    The owner Jacob was very professional and responded to my request within 24 hours. He was very friendly and courteous and went above and beyond with the quality of service. He answered all of my questions and was able to meet all of my plumbing needs. Stephen was very helpful and nice. He was prompt and did great work with installing our water heater. I would highly recommend them!!!

    Flow Bros Plumbing did an amazing job at my house. My sewer backed up into the bathtub & Jacob arrived at the house 2 hours after I called. Jacob was polite and kind. He cleared the clog and ran his camera through the pipe at no extra charge. When everything was working properly he cleaned up after himself AND HE CLEANED THE BATHTUB!!! It was a pleasure doing business with him & I highly recommend him.

    5 stars for sure! We found water leaking in our garage over the weekend. I called Jacob on a Saturday and he came out within about an hour to check it out. Water heater was to blame! He arrived Monday morning with a new one for us and swapped it out. Not only did he arrive on time both days (hard to find these days!), but he even took on the repair knowing our water heater was in a super tight spot. He was efficient, had great communication, and cleaned up after himself beautifully. Real stand up guy and made this whole process a breeze for us. I would 100% recommend him to others. Keep up the great work, Jacob!ETA: we had to call on FlowBros yet again! (May 2024). We had a leak in our irrigation system and the way it was installed required the expertise of a plumber instead of the sprinkler guys. Again, Jacob was so responsive to messages. Stephen was sent out to service us and he was fantastic! Great communication with me throughout the whole process. Explained things in detail and kept me posted each step of the way as we needed our main waterline replaced. Cant say enough good things about this company!

    Fantastic company. I had a high pressure salesman with another company come out before trying to get me to pay half down, sign this and that. Then the Flo Bros came out the day or two after and gave me a great price 3 times less than the other company but more importantly they did the job then and there and completed the work the same day within two or three hours.     We moved into a new home several months ago and our cold water valve flooded the laundry room first day. Jacob came out within the hour on a Friday afternoon since we had to turn the water off at the curb and would have been without water all weekend. He ended up replacing our water heater for us the next week. Pricing was fair, expertise is wonderful, and customer service cant be beat.

    We had a break I. Our sewer line and called around for rates, everyone quoted way too high. My husband finally called Flow Bros, Steven (Stephen) came out to snake the line. It did no clear so he decided to quote to dig the line which we thought would be well over 4g so we braced ourselves.Flow Bros not only did not charge their originally quote price to clear the line, because he did not clear it. And they applied the service amount charged to the total which was way under what we expected and cleared the line! Jacob and Steven worked together to get the job done. Highly recommend the Flow Bros!!

    I reached out to Jacob on a Saturday and he replied quickly and scheduled us super fast. Stephen showed up on time and was super thorough and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions so patiently. He replaced 2 bathroom faucets, installed 4 bidets, and tested our water pressure. He even put back all our cleaning supplies under the toilet and gathered all our items and took all the trash with him. I couldn’t be more pleased.     We had an exterior leak and needed help fast. Flow Brows came out early the following day and quickly diagnosed the problem. We also needed 3 new exterior spigots, and Jake was able to change those on the spot. Everything was fixed completely within 2 hours.     I called Flow Bros with an emergency back up in my rental property. Jake gave me an estimated time of arrival of about an hour and he was early. They assessed the problem so professionally and gave me the preliminary diagnosis (to be honest I think major plumbing issues are like medicine, sometimes you have to keep trying). While the issue was more in depth than first thought, less than 24 hours later they had installed a new clean out, camera tested and found a break under the slab inside the home and got the break repaired and the floor back together and pulled and reset the toilet. When you have tenants to consider, you want someone quick, efficient and super communicative. Thats exactly what I got and I am a happy customer. This is the third or fourth job they have done for me and it will not be the last!
