I’ve had to leverage horizon plumbing services not just for my personal home, but for my clients homes as well. My most recent experience was with a plumber named Cody. Cody was on time, called me directly to tell me that he was arriving within 30 minutes, performed a thorough investigation to determine where the leak was located on the home, and the cause of the leak (turns out it was a leaky hose bibb), took pictures and videos for me to provide to the home owner, and completed the repair timely and effortlessly. I would highly recommend this company and will continue to leverage them in the future.

    Want to give a shout out to your plumber, Cody Copeland. We have used him several times, most recently this month. A couple of weeks ago Cody came out to our home and assessed two faucet leaks, one in the laundry room and one in the master bath sink. While at our home, he got on the line with the Delta company, maker of the hardware, worked with one of their customer representatives to determine the problem parts and then ordered them while he was at our home. Today he came back to install the new parts and both faucets were repaired in no time. Cody is always very professional and efficient. He definitely knows what he is doing and we will continue to ask for him if future plumbing issues arise. Thanks Cody.

    In 25 years I havent been able to find a plumbing service that I would call back to do another repair but I have found one now. Jose did a great job tracking the source of the leak, and fixing the problem. His communication and professional were fantastic. I will not hesitate to call this company again for my plumbing needs.     This is my second time using horizon plumbing. Once again, outstanding experience! Hot water heater pilot light wouldnt stay lit. Replace the thermopile myself, still nothing. The technician Jared came out and changed out the entire thermostat assembly was polite and extremely professional. Highly recommend these guys they are top notch.

    Wow, a breath of fresh to deal with this company. We had an issue on a new build after over a year which Horizon had plumbed, Philip came over (such an amazing professional) and effectively and efficiently identified a failure major leak. It was identified to be a warranty issue which Justin and the team dealt with promptly, arranging for the plumbing repair, restoration and drywall repair. I am truly a promoter for this company. I know this is glowing but really it was that good!

    I chose Horizon because of their good reviews and turns out they’re greatly deserved. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and professional. My repair ended up being costly (replaced water main), but Jared spent all day trying to find a way around it, and showed me every step and every problem. When the repair was made they did it very quickly and professionally. The price I was quoted was the price I paid, and honestly found it very reasonable for the amount of work they put in. I would recommend them to anyone, and will be a lifelong customer.

    We are very pleased with the work we just had done regarding a slab leak. It was located 21 feet from the digging entrance, so there was a lot of dirt removed. Everything was done orderly and the staff was superb. They were very respectful and told us everything up front regarding what, when, where and how much. The leak was located, pipes replaced, and dirt filled back in. The excavation site doesnt even look like anything happened. Everything is back in place, and we no longer have water running somewhere! We will definitely use Horizon Plumbing Service again! I have also referred them to our neighbors. Good job! Good employees! Great Company! Very Pleased!

Their bid to fix it was huge, so I needed a 2nd opinion. You fit me into the schedule, got somebody out, found a better (cheaper!) solution and fixed my leak.     Great service! Hired them to roto the drain line, which they did quickly and at quoted price. When the problem persisted, they returned (no charge) and found that the block was on the pipe on the city side. City crew came out and said that the problem was on our side! So Horizon came back and consulted with city crew to successfully demonstrate that it was on city side and therefore their responsibility. All of this for the initial small service charge. Ernie and the office staff are true professionals!

    Very impressed by these guys. I needed my 12 year old water heater replaced and the two gentlemen knew exactly what to do and didnt try to sell me on extra stuff I didnt need.     We researched several companies/brands and found the Rinnai to be exactly what would solve our problems. Ryan and James were textbook in their explanation of what needed to happen. The pricing was the best because we didnt need some of the stuff other companies quoted. Ryan even discovered a tampered with gas line and corrected that as well. He coordinated with the other vendors so we didnt need to do additional work outside the bid. He called Rinnai with us to set up the Wifi On Demand feature and cleaned up the workspace each day. Stellar service from these two guys! Because they are so booked and excellent at what they do, scheduling was tricky and thank goodness we worked from home because sometime it was a same day call to finish up. Will definitely be using them again for any plumbing needs. Now we have hot water without waiting 3-5 minutes at the sink! So happy! And they installed a water softener and RO filter. Feels like we have a brand new house.

    Horizon did plumbing installation for a new home construction. In particular, a Rinnai tankless system with recirculation and wifi for programming took extra effort. They were prompt, professional and stuck with the installation until it all worked. The associate who helped us, multiple times, was Phillip.     Weve been in our home about three months now and experienced a back up that prohibited us from using any water in the bathrooms or kitchen. The only option was to use the showers and bathrooms at the local gym until we could get it repaired. In my mind, a true emergency. Anna was able to reschedule some non-emergencies and get Jacob out within 24 hrs.     Intermittent plumbing problems can be really challenging, and I had banged my head against a wall for months trying to fix an intermittent cold water issue with my tankless before I called in the pros.I have had excellent experiences with Jose in the past, and now Lane, who are both top notch. Their pricing is fair and they show up on time. Im sure you can find someone to do it for less, but these guys do not cut corners. I now have proper isolation valves to test and service my system.In addition to being skilled tradesmen, they are both really smart and considerate guys.     When you have no hot water in January and guests staying with you, urgent action is needed. The tankless hot water was not working. The call was answered promptly, dispatch said a technician would be there and that the technician would call before arriving. And that is how it went. Jose called and arrived, diagnosed the issue, explained the possible solutions and then called in to get the correct parts lined up. I was expecting 2-3 days and they had it completed by the next day. Very pleased.

    I have nothing but praise for Horizon Plumbing! They were the plumbing contractor for our new home (built about 5 years ago). They did an incredibly detailed, quality job with the plumbing, including with putting adequate insulation on pipes within home. In our neighborhood of about 25 homes, all with Horizon plumbing as the contractor, all of us avoided any major problems like burst pipes during recent winter weather (even with prolonged power outage and freezing temps for days). Would highly recommend this very professional and detail oriented plumbing company!

    Ernie Campos just left my house and I am so thankful to him! He went above and beyond to take care of me and he was the nicest, most helpful person. We had a leak in our house (a connector piece connecting the hose bib and the pipe. He found it, fixed it, and cut an extra area in our sheet rock and pulled the insulation out to ensure there would be no mold growth. He told me how to air it out and to have insulation and sheet rock replaced when all is dry. He was full of knowledge and showed me things that were going on in my house that I didnt even know about. He fixed a long time build up problem in my husbands sink that was caused from our AC unit (who new?). He fixed my daughters running toilet. He explained the calcium buildup problem in my house and showed my how to fix it and showed me a drainage problem at my water/gas meters that would have been costly to fix down the line (thanks to him my irrigation guy is on it as I write this). He REALLY took care of all of my needs and then some. He was very honest, the price was great, and I really appreciated all his knowledge and all his help.     I discovered a strong odor of gas coming from the garage where the tankless water heater is. I called and the dispatcher was able to get a tech out within 20 minutes of my call. The tech quickly determined the problem and replaced the gas supply line immediately. Thankful and impressed with this company and will definitely recommend them.

    Had a small issue with a leak with the plumbing that was installed by them through the builder. Micaela was awesome with getting it taken care of. She dispatched a technician as quick as she could and had them repair it as well as getting the appropriate warranty personnel involved even though that was not her department.Plumbing issues are the worst to have but having someone like that on your team that understands a consumer and makes it easier to deal with.Horizon plumbing and their team are great, would use them again if I ever have issues in the future.

    These guys are awesome! They arrived promptly and on time, calling me 30 min. ahead of their arrival. They gave me a quote with a good price and stuck to it. My son threw a computer charger down the toilet and they spent 2 1/2 hours working really hard to get it out so I didnt have to replace the toilet, which is expensive. They even told me that if they couldnt retrieve the charger they would not charge me for taking up the toilet. But they worked hard and got it out! They were super efficient, informative, and friendly. They were careful with the mess and cleaned up after themselves really well and were respectful of my home. I would defiantly recommend them!!!
