Don and his assistant did a great job with the installation of a new water heater. This an older home and the original water heater was apparently installed by a person who took some short cuts and nothing was up to code. Don fully explained what needed to be and gave me a quote before he knew some of changes the had be made. After spending close to 4 hours total making everything right and up to code he did not waiver from the quoted price. Was always very professional and explained what was happening throughout the installation. He worked cleanly and efficiently making sure everything was working properly before he left. I would recommend Don the Plumber to anyone wanting to have a professional plumbing job done right the first time. His prices may not be the cheapest but they are competitive and you won’t be disappointed in finished product.He also guarantees his work.

Don the Plumber is a great person to call for plumbing issues. I had to replace my hot water heater. Rafael came out right away and diagnosed the problem. Since I needed to attend a funeral they graciously waited until later in the afternoon to put a new water heater in. Don and Rafael did a fabulous job and cleanup.

Needed a plumber right away to come out to fix a problem I had with my valves leading to my washing machine. I contacted them Sunday night which was really easy to do and then Monday morning Don was at my door ready to fix my problem. Don was awesome and very knowledgeable and I felt at every moment he had my best interests in mind. He installed new valves for me within less than an hour and checked everything over and cleaned up. I had a very bizarre, self-inflicted issue with a small rod getting too far down in my pool light conduit. My FORMER plumber came out, tried some redneck engineering and pushed it down a little further. Then he proceeded to tell me he isn’t capable of this handyman type stuff, he didn’t want to come out for the job to begin with and will not come back for it. He also misdiagnosed the type of metal the conduit was made of and literally said “no plumber could cut that and get it back together.”. Cutting was always worst-case scenario. Not a very DYNAMIC PLUMBING SOLUTION, if you ask me.Don the Plumber’s guy came out and had the problem solved in 5 minutes. They used their available tools and their adept fingers to fix the issue. They also assured me the other guy was wrong about his entire diagnosis. No cutting, just used their seasoned skills and the tools they had available.I’ve found a new plumber!

I had a leak at the water main. I called four plumbers. Two didnt even pick up the phone. One picked up the phone and said they would check with their techs then call me back to schedule a visit, but they never called back. And then, Don the Plumber. They answered the phone on the first call, gave me appropriate windows for visits, and the plumber ultimately arrived for the visit (with a text notice that the plumber was enroute.) Rafael, the plumber, provided a fair estimate and got the work done in a timely manner. Despite him having to work alone and out in the heat for the hottest day so far this year, he was professional and positive the entire time. My experience with Don the Plumber was great! I highly recommend them if you need work done!

The work is excellent. He pointed out a potential problem with my sewer which he said would need attention eventually. His manner is professional and friendly, and his prices are reasonable. Ill be using him again.After comparing prices and availability in my area, I chose Don The Plumber. I spoke with the lady who answers the phone (who I assume is his wife, but not sure). She was both professional and helpful, and guided me through what to do so that Don wouldnt have to come out on a diagnostic visit prior to doing the work. My finances were tight and I could only afford so much. There was a valve he wanted to install which pushed the cost over what I could pay by about $200. So Don checked with the city to be sure it wasnt a requirement (professional guy) and then agreed not to install it. He and a helper came out two days after we agreed he would do the work (others had said one to two months). They showed up at the scheduled date & time, explained what they would do before they started, and then worked quietly for about an hour to remove my defunct water heater and replace it.Im planning to use Don again for some other plumbing issues I have. Would I recommend him? You betcha.

Don was the only company to clear a root ball from our main sewer line. We had 3 companies before Don come out and say they would have to Hydrojet the line and or replace it. They did not even want to try and they wanted alot of money. I was expecting Don to say the same thing but he went above and beyond to try the less expensive way first and it worked! Also installed a new water heater and fixed the drain that was installed incorrectly. We have found a new plumber and cannot recommend him enough.

I was worried about the water marks under the kitchen sink, and also the different water pressures in the double sinks in the master bedrooms. Don Cleveland came and explained clearly why there was nothing wrong with them. He advised me how to look for problems. He also was kind enough to help me figure out how to properly connect the water connector to the outside faucet. He showed me how to turn off the water from the mains, if I should travel during the winter. There was no service charge! I am so appreciative of his time and kindness. I will definitely call this business again when I need a plumber.
