Devon and Parker provided great and efficient service to our brand new (to us) home! We needed our water heater replaced since it was a 2012 and Devon was able to efficiently and kindly tell me what I needed to provide him information wise to support him in his work and Parker was able to complete the job in a timely and considerate manner.While Devon was at our home we mentioned that our water pressure was very high and he was able to diagnose our high water pressure, recommend the proper service for that and was able to have Parker back out to our home in 48 hours even after he said they were booked a month out.To put the cherry on top - we had mentioned that we had a toilet that was running and that we had already gotten the replacement parts - Devon took one look at it and offered to fix it on the spot for us! Devon and Glacier Peak Plumbing were recommended to us by a friend and we couldnt be more thankful for them!

This guy is genuine, honest, and incredibly hard working. Called him in to snake my shower drain which ended up being about 3.5 hours of work exhausting every option he had until he finally just crawled in under my house and cut out the blockage and replaced the pipe. He walked me through every step and educated me on what’s wrong with my plumbing and what will be needed to prevent these issues in the future, and after pulling out all the equipment he still empathized with me with how horrible this was and charged me a very, very reasonable amount for the work and effort put into the job. I will be recommending him to anyone and everyone!

I had general contractors and Roto Rooter out to look at my issue, they either could not solve or wanted $500+ to diagnose the issue.Devon talked us through his approach, his pricing, and set a date with us. I cant say enough about Devon and Glacier Peaks plumbing! Seriously this guy went way above and beyond for us! Not only did he drive out to the middle of nowhere to fix our propane leak but he also found another water leak in our home that could have caused extreme damage! He spent an entire day with us fixing our propane leak. Not only was he amazing at his job but he was just a really genuinely good, honest person! We wont be using anyone but him from now on and I will recommend him to everyone who needs a good honest plumber!!!

HIGHLY recommend Devon & Glacier Peak Plumbing for all plumbing needs. We had burst water pipes due to extreme freezing weather. Devon came out, located a leak, fixed it. He had to come back the next day as pipes were still frozen & he was unable to test them for further leaks. He came out the next night when pipes were thawed. Tested them & found 3 more leaks. He quickly fixed them, tested them, & we were confident our plumbing problem was fixed. Devon is outstanding at what he does. He is personable & makes you feel like the situation is not that bad. We will always have him take care of our plumbing needs. When you need a plumber, call him. You will not go wrong!!!

We couldnt be happier with Devon and his work. He is knowledgeable, hard-working, and honest. We have been looking for a good plumber for a long time and are so happy that someone recommended Glacier Peak Plumbing. Devon investigated and then repaired a leak for us, replaced the main water valve, replaced an outside faucet, and installed a water tank and a leak detection system.His work is outstanding, and he is honest to a fault. After the dishwasher came out from under the countertop (installed 2 y ago by a diff person), Devon told me that he would try his best to put it back, and if he could not do it, he wont charge us. He reinstalled it beautifully (he even had to create extra support on our very old kitchen drawers), way better than before, and charged us an extremely reasonable rate. Devon is a great plumber and an even better person.

I had the Friday night emergency, called Devon Saturday morning and he made time for our house, called to confirm his arrival, and stayed committed to the problem until it was resolved. We had a late night plumbing issue last night. Like flooded kitchen type of issue. I wont get into details, just know it was because of my own stupidity. Devon answered his phone at 1030 pm and was at my house by 11. First, Deveon is one of the most personable and professional people you will ever meet. He tells you how it is, while still giving you a sense of comfort and relief, that everything will be OK. He knew exactly what to do and is very skilled at his craft. Fact is he came out in the middle of the night, when he was home for the evening, and made us a priority. All while being genuinely friendly. The whole process took an hour and a half from phone call, to finish. Devon is the only plumber i will call going forward. I highly recommend Devon, you will not be disappointed.

Devon is the most amazing plumbing technician I have ever met. He understands the ins and outs of our very complex older home and he loves a challenge! One time we called him for basement flooding, thinking it was our sewer, and he figured out it was a totally unrelated foundation issue and advised us how to approach it which turned out to be great advice. We completely rely on his advice and trust his judgement completely. He carries (or can locate) even the most obscure plumbing part and keeps track of all the ways plumbing codes have changed over the years. Hes brilliant and is also an extremely kind and friendly person and our dogs love him! Hes the best!!

I had a pipe freeze somewhere in my house. After we did all we could talking and working it out over the phone to no avail. He came out super quickly, he not found the freeze but also another issue in the plumbing of my house and educated me on how to prevent the problem moving forward, gave me advice on other concerns I have on the plumbing to my house. He is a great guy, super knowledgeable, he has been doing this for 30 years and IT SHOWS. I dont know what I would have done without him. Make him your first call! He saved my Saturday!

If I could give 100 stars, I would! A little backstory; The DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING, we all of a sudden had water backing up into our bathtub and quickly realized we couldn’t run any faucets (or toilets, or anything drain related) in our home. We thought we had a simple clog but realized it was in our main line. After various other attempts, we had to give up and look up professionals. Problem… it’s now late afternoon (after hours) and it’s the day before Thanksgiving Holiday. I cannot stress enough how absolutely PANICKED I was that we couldn’t shower, flush a toilet, or do anything in preparation for the Holiday. I sent a text message on Glacier Peak Plumbings website and received a phone call from the owner, Devon. He asked plenty of questions about our situation, asked for pictures of the pipes and such, kept calming me down and he was at our house within 40 minutes! He found our problem quickly and worked his butt off to fix it. Devon totally saved us right before the holidays and now our big family can have a functioning home again! Devon was so personable, shared our humor in the situation, he explained everything he was doing as he was doing it, the communication was TOP NOTCH. We are located in Darrington and Devon still traveled after hours to help us. He talked us through every step, he cleaned and sanitized our bathroom for us, he made sure all systems were perfectly running before taking off, I cannot say enough great things about Devon and his company. For traveling to Darrington in late afternoon/night, on the eve of a major Holiday, fixing what turned out to be a major clog problem in our main line (that we were never going to get with any of the various snakes we had), the price was EXTREMELY reasonable. I was so thankful it didn’t cost astronomical because well HOLIDAYS with a bunch of family and kiddos to shop for but at the same time, Devon is worth so much more for saving our behinds that night! I woke up to an alarm in my basement today and found a leaking water main , only the alarm was for my septic and I didn’t know it! I saw the multiple pinhole leaks and called Devon from Glacier Peak Plumbing on a referral my daughter had given me. Well, she was spot on. Devon came out same day and not only fixed the leaks with beautiful new material to replace that old copper tubing, but also was kind enough to explain the septic alarm to me and advise me on how to get that other little project done !!! He did a courtesy plumbing check and located several other leaks I was unaware of and notified me of a P-trap that wasn’t up to code. I crawled under the home to verify and sure enough leaks and a janky P-trap.He fixed everything for a very reasonable price. And haven’t had any issues since. He’ll be getting my call in the future.
