Working with rock electric has been a great experience from start to finish. Jordan came out and gave us a thorough estimate for installation of a designated circuit for our dishwasher. We were able to schedule the job the week following. Aaron and Angel were very communicative before, during, and after the job was done. They worked quickly and efficiently and took time to explain their process and work they did. They cleaned up after and we felt like they went above and beyond. Rock electric is one of the best service among all the professional services I have used. Thank you, Josh, Aaron, Angel and Jeff!I needed to upgrade my cook range circuit to 50 amp for a new one coming in. Josh came and estimated the job. He introduced the company history and the values of the company. He also walked us through the details of the process.Aaron and Angel came to do the job right next week. They finished the job in a couple of hours. They upgraded the breaker, pulled a new 6 awg wire through my narrow crawl space, and connected it to the outlet. Aaron even asked for the spec of the new appliance to ensure that the outlet is located on right place so that it won’t be in the way of the appliance. Inspection passed with no question asked. I really appreciate the details and care Aaron and Angel showed on the job. Clean, quick, professional and friendly.After my appliance arrived, I found out that the appliance’s spec was not detailed enough and the outlet location needs minor adjustments. Jeff quickly came the to my place and adjusted the location of the outlet. Jeff is a fun guy, but also pays attentions to his job. He verified things in every step. And got it in the right location in one go.I am very satisfied with Rock Electric’s services. Definitely worth the money! I strongly recommend them for your next job.

Aaron and his team went out of their way to explain all the work, the reasons for doing it and the expected results. There was no rush or short cuts. They were at our house three different times doing a lot of work and each visit reinforced their reliability and our faith in their work and integrity. Will use them again.

Quite happy with Rock Electric. Needed a home EV charging station installed and they did a great job. Scheduling a small job like this was very easy-- we unfortunately had to reschedule multiple times due to the charger delivery being delayed on my end (no fault of Rock Electric), and Ben was fantastic in being flexible and communicative. Jeff and Chris arrived on time for the work and were done in just a few hours. Cleaned up the site nicely and made sure I was happy with the work.The only slight negatives I have are that I had to reach out to Patrick after our initial phone call to actually get a quote at the beginning and again had to reach out to receive an invoice. Both should have been done without my prompting and solicitation... I also wasnt notified when the inspector would come out to check Rock Electrics work (I had only given my preferences), so it came as a bit of a surprise when they showed up at my doorstep.

Jeff, Teegen, Chris, and Angel were very professional and did a great job upgrading our electrical panel and installing new grounding rods with proper bonding to the main water line. They also installed some new circuits in the kitchen to relieve an overloaded one. They communicated well before starting so I knew what to expect at the end. An issue arose at the end of the project when the meter could not be reinstalled due to previous poor workmanship but they stuck around and fixed it. Will definitely hire them again with any future electrical needs. Highly recommend.

We moved to home that needed quite a few electrical projects done. Work on our main panel, a sub panel, new lights in bathrooms, several new outlets, a separate microwave circuit so that it would stop tripping, outdoor patio heaters, a lit house number sign, an electrical vehicle charger, and more, the list goes on! Rock was able to do everything as one project, and pretty quickly.Our priority was do the work neatly, and Teegen who led our project is meticulous with details. Every piece of work looks perfect, neat, and as if it were original to the house. He also communicated and coordinated all of the plans, schedules, and it made things much easier for us. Happy to recommend Rock Electric to anyone else who needs electrical work in the Seattle area.

Theres a good reason you should call the professionals for electrical work. After screwing up my panels and switches trying to do it myself, I called Rock Electric to combine a multi-faceted job of repairs and light fixture installations. The pricing was itemized and transparent with multiple opt-in/opt-out options for both the work and timeboxing the lock-in price.Aaron and Angel arrived to do an absolutely excellent job at installing and fixing all of the issues. Unlike other contractors, they instilled confidence, and were extremely professional. They also stopped and spent extra time educating me on how everything worked and was wired together.Call Rock Electric if you are tired of flaky contractors who give you opaque and ambiguous pricing and constantly try to upsell you. The pricing is higher than a run-of-the-mill contractor, but it was worth paying for quality, professionalism, and expediency.

Aaron, Angel, and Chris all did an outstanding job. They showed up promptly and had a great demeanor and attitude. All 3 got to work right away surveying, planning, and communicating if any adjustments needed to be made to our plan. The work took about three days and each day they were 10 - 15 minutes early. They were ready to work each day and put in long hours, only leaving once they were sure the job was done right.The work they did was professional, they went over ever detail with me prior to working. They made sure everything was installed clean and to code; with accuracy and precision. They also cleaned as they worked; keeping the dust down and space livable.I enjoyed having these professionals do the work I could not do. They were very personable and we shared a few laughs and stories. Last bit of praise, Rock Electric hires veterans, and it shows. From one Marine to another Semper Fi! I was impressed and will be calling them every time I have an electrical project to do!

Five star experience through and through. I obtained several estimates for my full electricity upgrade. All of the quotes were very close. Nobody came in way too high or suspiciously low. I chose Rock Electric because I liked the sales guy, Cary. And I liked their 5-year service Guarantee. They could fit me in the quickest too, so it was an easy decision.It was a very big job that took several days to complete, and the electricians did a fantastic job. Brad did a great job managing it and communicating to me. They found a way to minimize the damage to my walls, and they were all very thoughtful. For example, they waited for me to finish a call before using their power tools. They were also all very sweet to my dogs.The final bill was lower than expected because they reduced the price on several items that were easier than anticipated!Total 5 star experience.

Solid experience with Rock Electric, Their estimate was a little higher than other companies, But their 5.0 reviews spoke for themselves and I wanted quality work so it was a easy choice. Communication was solid beginning with the initial call to set up a estimate, all the way up to the install day. The installers Aaron and Angel are super cool dudes and knocked out my install quickly. Couldn’t be more happy with their service and will recommend to anyone looking for a electrician.
